This study aims to analyze and prove the Influence Career Development, Work Environment, Compensation and it’s implication on job satisfaction of permanent lecturer of maritime colleges in DKI Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive survey method and explanatory survey with 253 respondents. The analysis of the data used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), consisting of career development, work environment and compensation as exogenous variables, job satisfaction as an endogenous variable. Based on the partially and simultaneous research that Career development, work environment and compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a contribution (R2) of 92 %. Work environment has the most dominantt effect on the job satisfaction of lecturers at maritime colleges in DKI Jakarta.

Research shows that a motivated workforce is substantially more productive than an unmotivated, apathetic group of employees. When workers have career opportunities and receive compensation, they are more likely to work harder for the good of the company, because they can see first-hand what their contributions mean to its success. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of compensation and career development on employee loyalty as mediated by job satisfaction. The sample in this study was employees of PT PLN (Persero) UPT Pulogadung. The number of samples collected was 133 samples. This study used a quantitative method based on analytical approaches using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to employees and then processed using the Amos 26 application. According to the findings of this research, compensation and career development have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Compensation and career development have no effect on employee loyalty. Mediation results show that job satisfaction can mediate the effect of compensation and career development on employee loyalty. It can be conclude that in order to increase employee loyalty, companies must pay attention to the amount of compensation and career development. Employees who are satisfied with their work have a major impact on the growth and success of the company. That’s why it’s worth the effort to create a work environment that motivates and inspires employees to do their best. Ultimately, when employee loyalty is elevated, company’s achievements become their achievements – and success is all but guaranteed.

Job satisfaction is one of the keys to accomplish optimal performance. Therefore, conditioning the organization to create job satisfaction is very important. This study aims to prove that the optimization of employee performance can be achieved especially if the job satisfaction has been realized, using career development, competence, and compensation as indicators. This research method was descriptive-verification with the collection data using survey that sampling uses saturated sampling and analyzed using the Structural Equation Model. The object research was employees of the Regional Forestry Service work units of Central Sulawesi Province. The results proved that the job satisfaction was a very important factor in mediating (full mediating variables) the variables of career development, competence, and compensation in improving employee performance, which is indicated by a positive and significant effect. Furthermore, it was proven that the biggest contribution affecting employee performance was the variable job satisfaction, with career development contributes to the highest influence on job satisfaction, followed by competence, and compensation.   Keywords: Job satisfaction, career development, competence, compensation, and employee’s performance.

This study aims to determine the influence of the variable influence of career development, work motivation and work competence on employee work productivity at Dazzle company in Yogyakarta. This research method uses descriptive survey methods and explanatory surveys. The sample in this study were 50 respondents who were drawn from employees at the company Dazzle Yogyakarta. The data analysis method used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The result of the research is that there is a positive and significant influence on career development variables, work motivation and work competence on work productivity in the company Dazzle Yogyakarta

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, competence, compensation on employee performance and the impact on organizational performance on the employees of the Directorate General of Agricultural Infrastructure and Facilities. This study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Directorate General of Agricultural Infrastructure and Facilities. As the respondent. This research method uses quantitative methods with technical analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS version 22 application. The research sample used in this study were 158 respondents. The results showed that leadership style, competence and compensation directly had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style, competence and compensation directly have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Leadership style, competence and compensation indirectly have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance through employee performance.

The research aims to analyze the impact of leadership style and work environment to employee’s job satisfaction with organizational culture as moderating variable at balai kesehatan penerbangan Jakarta. the research used quantitative method. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling-partial least square. 84 public services were used as samples, but 78 samples were given questionaire back. The research revealed that: a) leadership style has impact on work environment (0,549); b) leadership style influences significantly to organizational culture (0,454); c) work environment doesnot have impact on organizational culture (0,161); d) organizational culture has strong relation to job satisfaction (0,840); e) leadership style has not effect on job satisfaction (0,038); f) work environment has not influence on job satisfaction (0,037); g) throught organizational culture, leadership style hassignificant effect on job satisfaction (0,660); and h) throught organizational culture, work environment has not siginificant effect on job satisfaction (0,129).

