This study aims to identify the factors that impact the perception of an individual to adopt mobile banking. The study employed UTAUT 2 model which conceptualises eight dimensions which are performance expectancy, social influence, effort expectancy, hedonic motivation, facilitating conditions, habit, price value with trust as an additional dimension. Primary data was collected through a structured questionnaire from 252 users of mobile banking in the city of New Delhi, India. Reliability and validity of the proposed model have been tested. The result of structural modeling revealed habit as the most important factor to influence the behavioural intention of the user followed by facilitating conditions, trust, hedonic motivation, and social influence, in that order. To boost the adoption of mobile banking services, service providers should focus on the identified dimensions in order of their importance.

The conceptual model proposed was based on the extended unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT2). The proposed model was empirically tested using survey data provided by 203 respondents and was analyzed using a structural equation model (SEM). The analysis results indicated that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions show a significant positive impact on the users' behavioural intention to use internet banking services. However, price value, hedonic motivation, and habit do not positively influence the behavioural intention. This study offers Tunisian banks some guidelines to develop strategies and to improve their services in order to increase the adoption of mobile banking by their customers.

<p>This study seeks to explore the factors that influence students’ usage behaviour of e-learning systems. Based on the strong theoretical foundation of the TAM, UTAM and using structural equation modeling (SEM) via AMOS 20.0, this research paper examines the impact of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, hedonic motivation, habit, social influence, and trust on student’s behavioural intention, which is later examined along with facilitating conditions on student’s usage behaviour of e-learning systems. Data was collected from students at two universities in Beirut (capital of Lebanon) using a cross-sectional questionnaire survey between January and March 2015. The results revealed direct positive effect of performance expectancy, hedonic motivation, habit, and trust on student’s behavioural intention to use e-learning explaining around 71% of overall behavioural intention. Meanwhile, behavioural intention and facilitating conditions accounted for 40% with strong positive effects on student’s usage behviour of e-learning systems. However, both effort expectancy and social influence did not impact student’s behavioural intention.</p>

The purpose of this paper is to explore and discuss the determinants that inhibit mobile banking adoption by the rural unbanked in Zimbabwe. The researchers conducted an extensive literature search. The references consulted were categorically analysed and articles were considered to compile the findings of this paper. The study provides a contribution to practice by providing a better understanding of issues associated with mobile banking diffusion mechanisms that aid the adoption of mobile banking systems. The main findings of the research indicate that there is a slow and often annoying adoption of mobile banking within Zimbabwe by the rural unbanked due to a considerable number of inhibitive factors. This research reveals the nature of adoption that may reliably inform service providers about strategies to consider when appealing to this market segment. The study also shows that mobile banking adoption cannot ignore the use of marketing oriented factors in order to avoid the assumption of being myopic by considering only the product based variables to assess behavioural intention to adopt mobile banking services as identified in Technology Acceptance Model. However, the literature review also reveals that there are virtually no substantive theoretical researches which adequately extend the TAM using all the marketing mix elements. Therefore Technology Acceptance Model is extended using the marketing mix elements to better predict the behavioural intention to adopt mobile banking by the rural unbanked. This research, having studied the behaviour of the rural unbanked, argues that mobile banking service providers are likely to develop tailor-made integrated marketing mix strategies in order to financially include this market segment. The paper recommends for future research to use the additional marketing mix elements of physical evidence, processes and people in the adoption of mobile banking services by the rural unbanked.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the UTAUT and Trust factors on the Behavioral Intention of BNI mobile banking users on Indonesian Migrant Workers. Performance expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, and Trust as independent variables, Behavioral intention as the dependent variable, and Gender and Age as moderators in this study. The sampling technique used in this study is a side probability as a sampling method. Where probability sampling in this study provides equal opportunities for each element in the population to be selected. Researchers used simple random sampling where the distribution of samples was carried out randomly within the population and each member had the same opportunity. Data collection was carried out by distributing survey questionnaires which were filled in by 100 Indonesian Migrant Workers' participants. The analysis tool used is Smart PLS 3.3.2. The results showed that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, and Trust towards the Behavioral intention of BNI Mobile banking users to Indonesian Migrant Workers simultaneously. Meanwhile, partially there is an influence on the Facilitating conditions variable on the Behavioral intention of BNI Mobile banking users for Indonesian Migrant Workers, but there is no influence on Performance expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Trust on the Behavioral intention of BNI Mobile banking users for Indonesian Migrant Workers. There is no influence of the Gender and Age variables in moderating the effect of the Facilitating conditions variable on the Behavioral intention of BNI Mobile banking users to Indonesian Migrant Workers.

