It is just now at the top of an aggregation point of globalization's era in terms of things and living creatures. And the communication methods including in many sorts of transfers like commodity, facility, information, system, thought, knowledge, human, etc. may cause many kinds of and many types of interactions among us. And those many kinds of and many types of interactions have been again causing many sorts of problems. Under these situations, Cloud has come out as a smart solution to these problems. However, “Cloud is the final ultimate solution to offer to these problems' solving?” On this chapter, this question is deeply concerned from various aspects. And it is studied on this regard for getting a new paradigm.

The advance in Information Communication Technology (ICT) has contributed to global challenges of improving urban air quality. Ubiquitous computing technology enables citizens to easily access air quality information services without spatial or temporal limitations. Citizens are also encouraged to participate in air quality assessment and environmental governance. These societal and technical changes require a new paradigm to develop an air quality information system and its services. An air quality information system needs to integrate varied types of air quality information from heterogeneous data sources as well as allow citizens to express their concerns about air quality. Thus, a standardized manner is necessary to develop an air quality information system. In this regard, an air quality context information model was designed according to the Ubiquitous Public Access (UPA) context information model defined in the International Organization for Standard (ISO) 19154. For validation and verification purposes, the air quality context information model was implemented in a geographic information system (GIS)-based air quality information system. Implementation results showed that spatially relevant air quality information services were generated from the system, depending on the location and air quality situations near a specific user. Also, citizens can contribute air quality information at their current regions.

Modern information technologies enable information systems to record the changing history of information units, and then play back such histories under users requests. This paper proposes a scenario paradigm equipped with a scenario-oriented approach to support the idea of replaying day-to-day activities. The proposed method attempts to organize related information and knowledge elements as a context (scenario) so that the history of daily activities can be recorded, and then be queried and replayed as a flow of information scenarios for a specified interval of time. Thats Your Life Information System (TYLI) is employed as an example in this paper for evaluating the usability of the scenario paradigm and the scenario-oriented approach.

There is undoubtedly a need to efficiently allocate the scarce resources related to health care so that the optimum utilization for the benefit of the society at large can be determined. In this process, the health management system plays an important role. A well-managed data becomes a significant source in making the organization efficient. Economics thus provides health sector a new paradigm- Health Economics. A branch of economics developed as Health economics deals mainly with how the scarce health care resources need to be allocated so as to bring the maximization of the health of the community. For such a decision making, an analytical tool is required which could involve both the cost and the benefit side. Economic evaluation serves such an analytical tool. The present paper focuses on the economic evaluation of the Management Information system (MIS) in Health care Management. MIS calls for such a strategy to effectively organize relevant information in the health care and manage the limited resources with optimization and is therefore considered superior to the traditional paper based system.

This paper describes how chaos theory was implemented to explain a behavioral aspect in an information system. The chaos theory was developed from the physical sciences and has been widely applied to many fields. However, this theory may also be applied to the social sciences. For certain types of human behavior, the chaos theory could comprehensively explain the phenomena of the use of information and communications technology (ICT). It means that this theory could clarify all the different kinds of human interactions with ICT. When the researchers used the chaos theory integratively, they could explain the distressed behavior of ICT users comprehensively. This theory argues that an individual acts randomly, even though the system is deterministic. When individuals use ICT, they could get technostress due to either the information systems or other users. This paper explains that ICT users could use information systems, with their complicated procedures and outputs. They were also probably disturbed by other users. The users, furthermore, experience chaotic pressures through their experiential values. This paper shows that users’ behavior when facing chaotic pressure depends upon their personality dimensions. The authors finally propose a new paradigm that this chaos theory could explain the chaotic actions of ICT users.

Palavras-chave: Geodiversidade, Inventário de geossítios, Cariri paraibano ABSTRACT In the last decades a new paradigm has been built on environmental conservation, based on valuing of geodiversity elements at the same level of importance of biodiversity and sociodiversity. The impossibility to preserve all the elements of geodiversity requires the identification of sites that have singularities and expressiveness in terms of their values. The inventory of geosites is one of the main steps in the geoconservation process, however, few studies describe methods for its realization. The main objective of this paper is to develop proposals for frameworks for the region of Cariri Paraibano, in order to be used in studies to inventorying the geodiversity of the area. The proposals are based on the methodology of the Strategic Approach. It was used topographic and geological map of the State of Paraíba, overlapping the municipal administrative division, in a Geographic Information System, resulting in 04 proposals at different levels of complexity considering the different lithologies and its geological ages. The results are the first step to analyze the theme of geodiversity in the Cariri Paraibano in a systematic way, allowing the use of such information by territory managers to make better use of natural resources in the region.  Keywords: Geodiversity, Inventory of geosites, Cariri paraibano
