STANDAR PELAYANAN MINIMAL WAKTU TUNGGU DI PENDAFTARAN PASIEN RAWAT JALAN DI RSUD PETALA BUMI PROVINSI RIAU

The waiting time is the time it takes from the patient to register until the medical record file is sent to the polyclinic. RSUD Petala Bumi Provinsi Riau for service still not good because it still uses manual system. Minimum standards of service time wait patients in outpatient registrationin RSUD PetalaBumiProvinsi Riau.Research methodology used in this research is descriptive approach with a combination of quantitative and qualitative, samples to this research a total of 97 patients. Produce research waiting time in registration outpatients included in a category slow(≥ 10 minute) as much as 66 patients (68,0 %)While in the category of fast(≤ 10 minute) 31 patients (31,9 %). From 97 outpatients at the hospital Petala Bumi,riau.Seen from workload by officers additional resources is needed, especifically at distribution so that the medical officerno longer working concurrently again, education and training record medical officer has already been done, SPO in TPPRJ already exists but not run optimally, and facilities in unit medical record hospital in Petala Bumi Riau has been sufficient. Advice on this research is should be increased again the quality and quantity of the of officer so that patient do not wait longer in registration of outpatient. For medical officers are expected to perform their duties in accordance with SOPs that have been established so as to increase the value of productivity so that patient services faster and can improve the quality of service in TPPRJ.

The study aims to analyze about the low graduation and certification exam training participants of the procurement of goods / services of the government and its contributing factors, and formulate a strategy of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services of the government. Collecting data using the method of study documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Is the official source of information on the structural and functional Regional Employment Board, as well as the participants of the training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services of the government in Magelang regency government environment. Analysis using 4 quadrant SWOT analysis, to determine the issue or strategic factors in improving the quality of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of government goods / services within the Government of Magelang regency. The results show organizer position is in quadrant I, which is supporting the growth strategy, with 3 alternative formulation strategies that improve the quality of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of government goods / services, and conducts certification examination of the procurement of government goods / services with computer assisted test system (CAT). Based on the research recommendations formulated advice to the organizing committee, namely: of prospective participants of the training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services the government should consider the motivation of civil servants, is examinees who have attended training in the same period of the year, the need for simulation procurement of goods / services significantly, an additional allocation of training time, giving sanction to civil servants who have not passed the exam, the provision of adequate classroom space with the number of participants of each class are proportional, as well as explore the evaluation of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services for Government of participants.

The article explores the interrelation between the main factors of national economy competitiveness on the basis of logical and correlation analysis of the data on 144 countries presented in The Global Competitiveness Report issued by the World Economic Forum. The analysis of the strength and nature of the relations between the factors gives grounds to assume that institutions, infrastructure, higher education and training are core problems; goods market efficiency, technological readiness are key problems; business sophistication and innovation are resulting problems. The analysis shows that the competitiveness indicators of other BRICS countries which are better than Russian ones, are achieved not due to any remarkable progress in economic policy, but owing to the lack of serious failures typical for Russian economy. For instance, the high level of Russian infrastructure, macroeconomic stability, sizes of home market and some other indicators come to nothing because of extremely low level of Russian institutions, market efficiency, financial market, and business sophistication. As a result, other BRICS countries' progress, which is not so remarkable itself, gives much better cumulative result in comparison with Russian breakthrough, which cannot be accomplished in the environment that is unfavorable for it. With the view of Russian economy competitiveness and innovation upgrade, firstly, it is essential to increase the quality of Russian institutions (the necessity of reforms is indubitable: Russia occupies the 133d place in the world in accordance with the quality of its institutions), to improve the infrastructure, higher education and training. The advancement in solving these problems will facilitate the situation or solve the large part of the problems of goods market efficiency and improve the existing technological readiness. The increasing of the goods market quality and the improvement of technological readiness will, in their turn, upgrade business sophistication and innovations. The proposed approach gives ground to claim that the reforms need to be made in the sequence described above. The upgrade of Russian companies’ business sophistication and their innovation will be to a great extent the result of the solution of the mentioned problems.

The objective of this research is to study the inluence of development effectiveness and education and training quality on the driver’s technical skills of PT XYZ in Jakarta. The method of research is a survey using Path Analysis. The respondents for this survey are 35 drivers selected by applying proportional random sampling technique. The results of this research show that: (1) the effectiveness of development directly inluencing the driver’s technical skills is 35.8%, (2) the quality of education and training directly inluencing the driver’s technical skills is 33.8%, and (3) the effectiveness of coaching directly inluencing the quality of education is 25.5% The study concludes that technical skills can be improved through effective development and the quality of education and training, and the quality of education and training can be enhanced through effective development as well.

