In the globalized world, possessing good products may not be enough to reach potential clients unless creative marketing strategies are well delineated. In this context, public relations are also important when it comes to capture the client's attention, making the first contact between the clients and the company's products, while being persuasive enough to make them confident that the company has the right products to fit their needs. Three virtual public relations installations were purposed in this chapter, combining technology with a human like public relations ability, capable of interacting with potential clients located in front of the installation, at angles of up to 57º (degrees), 180º and 360º, respectively. From one to several Microsoft Kinects were used to develop the three interaction models, which allows tracking and recognition of users' gestures and positions (heat map), sound sources, voice commands and face and body extraction of the user interacting with the installation.

Why do we in the United States rely increasingly on psychiatric medications despite increasing evidence that they do more harm than help? The author offers historical perspective by noting events and his experiences in our mental health system from the 1950s to the present, with some clinical and judicial reform efforts, including the right to refuse treatment cases. Then, focusing on advertising and public relations leads to seeing a parallel between the commercial success of the tobacco industry and that of the psychiatric drug industry, using the power of propaganda in crucial marketing strategies for supporting the dominance of pharmaceutical treatments relative to psychosocial approaches.

‘Marketing’ is not just an activity. It is a process, a philosophy and a phenomenon. The evolution of marketing has produced tremendous benefits to business and end consumers. The innovation in this field has been steady and yet at high speed. From ‘word of mouth advertising’ which was the only option earlier we are now at the mercy of what consumers are sharing about their experience on the internet. Social Media has become more powerful than what we think and this article shows how we can leverage this to benefit the top-line and customer delight. We dive deep to understand the influence Social Media can create towards purchase of residential property. As much complex it is to make the purchase decision of a property, it is equally difficult for marketers to send the right message to their target audience. Through this article, we are trying to see how marketers have transformed their traditional marketing strategies to address the needs of the millennial population, who are the most potential customers for property purchase.

The approach of this research is qualitative and descriptive. In this study those who become the subject of research is an informant (key figure). The subject of this study is divided into two main components, consisting of internal public and external public that is from the Board of the Central Executive Board of Gerindra Party, Party Cadres, Observers and Journalists. The object of this research is the behavior, activities and opinions of Gerindra Party Public Relation Team. In this study used data collection techniques with interviews, participatory observation, and triangulation of data. The results of this study indicate that the Public Relations Gerindra has implemented strategies through various public relations programs and establish good media relations with the reporters so that socialization goes well. So also with the evaluation that is done related to the strategy of the party. The success of Gerindra Party in maintaining the party’s image in Election 2014 as a result of the running of PR strategy and communication and sharing the right type of program according to the characteristics of the voting community or its constituents.Keywords: PR Strategy, Gerindra Party, Election 2014

