Educational technologies have become more important especially in the recent years. The use of technology to facilitate learning has increased over the past decade, but relevant problems in education are still on the agenda. The aim of this study is to determine the opinions of preservice teachers about using technological tools in education. Qualitative method was used in the study. The study was applied to the 32 senior students studying at the classroom teaching department of a university in Kazakhstan. Data were collected with interviews. The interview questions were prepared to get the opinions of preservice teachers studying in the classroom teaching department regarding the use of technology in educational technology, and the questions were applied by giving the final shape by the experts in their fields. According to the results, preservice teachers feel insufficient to use the internet and computer for teaching purposes. However, they stated that they are sufficient in using computers and internet search engines, they can prepare simple materials for teaching purposes and they can not prepare multi-purpose teaching devices. This difference can be overcome with individual research and project assignments that require preservice teachers to use technology for teaching purposes.

In recent years, “EdTech” and “E-Learning” concepts have become part of people’s routine. The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the conception of social development, the nature of progress, and the application of information technologies. How reasonable is the development of distance learning? This question was raised by many actors. Meanwhile, during the most acute outbreaks of the pandemic, there was a sharp adoption of entire measures for the EdTech introduction around the world, including the Arab states. This article looks into characteristics of the situation in the field of educational innovative technologies in the states of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) in the period preceding the pandemic and in the last year and a half. The emphasis is placed on the peculiarities of the development of the situation in each of the countries: despite the obvious similarity of the economic, political, and cultural fields, all six Member States of the Council had different attitudes to the goals of education, to the reform of this area, and to the use of technology and EdTech in education process. The article is divided into two main parts according to the chronological principle: The first briefly describes the processes of implementing educational technologies until 2020 characterizing the overall dynamics of the development of the sector in each of the six countries. The second part similarly covers the period of the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic as well as introduces the measures and steps taken in the GCC countries, provides analysis of their effectiveness and the reasons for their success or failure. The problem of the research seems to be extremely relevant despite the little amount of academic works devoted to this topic. Further study of the experience of Arab countries will not only allow to make several assumptions about the effectiveness of certain measures in other countries (e.g., in Russia) but also can become the basis for a broad comparative study covering the entire region of the Middle East and North Africa.

The aim of this study was to determine whether physical education teachers' (PETs) views and attitudes towards the use of technology in education differed by gender, educational stage, type of school, age, and number of students in classroom. Study sample consisted of 270 volunteer PETs. A parallel mixed design was used. General screening method was used in the quantitative study and content analysis was used in the qualitative study. Data were collected using the scale of attitudes towards the use of technology in education, and open-ended questions prepared by the researcher. It was determined that PETs who are women, work in high school, their classroom between 26-30 and 36-40 years old have more difficulty in using technology and classroom control in the course. Moreover, PETs working in private schools had more developed technical skills. The results indicate that PETs attitudes towards the use of technological materials should be improved.

Evaluating the use of technology in education in the past has yielded conflicting results due to inadequate implementation of technology and premature attempts at evaluation. The necessary phases in using technology had been ignored. This article introduces the concept of the three E's — Extensiveness, Effectiveness, and Endurance — as the three phases in an innovation diffusion process; reviews previous research studies on uses of technology in education in the context of the three E's; and discusses the implication of the three E's for technological innovations in education and for evaluation.

Christian Louis Lange once said, "Technology is a useful servant but a dangerous master." The effective use of technology in education has changed the face of education and it has created more educational opportunities. Both teachers and students have benefited from various educational technologies, teachers have learned how to integrate technology in their classrooms and students are getting more interested in learning with technology. The use of technology in education has removed educational boundaries, both students and teachers have collaborated in real time using advanced educational technologies. However we need to make sure that technology is used by teachers only to facilitate the learning process, not to replace the teachers. Extensive use of technology acts as an impediment to the systemized to the teaching-learning process.   Recent advancements in educational technologies have yielded positive results in our education sector. New educational technology supports both the teaching and learning processes. Technology has digitized classrooms through digital learning tools like computers, ipads, smartphones, smart digital whiteboards. It has expanded course offerings, and has increased student's engagement and motivation towards learning.  This paper deals with the problems faced by teachers while teaching English in the traditional methods. It propounds five new language games to teach syntax structures to the learners by incorporating technology. Keywords: impediment, integrate, syntax structures

The fact that the influence of globalization has been driven by dramatic changes is not one of those “blinding flashes of the obvious” that seems to sneak up on us. It is very evident and even predictable. Advances in technology, markets, and environments were precursors to the big changes we are now talking about. Advances in technology have led to the current global grid driven by information. The primary mission of business is to provide solutions, and this technology explosion has provided opportunities and market applications for those solutions. Local businesses now have an opportunity to move beyond their restricted geography of the past into the global arena with the use of technology. A local store in a remote village in Kentucky has the same opportunity as a large store in London to access global customers. These could be exciting times for local businesses if they use technology to their advantage.