This study discusses the implementation of the academic supervision conducted by principal of Private Madrasah Aliyah of Cisaat Sukabumi. The results of this study concluded that the implementation of the academic supervision conducted by the principals are not systematic and not preprogrammed, so that teachers do not feel any relief from the headmaster in improving the quality of learning. This is due to the low competence of the principals in academic supervision and they tended to judge and find fault with teachers without providing advice and solu-tions. however, the principals have a plan/program of supervision, commitment and high motivation, seek to meet the performance assessment of supervisors. Based on the above, it needs guidance in the form of education and training to increase the competence of the principals of the madrasah, and giving reward to the successful principals.AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala Madra-sah di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Kecamatan Cisaat Kabupaten Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik yang dila-kukan oleh kepala madrasah tidak sistematis dan tidak terprogram, sehingga guru-guru tidak merasakan adanya bantuan dari kepala madrasah dalam peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kompetensi supervisi akademik kepala madrasah yang rendah dan cenderung menilai dan mencari kesalahan guru tanpa memberikan saran dan solusi. Walaupun demikian, kepala madrasah memi-liki rencana/program supervisi, komitmen dan motivasinya tinggi, berupaya untuk memenuhi penilaian kinerja kepala madrasah dari pengawas madrasah. Berda-sarkan penjelasan di atas, maka perlu diadakan pembinaan berupa pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk peningkatan kompetensi kepala madrasah, dan pemberian reward terhadap Kepala Madrasah yang berprestasi.

This study is inspired by the limited educational resources in sports education, especially those that discuss the role of leadership in improving the quality of education and training of athletes in achieving the quality of human resources in the form of improving performance in sport. Through this research, it is hoped that a pedagogical resource can be used as a model, that improving the achievements of the young generation in the field of sport is not enough with the education and training of athletes, but strong leadership is needed by the Regional Head of Kediri, East Java, Indonesia, and the Indonesian National Sports Committee of Kediri City is the parent of the research. This method of research is qualitative. Data was collected using in-depth interviewing and participatory observation techniques. The results showed that the role of leadership in the education and training of athletes plays a very important role in improving the performance of sport in the area. Its form may be in the form of a leader's decision on the allocation of funds, monitoring, motivation and maximum moral support.

The industrial revolution 4.0 is a digital-based era that demands the quality of human resources (HR) who have high skills. The Education and Training Center (ETC) is one of the institutions that plays role in increasing the quality level of human resources. This study aims to see the effect simultaneously and partially between the competence of instructors and infrastructure on the quality of ETC graduates in the face of the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study consists of all ETCs in Indragiri Hulu, there are 15 ETCs and all ETCs were sampled. Multiple regression and correlation analysis using SPSS 22.0 was used to determine whether or not there is an influence and relationship between variables. The results of the study concluded (1) the competence of instructors and infrastructure simultaneously had a significant effect on the quality of graduates. (2) Instructor competence partially has a significant effect on the quality of graduates. (3) Facilities partially has a significant effect on the quality of graduates. The variable that has the greatest contribution to the quality of ETC graduates in Indragiri Hulu Regency is the competence of the instructor followed by infrastructure. In this case, of education it will be very difficult for ETC graduates to compete in the world of work. Because this is a factor caused from within the ETC itself.

The purpose of this study was to explore ways that higher education institutes (HEI’s) that offered agriculture education and training (AET) in their curriculum could change the behavior to improve the quality of education offered to students. Faculty at a regional conference in Africa participated in a daylong focus group workshop aimed at addressing these needs and offering solutions that could be implemented immediately. Using the theory of planned behavior as a guide, participants discussed the challenges and solutions they saw at their institutions and the amount of time it would take to implement changes. A qualitative analysis was conducted using a codebook to analyze various pieces of data that included video clips and artifacts created by the participants at the workshop. Results from the analysis were split in two main themes, challenges or solutions. The main challenges included access to higher education and lack of preparation at the primary and secondary level of school. The main solutions proposed were to restructure the leadership and offer more training to faculty through mentoring programs. These results can guide higher education initiatives for agriculture education and training as well as other discipline areas in higher education.

This research attempts to know if there are no influence or between education and training discipline of work and the satisfaction work simultaneously and partial achievement work against member organization of IGTKI Krembung Distric. The population of this study is all member organization of IGTKI Krembung Distric and sample 98 employees. An instrument data collection is the questionnaire, and data analysis technique available for analysis is linear regression worship of idols with the program statistic spss.This research result indicates that the education and training, discipline of work and the satisfaction of work achievement of work affecting employees simultaneously and partial.proven the analysis that shows the education and training that the value of work is 2,444 t-test 0,016 with a sig value so (0,016 &< 0.05), discipline that the value of work is 2,947 t-test 0.004 with a sig value so (0.004 & < 0.05), and the satisfaction of work is the value of t-test 0,012 2,569 with a sig value so (0,012 & < 0.05) that means each variable x impact on the achievement of working.But the results obtained by the simultaneous or f-test 7,045 with the significance of 0,000 & < 0.05 so ho rejected ha accepted. So, can be concluded that the results of this research work is education and training, discipline of work and the satisfaction of work achievement of having influence in the work of employees. As we know that the education and training, discipline and satisfaction to improve the quality of work achievement and quality of the company.