Background: Parkinson's disease was described for the first time by James Parkinson in 1817 in the trial "Shaking Palsy," and thus there is also evidence of this disease in the Indian medical system 4500 years ago, for the diagnosis and its management with Mucuna pruriens.Years later, it was subsequently determined to contain levodopa. Two types of manifestations of Parkinson's disease are currently known, such as motor and non-motor, the first being the one that usually leads to diagnosis. Success in this will depend on the skill of the primary care physician, the ability to recognize the first symptoms by the patient, and the health systems in the management of care for the timely referral. This work shows the comprehensive management of a patient who arrives at Primary Care services, presenting vague and specific symptoms. These symptoms were treated with medications or remedies in order to calm the condition temporarily. It is convenient to call the specific symptoms such as headache, nausea, pain, dizziness, tiredness and weakness, poor motivation, sadness, easy crying, and sleep disturbances; A large percentage go to their health centers for presenting motor alterations, many times identified by their relatives or by themselves and despite being recognized as something abnormal, many of them come when the tremor intervenes with the activities of daily life. At this point, the management of the disease would begin, making clear the importance of education for the population to attend abnormal situations on time and not in late stages, significantly improving the quality of life or the prognosis of the disease Parkinson's, as is the case that occurred in our institution; A 64-year-old female patient who presents with tremor in the fifth finger of the right hand, she mentions that it is more intense when there are apparently stress situations, hyposmia and sleep disturbances, going to different health centers where they were controlled the discomfort with essential medications, many of these not requiring a prescription, temporarily decreasing in intensity; This being the beginning of multi-causality for proper management from considering the first contact doctor as a resource manager with the use of diagnostic skills to recognize characteristic signs in early stages of the disease and the ability to maintain continuity with the patients and their families as a model of family system. Studies were determined that non-motor manifestations could appear months or years before they manifest as motor symptoms to give comprehensive management to patients from their first contact with the health centers closest to them. The diagnostic presumption and its referral to the neurology and timely treatment service, until evaluating the functionality and efficacy of health policies, avoiding the delay in pharmacological treatment and access to specific neuroimaging studies at any stage of the disease. Objective: The objective of this report is to present a clinical case of a patient diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, from its management in the first contact medical services to have comprehensive management by a neurologist, thus in this way the period of latency to start treatment. Methods: We present a clinical case of a 64-year-old patient who came to consultation due to a tremor in the fifth finger of the right hand.A review of her medical history is performed, and management by different specialties is identified, for mood disorders, insomnia, essential tremor in addition to allergic rhinitis, already with drug treatment with slight or no improvement. The patient underwent a neurological examination and imaging and laboratory studies. She was referred to the neurology service as soon as possible. Result: After the interrogation and physical examination, the patient was referred to the Neurology service to confirm the presumption of diagnosis as a movement disorder under study. This process is often called the "latency period" of the diagnosis. The present work is shown as a decisive factor in giving a verdict on this problem. It is known that this level of resolution takes into account the pillars of first contact medicine as health resource managers. In this way, pharmacological treatment was started with a decrease in tremor as a motor symptom and an increase in quality and amount of sleep, increased mood, and affect as non-motor symptoms. Conclusion: The patient is under established medical and pharmacological control, and the long diagnostic latency period could be evidenced, as it usually happens in many movement disorders or their early stages, in this case, Parkinson's disease. Likewise, the family doctor is an instrument that allows the resolution of more than 90% of health problems in general, and the proper management of the remaining percentage is multifactorial, as well as medical skill and experience, the capacity of the patient or the family members. in recognizing early-stage motor disorders and health systems that often make a referral to other medical specialties difficult.

The article states that today the issues of the role (purpose) of criminal law, the structure of criminal law knowledge remain debatable. And at this time, questions arise: whose interests are protected by criminal law, is it able to ensure social justice, including the proportionality of the responsibility of the individual and the state for criminally illegal actions? The purpose of the article is to comprehend the problems of criminal law knowledge about the phenomena that shape the purpose of criminal law as a fair regulator of public relations, aimed primarily at restoring social justice for the victim, suspect (accused), society and the state, the proportionality of punishment and states for criminally illegal acts. The concepts of “crime” and “punishment” are discussed in science. As a result, there is no increase in knowledge, but an increase in its volume due to new definitions of existing criminal law phenomena. It is stated that the science of criminal law has not been able to explain the need for the concept of criminal law, as the role and name of this area is leveled to the framework terminology, which currently contains the categories of crime and punishment. Sometimes it is not even unreasonable to think that criminal law as an independent and meaningful concept does not exist or has not yet appeared. There was a custom to characterize this right as something derived from the main and most important branches of law, the criminal law of the rules of subsidiary and ancillary nature. Scholars do not consider criminal law, for example, as the right to self-defense. Although the right to self-defense is paramount and must first be guaranteed to a person who is almost always left alone with the offender, it is the least represented in law, developed in practice and available to criminal law subjects. Today, for example, there are no clear rules for the necessary protection of property rights or human freedoms. It is concluded that the science of criminal law should develop knowledge that will reveal not only the content of the subject of this branch of law, but will focus it on new properties to determine the illegality of acts and their consequences, exclude the possibility of using its means by legal entities against each other.

