The relevance of the material presented in the article is caused by the system implementation of modern information and communication technologies into the educational process of higher educational institutions, that induces the appearance of new kinds and forms of its organization, such as blended learning. Today, there is no single view of the content of this phenomenon among scientists. Based on the analysis of scientific literature and practical developments of pedagogical community the author has analyzed the content and features of the concept of "blended learning", highlighted two approaches to its understanding: narrow and wide. There is presented a generalized classification of blended learning models, as well as proposed strategic stages of its implementation in activities of educational institutions.

Informatization of postmodern society is a promising path to economic, social and educational development. The informatization of education is aimed at the formation and development of the intellectual potential of the nation, the improvement of the forms and content of the educational process, the introduction of computer teaching and testing methods, allows solving problems at the highest level, taking into account world requirements. One of the important directions in the development of informatization of education in the context of a pandemic is new computer technologies. Interactivity, intensification of the learning process, feedback - are the real advantages of these technologies, which necessitated their application in various fields of human activity, primarily in those related to education and professional training. Now, in a pandemic, the number of studies has noticeably increased, the subject of which was the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process. The article deals with the problem of psychological and didactic aspects of the introduction of information communication technologies in the process of teaching students of higher educational institutions. An analysis of the problems and prospects of using information communication technologies in higher educational institutions was carried out, as a guarantee of building an intensive process of assimilating knowledge, skills, and abilities of students of higher educational institutions.

The article considers the role and importance of information technology in the field of educationalservices and innovative teaching methods. It has been determined that the use of information and communication technologies in the teaching process in higher education institutions is a necessity that has been accompanied by challenges of the world space, in particular in recent years. Cybernation of the world, which began in the middle of the 20th century, encompassed all spheres of the life of society, becoming an essential component of the environment. Electronic technologies are used in various industries and services, including education. The implementation of the idea of e-education has contributed to the change in educational technologies, the dominant component of which are information and communication technologies. The research problem lies in the need to disclose modern information and communication technologies as an actual resource for educational activities. The purpose of the research is to substantiate the effectiveness of the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process. The research methods are analysis, synthesis, generalization, description. The basic research method is a pedagogical experiment. The research results: the concept of "information and communication technologies" has been considered, their tools have been described; the advantages of using information and communication technologies in educational activities in the direction of training 44.03.02 Psychology and Pedagogy of primary education have been disclosed; the efficiency has been substantiated and the possibilities of using informatization means in the educational process on the basis of the branch of FSBEI HE "Adyghe State University" in the city of Belorechensk have been determined; examples of the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process in the disciplines "Modern information technologies", "Information and communication technologies in education" have been given; the results of experimental work have been presented, that confirm the increase in the efficiency of the quality of knowledge. Key conclusions: information and communication technologies include the integration of methodological techniques, technological processes, software and hardware that interact with each other in the process of using information for a specific purpose, determined by the interests of its consumers; the advantages of information and communication technologies in educational activities are the expansion of the possibilities of the educational process, the development of positive educational motivation and interest of students, an increase in the quality of knowledge, etc.

The study highlights the relevance of the organization of distance learning in quarantine conditions. The theoretical analysis of normative educational documents, scientific literature on the use of information and communication technologies in the distance education system, as well as directions for solving issues in ensuring the quality of higher education is carried out. The current state of implementation of distance learning in educational institutions is considered, the experience in the organization of distance learning is studied, and the necessary means for the effective organization of distance learning are identified. A theoretical and methodological analysis of scientific literature on the problem of determining the advantages and disadvantages of distance education was carried out. Much attention is given to the prospects for the development of distance education in Ukraine. The directions for further improvement of distance learning are proposed.

The study aimed to map the critical success factors for the adoption of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in the educational process of educational institutions. Problems related to the adoption of ICT in the educational system stem from the need to adapt to the use of new technologies in the internal processes of institutions and in teaching and learning processes, common to different profiles of educational institutions including of engineering courses with them specificities. To meet the objective, a review of the existing bibliography in the Scopus database was carried out to highlight articles relevant to the topic. Based on the review, 31 articles identified the main factors and effects that influence and impact the process of implementation and continued use of ICTs. The survey generated a broader view of the challenges faced in different dimensions, from SWOT framework, involving different stakeholders. It is suggested in future studies to engineering analyze deeper the complex scenario that involves the theme.

Problem and goal. The problem lies in the effectiveness of the formation of motivation for the productive information activities among the subjects of the educational process. The goal is determined by the need to train specialists, taking into account changes in the field of education that have occurred due to the introduction of digital technologies in education and risks of digitalization generated by technogenic processes in the educational environment. Methodology. The author's programs and funds of evaluation tools were used, practical tasks and research project topics were developed to include them in the programs of pedagogical and industrial practices of undergraduates. The materials are based on the author's developments, which are reflected in the textbooks. In practice, the following technologies have found methodological justification for the implementation of the discipline: information and communication technologies for universal use, Big Data, distance learning, blended learning, organization of project activities of students. Results. The introduction of the discipline Digital Didactics allows undergraduates to form new competencies. Conclusion. The competencies formed during the training of the discipline Digital Didactics enable to take into account the existing changes in the field of education.