Research was conducted to explore job satisfaction of employee in PT. Holcim Indonesia,Tbk.Thisstudycoveredforpermanentemployee.Thepurposeofthispaper is to investigate whether employee promotion, upward downward communication and work environment influences the job satisfaction of PT. Holcim Indonesia, Tbk. This paper is based on a questionnaire survey of all employee position (manager and non-manager) in all plant of Indonesia with a random sample of 225 employees, and the method of analysis used is the frequency distribution and path analysis. The Data was collected through a self-administered survey questionnaire. The questionnaire is adopted from a previous validated survey. The data was analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS. The results showed that among seven hypotheses tested, all variables have the positive influence, however, there are two latent variables which have direct significant associations, while the others have not. A variable which have indirect significant associations, while the other one has not. WorkEnvironmenthavedirectpositiveandsignificantinfluenceonthejobsatisfaction, while employee promotion and upward downward communication have a direct positiveinfluencebutnotsignificant.Otherwise,both employee promotion and upward downward communication have an indirect positive influence on the job satisfaction with intervening variable (work environment). The study provides ways to increase the job satisfaction of all employees so that they will be able to produce reliable company performances.

This research examines the organizationa justice include distributive justice compensation and pocedural justicecompensation to employess performance both directly and indirectly influenced by job satisfaction. Data analysistechniques in this study using analysis of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) program operated by AMOS 21. Theresults showed that distributive justce compensation significant positive effect on job satisfaction, procedural justicecompensation significant positive effect on job satisfaction, distributive justice compensation are not significsantly toemployees performance, procedural justice compensation are not significantly to employees performance, jobsatisfaction significant positive effect on employees performace, job satisfaction as a mediating influence ofdistributive justice compensation and procedural justice compensation to employees performance.

<p>The Background of this research was the trend of companies’ outsourcing human resource (expertise and specialists) to accomplish tasks more cheaply and efficiently to increase productivity. The objective of this research was to find out the impact of employees’ perception of outsourcing human resource on their job satisfaction and turnover intention. To achieve this objective the quantitative research has been done by using explanatory survey method. The design of this research applies quantitative approach. The samples for the study consisted of 115 human resource division employees of three Banks in Jakarta. The primary data in this research was obtained by using closed ended questionnaires. Non probability sampling method with the convenience sampling technique was employed to select the sample. Data analysis used in this research was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this research concludes that employees’ positive perception of outsourcing human resource increases their job satisfaction and decreases their turnover intention whereas negative perception of outsourcing human resource decreases job satisfaction and subsequently increases turnover intention. Based on the result of the research, it is important that a company outsource human resource to increase productivity.</p>

Senior High School (SMA) institution is an educational institution that is required to bring out graduates so they can join public universities (PTN) and become prime human resources. So school educational institutions need human resources such as school principals and teachers as organizational wheels to drive activities. To achieve these goals, the school is required to pay attention to the work commitment of the teachers by paying attention to career development variables and job satisfaction, this is based on career development that runs in an organization that can increase their commitment to the organization in achieving organizational goals because the teachers have job satisfaction with the existing job promotion system so as to improve work quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development and job satisfaction on organizational commitment in a highschool in Jakarta teachers. Researchers distributed questionnaires to all teachers who teach at a highschool in Jakarta, totaling 55 respondents to be the sample for the entire study. The data analysis method in this research is quantitative method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), through the Partial Least Square approach. The results of this study show that career development affects organizational commitment to teachers of a highschool in Jakarta and job satisfaction affects organizational commitment of a highschool in Jakarta teachers. Lembaga institusi Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang dituntut untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang unggul agar dapat masuk PTN dan menjadi sumber daya manusia yang unggul. Oleh karena itu, institusi lembaga pendidikan sekolah memerlukan sumber daya manusia sebagai penggerak roda kegiatan seperti kepala sekolah dan guru dalam roda organisasi. Dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut pihak sekolah dituntut untuk memperhatikan komitmen kerja bapak/ibu guru dengan memperhatikan variabel pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja. Hal tersebut didasarkan atas pengembangan karir yang berjalan dalam sebuah organisasi dapat meningkatkan komitmen mereka terhadap organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi karena karyawan bapak/ibu guru memiliki kepuasan kerja dengan adanya sistem promosi jabatan yang ada sehingga meningkatkan kualitas kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Guru di sebuah SMA di Jakarta. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh bapak/ibu guru yang mengajar di sebuah SMA di Jakarta yang berjumlah 55 responden. Metode analisa data dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), melalui pendekatan Partial Least Square, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi pada guru di sebuah SMA di Jakarta dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi pada guru di sebuah SMA di Jakarta.
