The special honing machine is used in the precision machine of the monomer hydraulic prop cylinder internal hole surface. The main revolving movement is driven by motor, the reciprocating linear motion is actuated by hydraulic ram. Honing machine consists of three parts, mechanism, the hydraulic system and the electric control system. The work principle and the processing process, the interlock relation between movements and the straight line feed motion velocity modulation method of this machine were discussed in this study. The special honing machine designed for the monomer hydraulic prop cylinder is convenient and easy for person to operate, and has high efficiency. The reciprocating linear motion driven by hydraulic ram is steady when direction is changed. It is convenient to change speed, and has advantageous of enhancement processing surface quality.

This paper introduces a special drill machine for machining flange hole. Base on design project Specifications, discussed system compose and machining requirement. Design actuator and hydraulic system. The electric control system chooses programmable controller, according to the logic relation of processing request, design control programs with the sequence function chart, analyzed the processing cycle technological process. Point out that using the sequence function chart to design special drill machine control programs, it is logical and adaptable and also convenient on changing the programs. The programmable controller is just designed for industry control, so it is reliable and anti-jamming.

This paper introduces a roller processing machine. Base on design project specifications, mechanical structure, processing requirement and hydraulic system principle were discussed. Actuator, hydraulic system, electric control system and PC control programs were designed. The programmable controller was designed for industry control. It is reliable and anti-jamming for the control system. According to the logic relation of processing request, programmable controller was chosen. The processing cycle technology was analyzed. Programmable logic controller was applied to instead the traditional relay control system. General power head and feed mechanism were selected for roller processing machine. The designed system has features of simple structure, short time processing, high efficiency, easy operation, adaptable and convenient on changing the programs.

This paper designs a ship rudder system simulation device in order to serve the research of ship control better with the proportion of a real marine hydraulic rudder system, which can complete closed-loop experiments in the lab with the steering system. The rudder system simulation device mainly includes two parts, electric control system which uses PLC as core control unit, hydraulic system, and it can achieve both manual and automatic operation control mode.

The book transporter innovation to improve the efficiency of the modern library book classification is an important aspect. In this essay, Based on the research on the electric control system, a DC motor as a metal belt stepless automatic transmission was adopt to greatly reduce the number of parts the system and improve overall efficiency, response speed and control precision ratio, thus library books for transportation vehicles designed control system, enabling the driver, speed and other functions. Software such as the Solidworks was applied for designing body shape, includes a handle, a frame, wheels, support frame, a 'W'-shaped support frame was proposed, it can be installed to increase the capacity of the trolley, a pedal was added at the bottom of the trolley, the user can stand on it to save effort. The electric trolley placed the book has simple structure, easy to use, saving manpower, high efficiency, and has good practical value.

On the basis of the research on the domestic and foreign binding machine, this article describes a new model of binding machine. Its compact structure is easy to operate and maintain. solidworks software is applied for modeling. Based on the plc-300 cpu module control system, not only ensures the speed and reliability bunch, but also gives good man-machine interactions. Hydraulic system saves energy effectively. Hydraulic components are distributed in the surface of its structure and easy to check repair.