Purpose This paper aims to examine the tourist business and marketing strategies of a US agribusiness giant, the United Fruit Company (UFCO), between its incorporation in 1899 and 1940. It considers how tourist marketing served the company’s public-relations interest and tourism’s broader connection to narratives of US ascendancy in the Caribbean Basin. Design/methodology/approach This study is based on original research in a series of published company materials, including annual reports and a wide variety of marketing materials, as well as a variety of rare primary sources documenting the experiences of US tourists on UFCO cruises. Findings From its incorporation in 1899, the UFCO developed a Caribbean cruise business as a vital part of its strategies of vertical integration and expansion around the region. Marketing tropical travel at a time when tropical disease dominated US perceptions of such places required a thorough conceptual makeover, and UFCO publicity played an important part in this process. The company advertised Caribbean destinations first for their therapeutic possibilities, but by the 1920s, a framework of anachronistic space and picturesque primitivism predominated in marketing campaigns. The structure of this narrative naturalized the company’s, and more broadly, US, hegemony in the region. While on cruises, tourists became witnesses to and participants in a series of spectacles and activities highlighting the company’s technological prowess and benevolence. Originality/value This analysis centers on a largely overlooked dimension of the famed banana company’s enterprise. It is grounded in a wide collection of primary sources largely untapped by researchers, a source base that brings tourist perception and experience into the story of this company’s marketing efforts. This research brings tourism and leisure into the historical discussion of US power in early-twentieth-century Latin America.

The article considers topical issues of definition and qualification of crimes against human life in Ukraine and abroad. It is proved that the problematic issue of criminal law protection of human life is a significant differentiation of approaches to determining the moment of its onset, which reflects the medical and social criteria for the formation of an individual who has the right to life. It is shown that Ukrainian criminal law gives a person the right to life from birth, while the correct approach is to recognize the beginning of human life and appropriate criminal protection from the moment of onset 10 days after conception, which is consistent with European experience (in particular, France) and sufficiently reflects the medical features of the period of formation of a full-fledged embryo. The article also addresses the issue of the fact that Section II of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine combines encroachment on two different generic objects - public relations for the protection of life and public relations for the protection of personal health. This provision of the criminal law of Ukraine does not correspond to the international practice on this issue. In addition, it is reasonable to believe that the two relevant categories of the object of criminal encroachment cannot be considered similar, as such an approach in certain cases can significantly complicate the classification of a criminal offense. It is emphasized that, given the exceptional importance of criminal law protection of human life, it is necessary to formulate a separate section of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which covers only crimes against life as the main object of criminal encroachment.

The rapid growth of the coffee business in Indonesia especially JABODETABEK, has resulted in very tight competition for entrepreneurs in the coffee sector, this has made coffee shop entrepreneurs have to be able and must have the right strategy in dealing with this competition. The purpose of this study is to determine the Marketing Public Relations strategy of Kopi Kenangan in building brand awareness for the last 3 years. The theory used in this research is Whalen's 7 step Strategic Planning Process. The method used in this research is qualitative with the case study method. The data collection technique used was in-depth interviews. The results of this study indicate that the Marketing Public Relations of Kopi Kenangan wants to instill the mindset of "Affordable with High Quality Coffee" into the minds of consumers by using the Marketing Public Relations strategy consisting of pull, push and pass carried out by PR & Communications Kopi Kenangan. So that the process of maintaining brand awareness starts from not realizing the original brand of Kopi Kenangan, to the peak of the mind which means the success of Kopi Kenangan as a coffee brand that is able to develop and compete.Pesatnya pertumbuhan bisnis kopi yang ada di Indonesia terutama JABODETABEK sehingga menimbulkan persaingan yang sangat ketat bagi para pengusaha bidang kopi, hal tersebut membuat para pengusaha kedai kopi harus mampu dan harus mempunyai strategi yang tepat dalam menghadapi persaingan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui strategi Marketing Public Relations Kopi Kenangan dalam membangun brand awareness selama 3 tahun terakhir. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Whalen’s 7 step Strategic Planning Process. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam (depth interview). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Marketing Public Relations Kopi Kenangan ingin menanamkan mindset “Affordable with High Quality Coffee” kedalam benak konsumen dengan menggunakan strategi Marketing Public Relations yang terdiri dari pull, push and pass yang dilakukan oleh PR & Communications Kopi Kenangan. Sehingga proses untuk mempertahankan brand awareness yang dimulai dari tidak menyadari merek awal Kopi Kenangan berdiri, sampai pada puncak pikiran yang berarti keberhasilan Kopi Kenangan sebagai brand kopi yang mampu berkembang dan bersaing.
