The Covid-19 pandemic has negatively impacted societies in many sectors, including education sector. One of the effects is that teaching and learning activities cannot be done in campus, thus Teacher Professional Education or PPG (Pendidikan Profesi Guru) that used to be conducted in campus, should be carried out online by using LMS (Learning Management System) called SIM PKB. The problem is that the students are not familiar with the LMS used, which cause most of them to experience technical problems in the process of the digital learning. This condition requires the class administrators to guide them in using the LMS. This article discusses the use of a screen recorder application to guide PPG students’ learning. This research was conducted by observing the digital learning activities of PPG students in SIM PKB LMS before and after watching a video tutorial made using screen recorder application. The results show that the use of screen recorder is effective in helping class administrators to guide the students in operating the LMS. Before the video tutorial was published, there was a virtual meeting with the same objective. However, still, there were so many inquiries about particular functions in the LMS. After the video tutorial was given to the students, there was no more complain regarding technical problems, because the video tutorials can be played repeatedly. Once the video downloaded, the students can play it despite their unstable internet connections. In this case, screen recorders can also save more on the internet quota consumption.

Physical education is basically an integral part of the education system as a whole which aims to develop aspects of health, physical fitness, critical thinking skills, emotional stability, social skills, reasoning and moral action through physical activities and sports. The purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes for grade V SD Negeri Balongwono, Trowulan District, Mojokerto Regency through the assistance of peer tutors. The research was conducted at SD Negeri Balongwono, Trowulan District, Mojokerto Regency in the first semester of the 2018/2019 academic year, from March 2019 to April 2019. The subjects of this study were GRADE V SD Negeri Balongwono, Mojokerto Regency in the 2018/2019 academic year, namely 26 people who above: 16 boys and 10 girls. Sources of data used in Graderoom Action Research (PTK) are as follows: 1. Data on learning outcomes above, obtained from students; 2. Teacher activity data, obtained from events during the teaching and learning activities in progress; 3. Student activity data, obtained from events during the teaching and learning activities; 4. Data on the implementation of teaching and learning activities with the help of peer tutors, obtained from events during the teaching and learning activities. The data analyzed included quantitative data (by presenting numbers as a measure of achievement), and qualitative data (presenting numbers as a comparison). Data analysis was carried out in a descriptive comparative manner which aims to compare the conditions before and after the learning corrective action was taken. The stages in the action of analyzing data include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the data analysis of the basic technique of passing on mini volleyball for Grade V students of SD Negeri Balongwono, Trowulan District, Mojokerto Regency, 2018/2019 academic year, the following results can be obtained: 1. In the pre-action of 26 students, there were 11 students (42%) who completed learning. 2. At the end of the first cycle of 26 students, there were 19 students (73%) who had finished learning. 3. At the end of the second cycle of 26 students, 23 students (88%) have completed learning. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the peer tutor assistance method can improve the basic techniques of fitting for the V-grade mini volleyball of the V-grade students of SD Negeri Balongwono, Trowulan District, Mojokerto Regency, 2018/2019 Academic Year.

The concept of digital learning or e-learning is now widely applied in many universities. in this research is done architecture design of e-learning information system equipped with e-library as storage media of material needed in learning and also as media of search of library material which amount is not limited. The background of this architectural design is two, which is less effective teaching and learning activities when there is holiday or lecturer absence and the last is the limited number of library  materials in hardcopy. E-learning and e-library as one of the impacts of information technology advances can be utilized to overcome the obstacles in STKOM Al Ma'soem. With e-learning lecturers can provide lectures without having to  face-to-face with students. Whereas with the use of e-library students can get library materials online without limited space and time.

There is currently little or no literature on COVID-19 in relation to educational studies especially in the area of continuous teaching and learning activities. The only literature available is directly related to medical studies. This is not because education is not directly affected by the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic but rather because studies in education rarely incorporate effects of disease on the effective provision of education to learners across the globe. The paper focused on the digital learning tools for creating teaching and learning contents at COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. The prime target of the researchers is to outlinethe digital learning tools as it is useful for creating teaching and learning contents for teachers at all level of education. There are many free and paid online digital learning tools available for creating teaching and learning content, such tools include: schoology; Google classroom; Edmodo; Moddle; Grockit; ePals and a lot but just to mention but few. The aforementioned tools were free for some extent, but teachers/tutors and students have to use internet for using these tools for long teaching and learning purpose. Some of the benefits of digital learning tools include the following; to reduce time and cost, issue of any pandemic or lockdown and maintaining social distance to minimize the spread of the disease more especially during pandemic. The paper therefore suggested that there is need for insights regarding the use of digital learning tools and teachers/tutors and students alike should consider digital learning tools for creating and continuous teaching and learning activities. The paper also recommended among others that educational stakeholders in Nigeria should provide training for teachers on how to use various digital learning tools in creating teaching and learning contents.

