According to the standard content, it provides a completely satisfy the permeable brick permeable coefficient test detection device. The special honing machine is used in the precision machine of the monomer hydraulic prop cylinder internal hole surface. The main revolving movement is driven by motor, the reciprocating linear motion is actuated by hydraulic ram. Honing machine consists of three parts, mechanism, the hydraulic system and the electric control system. The work principle and the processing process, the interlock relation between movements and the straight line feed motion velocity modulation method of this machine were discussed in this study. The special honing machine designed for the monomer hydraulic prop cylinder is convenient and easy for person to operate, and has high efficiency. The reciprocating linear motion driven by hydraulic ram is steady when direction is changed. It is convenient to change speed, and has advantageous of enhancement processing surface quality.

The book transporter innovation to improve the efficiency of the modern library book classification is an important aspect. In this essay, Based on the research on the electric control system, a DC motor as a metal belt stepless automatic transmission was adopt to greatly reduce the number of parts the system and improve overall efficiency, response speed and control precision ratio, thus library books for transportation vehicles designed control system, enabling the driver, speed and other functions. Software such as the Solidworks was applied for designing body shape, includes a handle, a frame, wheels, support frame, a 'W'-shaped support frame was proposed, it can be installed to increase the capacity of the trolley, a pedal was added at the bottom of the trolley, the user can stand on it to save effort. The electric trolley placed the book has simple structure, easy to use, saving manpower, high efficiency, and has good practical value.

Traditional water test method has the advantage of locating leaks can be found, the disadvantage is inefficient manual detection, labor-intensive, can not be automated testing. By analyzing pneumatic and PLC control were introduced, pneumatic system of the detection device was designed, combined with operation process of the pneumatic circuit PLC control system was designed. Through the PLC control solenoid valve opening and closing, thereby control the implementing agencies of the pneumatic circuit, the device complete each course of action to achieve the test. Application of the system has maintained the advantages of the water detection assay, achieved a semi-automated detection, increased the detection efficiency, reduced labor intensity, and easy to operate.

Objective: The cotton textile industry, as a competitive industry in China's international competition, is confronting new opportunities and challenges brought by the growing process of mechatronics. To further improve the traditional drive control of combing machines made in China and the automatic level of machines as a whole, some of our cotton textile enterprises have undertaken necessary technical transformations on the combing machines so as to raise the operational efficiency and production technology of domestic textile equipments. Methods: This paper focuses on the basic status and dynamic characteristics of the drive part of the domestic new comber, and analyzes the operation process of the comber and the prominent problems from the production practice. Results: The technically improved drive control system uses an industrial control computer (IPC) as the core of the system, which effectively improves the overall working efficiency of the comber, and improves the production accuracy and production efficiency. Conclusion: The combers that are textile machinery equipments with comprehensive application of machines, electricity, gases and instruments, play a vital role in enhancing product quality and production efficiency. Highly intelligent and integrated process control, real-time monitoring and accurate data acquisition and data analysis have become the mainstreams in the development of auto-control. Therefore, the commitment of high technology to transform the traditional production mode has also been an important research.

The application of line-start permanent magnet synchronous motors (LSPMSMs) is rapidly spreading due to their advantages of high efficiency, high operational power factor, being self-starting, rendering them as highly needed in many applications in recent years. Although there have been standard methods for the identification of parameters of synchronous and induction machines, most of them do not apply to LSPMSMs. This paper presents a study and analysis of different parameter identification methods for interior mount LSPMSM. Experimental tests have been performed in the laboratory on a 1-hp interior mount LSPMSM. The measurements have been validated by investigating the performance of the machine under different operating conditions using a developed qd0 mathematical model and an experimental setup. The dynamic and steady-state performance analyses have been performed using the determined parameters. It is found that the experimental results are close to the mathematical model results, confirming the accuracy of the studied test methods. Therefore, the output of this study will help in selecting the proper test method for LSPMSM.

Positron emission tomography (PET) is one of the commonly used scanning techniques. Medical staff manually calculate the estimated scan time for each PET device. However, the number of PET scanning devices is small, the number of patients is large, and there are many changes including rescanning requirements, which makes it very error-prone, puts pressure on staff, and causes trouble for patients and their families. Although previous studies proposed algorithms for specific inspections, there is currently no research on improving the PET process. This paper proposes a real-time automatic scheduling and control system for PET patients with wearable sensors. The system can automatically schedule, estimate and instantly update the time of various tasks, and automatically allocate beds and announce schedule information in real time. We implemented this system, collected time data of 200 actual patients, and put these data into the implementation program for simulation and comparison. The average time difference between manual and automatic scheduling was 7.32 min, and it could reduce the average examination time of 82% of patients by 6.14 ± 4.61 min. This convinces us the system is correct and can improve time efficiency, while avoiding human error and staff pressure, and avoiding trouble for patients and their families.

Based on the current control and speed control, so that the welding quality and welding speed has been greatly improved. In the article, mainly from the production process, and the control system hardware and software design, and the control scheme to introduce several aspects.

As a flexible AC transmission system equipment, controlled shunt reactor is becoming increasingly important in the grid with the development of EHV / UHV transmission systems. Since currently rated voltage of controlled shunt reactor has developed to 1100kV, as its capacity control system, or valve-control system, stability and reliability test is very important. In this paper, the test circuit and method for the valve-control system in the laboratory or the test station for combined adjustment test is put forward. By adjustment of power supply and the device parameter, the valve-control system can put the voltage and current of the device to be the same as the on-set operation. Actual test of the world's first 1100kV controlled shunt reactor valve-control system shows that, the test method in this paper is correct and feasible, and the objective of assessment can be achieved.
