On the basis of the research on the domestic and foreign binding machine, this article describes a new model of binding machine. Its compact structure is easy to operate and maintain. solidworks software is applied for modeling. Based on the plc-300 cpu module control system, not only ensures the speed and reliability bunch, but also gives good man-machine interactions. Hydraulic system saves energy effectively. Hydraulic components are distributed in the surface of its structure and easy to check repair.

The cutter head drive hydraulic system of φ1.8m simulate shield machine is introduced in this article, which has the variable speed pump control technique and the closed loop control method. The AMESim simulation model of the hydraulic system is built up, and the efficiency of the hydraulic system, speed control performance by open loop and closed loop control are analyzed. The result of the simulation shows that the variable speed pump control system has higher efficiency than the variable displacement pump control system about 4%-26% in the same condition when the cutter head speed is at the range of 0.5-4r/min, and the hydraulic system has good dynamic characteristics in closed-loop PID control.

There are some defects in the traditional over-running load hydraulic system, such as velocity control is poor and prone to velocity jitter, etc. In order to improve these weaknesses, the components and work principle of the separate meter in and separate meter out (SMISMO) were introduced and the actuator’s feature were analyzed , the simulation model of hydraulic studied system was built, the factors affecting the stability of the system are discussed in this paper. Simulation and experiment showed that the novel control system possessed higher velocity control precise and good stable characteristics.

In stamping production the traditional manual feeding and pick-up manner can lead to potential safety problem. The automatic feeding and automatic pick-up device can ensure the production safety and ease workers’ labor intensity. A kind of automatic feeding and automatic pick-up device and its control system are designed. The configuration, function and working principle of the mechanism were described. Hydraulic system was taken as power supply. Siemens S7-200 was adapted as the center of control system, Hall-effect switch sensor CS1020 was used to detect the position of components. Control theory was studied and programmed. The device described in this paper can realize stamping automatic. Adjusting the position and number of sensors can realize the feeding and pick-up automation of all kind of workpiece, make the system has flexibility and suit the change of production.

Application of high-speed on-off valve in the hydraulic cylinder speed control system was researched in this paper. Series and parallel application schemes between high-speed on-off valve and hydraulic cylinder are proposed. Model of high-speed on-off valve and hydraulic circuit were established to carry out simulation. The speed and acceleration curve of hydraulic cylinder were achieved by the means of simulation with Simulink. The simulation curves show that, two application schemes can both control the speed of hydraulic cylinder effectively. Series application scheme can be only applied to small flow hydraulic system; parallel application scheme has wider application.

Aiming to solve the switch problem between auto-and manual-operation of shearer memory-cut due to variation of coal seam conditions, this paper proposes a method that introduces the strategy of override control to the controlling system of shearer memory-cut. This study also improves the control of hydraulic system for lifting cylinder, and designs an override control system for lifting cylinder of shearer. The procedure for controlling the height adjustment mechanism is thus addressed to offer a new control means for reliable operation of the shearer during operations.

Hydraulic transmission system controls hydraulic cylinder forward and backward movement freely, in order to achieve high density hydraulic baler work circulation. Creep test required hydraulic system to output constant stress, and study creep tests can not be completed when used succeeding the electrical contact style in the past time. The system used programmable logic controller (PLC) to instead of succeeding the electrical contact style and realized freely forward and backward movement of hydraulic cylinder, electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve can adjust hydraulic system and make it stepless pressure regulation and then degree of automation and reliability in hydraulic control system to be improved. This paper introduces aspects: including the selection, hardware configuration and program of PLC, meanwhile, giving specific realization method. Through the control system to study creep test in hydraulic baler, adopting the National Instrument (NI) company's multi-channel data acquisition card, which type is USB-6251,applying Labview8.2 to write data acquisition program on my own, the versatility and flexibility of system was verified, which was able to complete creep test successfully.

The special honing machine is used in the precision machine of the monomer hydraulic prop cylinder internal hole surface. The main revolving movement is driven by motor, the reciprocating linear motion is actuated by hydraulic ram. Honing machine consists of three parts, mechanism, the hydraulic system and the electric control system. The work principle and the processing process, the interlock relation between movements and the straight line feed motion velocity modulation method of this machine were discussed in this study. The special honing machine designed for the monomer hydraulic prop cylinder is convenient and easy for person to operate, and has high efficiency. The reciprocating linear motion driven by hydraulic ram is steady when direction is changed. It is convenient to change speed, and has advantageous of enhancement processing surface quality.

A method which utilizes the power bond graph to establish the flexible hose model is described in this work. By using this method, the paper establishes mathematical modeling for the location of electro-hydraulic proportional control system with the flexible hose. And then, this article completes dynamic simulation by MATLAB and analyses the results of simulation. The effect of the flexible hose parameters on dynamics characteristics of the hydraulic system is also studied.