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> This article gives a report on a study on the challenges faced by graduates of Teacher Professional Education Program in terms of lesson planning, execution stage, and evaluation. Narrative research is used for this study to understand present real-life experiences. The study revealed that the graduates of PPG experienced some challenges in those three phase of teaching and learning process; however, along with those challenges, they were able to give responses which they thought to be the most effective responses.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong><em> </em>Penelitian ini melaporkan hasil penelitian tentang tantangan yang dihadapi oleh lulusan Program Pendidikan Profesi Guru dalam merencanakan pembelajaran, mengimplementasikan rencana pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Three Stages

This study deals with teaching and learning practices in vocational education and training (VET) in the Brazilian context. The objective of the research was to problematize the production of tutorial videos, as didactic resource - pedagogical, in the discipline “Drawing”, in a class of a higher secondary technical-professional education course. This is a particularly interesting topic due to the lack of teaching materials related to VET and the difficulties of using manual technical drawing instruments (and procedures execution ) observed in this discipline. The qualitative study adopted the action research method and was structured in three stages: video production, analysis of the video production process and intervention analysis. Held at the Federal Institute of Alagoas, Santana do Ipanema Campus, the research was carried out with students from the 1st grade of the Technical Course in Agriculture. Data collection focused on the written record and the application of two questionnaires: before and after the videos were produced. Participants rated positively the teaching experience they had. Our reflections suggest integration between the production of tutorial videos and the development of reflective teaching and learning practices. Thus, it is believed that the production of tutorial videos was positively constituted as a relevant didactic-pedagogical resource to the discipline “Drawing”.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on the applications and student expenditure during the pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic caused the government through the Ministry of Education and Culture to announce teaching and learning activities carried out from home using the online method. There are several complaints with the use of online methods, one of which is opinion about the increase in fees for the purchase of data package pulses. The opinion said that student spending increased due to the purchase of data package pulses. This study tries to conduct a survey and analysis specifically comparing student costs before and after co-19. During a pandemic, students spend more credit than before the pandemic which is 10.8% on topping up. But it was revealed that spending on pandemic students was less than before the pandemic with the smallest percentage of 46.9%. While applications that are often used in online lecture methods are Google Classroom with 74.7%, Zoom 67%, and WAG 35.3%. It is hoped that this initial research can support and provide input to policy makers in education institutions during lectures during the pandemic.

AbstrakKepala Madrasah merupakan orang yang memiliki tenaga fungsional guru yang bertugas sebagai pemimpin dilembaga pendidikan, yang menyelenggarakan sebuah kegiatan belajar mengajar sehingga terjadinya interaksi antara seorang murid dan guru. Akan tetapi, kepala madrasah masih belum melaksanakn tugasnya dengan baik. Apabila Madrasah ingin mencapai tujuan yang direncanakan, seorang kepala madrasah harus menciptakan dan menjadikan guru sebagai guru yang professional serta bertanggungjawab atas pembelajaran. Dengan adanya guru yang professional, dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar akan menjadi mudah, efektif dan efisien serta memiliki output yang luar biasa baik segi ilmu umum maupun ilmu agama. Oleh karena itu, maka madrasah membutuhkan guru PAI yang berkualitas dan professional. Karena dengan adanya guru yang professional akan menjadikan madrasahan lebih disiplin. Oleh sebab itu, seorang kepala madrasah sebagai educator, motivator, innovator dan supervisor dalam lembaga pendidikan dituntut untuk memfasilitasi dan mengambangkan serta melengkapi kebutuhan agar menjadi guru yang profesional. Kata Kunci :Kepala Madrasah, motivator, Inovator, Profesional guru        Abstract The principal is a person who has a functional position as teacher and served as a leader in educational institutions, which organizes a teaching and learning activities so that the interaction between student dan teacher are occur. However, the principal still has not done a good job. If the school want to achieve its intended purpose, a principal must create dan make the teacher to be a professional teacher and responsible for learning. With the existence of a professional teacher in teaching and learning acitivities will be easy, effective and efficient and has a remarkable output. Therefore, the school requires Islamic education teacher whose qualified and professional. Because with the existence of a professional teacher will make the school more disciplined. This research aims to determine the effectiveness and feasibility of using Appsgeysers Media website against the enhancement of student learning motivation. This research was done in SD Muhammadiyah 2 Full Day education North Sangatta because the teaching and learning activities conducted in the school especially in thematic lessons have used multimethods and multimedia, only still limited to the use of Microsoft Power point Medi so still impressed less effective. This type of research uses research and development methods or commonly called research and development. Samples use Lee and Owens development design methods. While the samples are taken in the class V (five) students, by using the pattern of one group Pretes and postest design. The Data used is a daily replay value before and after treatment, and then analyzed using test t. The results showed that interactive learning media based on website Appsgeysers used has a high level of effectiveness and feasibility. The high interest and motivation to learn that is high in the students ' interest also in teaching and learning activities. These findings are supported by the fact of the field where the average daily replay value of students increased 13.59% from 69.96 to 82.90.