Recently, Blockchain technology has attracted great attention in both private organisations and the public sector around the world. However, not many are aware and understand this new technology. Thus, lack of understanding of the Blockchain technology could influence the intention in adopting the technology. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to identify the behaviour intention towards adopting Blockchain Technology in the Malaysian Public Sector. Data were gathered using a questionnaire to analyse the relationship between factors such as Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions and Trust with Behavioural Intention to adopt Blockchain Technology. The data were gathered from 100 officers in various government department. The survey revealed that majority of the government officers are aware about the Blockchain technology. However, most of them have inadequate exposure and knowledge about the technology. Findings from the regression analysis found that Trust, Performance Expectancy and Social Influence positively and significantly influence the behaviour intention of government officers in adopting Blockchain technology. Meanwhile, Effort Expectancy and Facilitating Conditions were found not significant. The findings from this study suggest that it is essential to develop strategies to implement a suitable Blockchain application in the public sector. Prior to such implementation, it is imperative for government officers to be equipped with knowledge, skills and resources related to the Blockchain technology.

This study aims to see the role of Bank Syariah Mandiri Kcp Ulee Kareng in developing halal tourism in the city of Banda Aceh. This study uses a qualitative method using a descriptive analysis approach. This research uses primary data and secondary data, namely by conducting interviews and centering studies and documentation which is analyzed in several stages, namely editing data, classifying, reducing, presenting data, and finally verifying. The results showed that Bank Syariah Mandiri Kcp Ulee Kareng has a role in developing halal tourism, namely in the Culinary Business Sector, Travel Service Providers and Lodging Providers. The financing provided to business actors is the financing of Micro Businesses. With the financing provided by this institution to players in the halal tourism industry, it has an impact on improving the economic welfare of the people.

Today, mobile phone is an essential part of the lives of most people – a reason why, banking sector and mobile phone service providers have teamed up to provide banking services to customers via mobile phones. However, customers often are critical of the quality of such alternative financial delivery services provided by banks. The aim of this paper is to examine the underlying factors and service qualities that can influence customers' behavioral intentions towards the use of mobile banking services in Bangladesh. The hybrid model in this study identifies service qualities like reliability, privacy, information quality, responsiveness and empathy that capture customers' overall perceptions of the performance of mobile banking services. In addition, other factors like performance expectancy, effort expectancy and facilitating conditions significantly influence customers' intention to use such services. Implications of these findings provide practical recommendations to banking industry, and directions for further work from the perspective of Bangladesh.

The purpose of this study was to explain and analyze the effect of perceived trust, perceived convenience, perceived risk, perceived service quality on interest in using mobile banking at Bank Mandiri in Bekasi city. The research methodology used is a quantitative approach. The sample used is the customer of Bank Mandiri Bekasi City as many as 100 respondents. The data collection instrument used primary data. Primary data was obtained by using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, determinant test, t test and f test with the help of SPSS version 24. The results showed that partially or simultaneously the perception of trust, perception of convenience, perception of risk, perception of service quality have a significant effect on interest in using bank Mandiri mobile banking in the city of Bekasi

Abstract This analysis aimed to investigate the factors influencing the behavioural intention to use Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) in Thailand and Pakistan. The study was geared towards exploring the MOOCs, a relatively new technology platform allowing the spread of education and learning in various areas and fields and surpassing traditional online courses. The study adopted the UTAUT model with additional two variables of perceived autonomy and absorptive capacity. A quantitative method was applied using primary data collected from a sample of 490 and 513 respondents from Thailand and Pakistan, respectively. The sample size was composed of students in institutions of higher learning who were aware of MOOCs or intended to use them in their studies. The analysis was conducted using the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and multi-group structural equation modelling (SEM). The study found that four variables (social influence, absorptive capacity, facilitating conditions and perceived autonomy) significantly influence the student intention to use MOOCs in Thailand and Pakistan. However, two variables (performance expectancy and effort expectancy) did not influence the student intention to use MOOCs in Thailand and Pakistan. The results indicated that the findings between the two countries were invariant. This study extended the model by Venkatesh et al. (2003), including two additional variables, the perceived autonomy and absorptive capacity. The study indicated various aspects related to the response of students using MOOCs. This study is especially beneficial during the COVID-19 pandemic for determining factors that officials of higher institutions of learning should consider when implementing MOOCs and associated online learning programs to deliver quality education to students.

Mobile payments have revolutionized and modernized the way payment transactions are completed. The acceptance of mobile payments is vital to eCommerce. This study explored the factors influencing the continued acceptance of WeChat mobile payments by a cross-section of vendors in the city of Ganzhou, China. A questionnaire was administered to 500 vendors with a response rate of 81%. The results show that performance expectancy and trust fostered the continued acceptance of WeChat mobile payments. However, while effort expectancy was significant in predicting the level of trust in WeChat mobile payments, it did not significantly influence their continued acceptance. Social influence, facilitating conditions, and trust in WeChat mobile payments were all significant predictors of the continued acceptance of WeChat mobile payments.
