The book transporter innovation to improve the efficiency of the modern library book classification is an important aspect. In this essay, Based on the research on the electric control system, a DC motor as a metal belt stepless automatic transmission was adopt to greatly reduce the number of parts the system and improve overall efficiency, response speed and control precision ratio, thus library books for transportation vehicles designed control system, enabling the driver, speed and other functions. Software such as the Solidworks was applied for designing body shape, includes a handle, a frame, wheels, support frame, a 'W'-shaped support frame was proposed, it can be installed to increase the capacity of the trolley, a pedal was added at the bottom of the trolley, the user can stand on it to save effort. The electric trolley placed the book has simple structure, easy to use, saving manpower, high efficiency, and has good practical value.

The research & development of intelligentialized and automated Advanced-Surface Movement Guide and Control System (A-SMGCS) is a new trend for guaranteeing the security and high efficiency of surface traffic control in the airport. Aimed at the guidance module in A-SMGCS, this paper studied the algorithm which was used for intelligently creating aircraft guided route on the ground. Using Visual C as the development platform, it introduced the design thought and the procedure of the program for realizing this algorithm. Then it has run the program and achieved the sequence of coordinated points of guided route. Comparing with the planning guided route, it analyzed the graphical results of the program. The simulation proves that the original guided route in the plan could be accurately created by this program. It also shows that this algorithm could provide some thoughts for development of A-SMGCS.

This work reviews the innovative and progressive methods of determination and analysis of safety objectives using Vilnius A-SMGCS example. The aim of the analysis is to determine how failures in this system could affect flight safety in Vilnius aerodrome. Identified safety objectives will limit the frequency of occurrence of hazards enough for the associated risk to be acceptable, and will ensure that appropriate mitigation means are reflected subsequently as Safety Requirements for the system. Analysis reflects aspects of A-SMGCS Safety objectives, which should be taken into consideration. Santrauka Darbe apžvelgiami progresyvūs saugos tikslų analizės metodai pagal Vilniaus aerodromo automatizuotos antžeminio eismo stebėjimo ir kontrolės sistemos veiklos pavyzdį. Analizuojama, kaip šios sistemos sutrikimai gali paveikti skrydžių saugą Vilniaus aerodrome. Remiantis galimų pavojų skrydžių saugai analize, tyrime nustatyti saugos tikslai, pagal kuriuos vėliau bus numatomos riziką mažinančios priemonės (galimų pavojų neutralizavimui ar kylančios rizikos sumažinimui iki priimtino lygio). Straipsnyje pateikiami veiksniai, kuriuos reikėtų įvertinti nustatant aerodromo automatizuotos antžeminio eismo stebėjimo ir kontrolės sistemos saugos tikslus.

The PC control system of automatic measurement by the Labview software programming, then control relay, and control the work state of the HP3. It shows that the design of USB interface application system is realized by using labview programming easy and high efficiency.

To solve the problems of traditional library book vehicle: high labor intensity and low efficiency, a new book vehicle with electric power assistant was studied and designed. It included the body system and the control system. The body system could load books and achieve orientation function. The control system could achieve electric power assistant automatically according to wheel speed. The book vehicle was advantaged in simple structure, easy to use, saving manpower, high efficiency, so it was deserved to be used wildly.

There are many machines that require human operation in industry, and high operational skills are required to operate these machines efficiently. However, the number of highly skilled workers is decreasing due to the recent trends of falling birthrate and population aging. This decline is particularly pronounced in the construction industry, while the demand for construction workers remains high owing to the increasing number of developed infrastructures. To reduce this mismatch between the supply and the demand, it is important to achieve high efficiency in tasks using hydraulic excavators, because these machines can greatly increase the productivity at construction sites. Accordingly, it is necessary to improve productivity even if unskilled operators use hydraulic excavators. This paper proposes a control system that achieves efficient motions based on the velocity of the center of mass (CoM) of the hydraulic excavator’s attachments, which reflects the characteristics of skilled workers’ operations. The motions of multiple attachments give rise to interference terms owing to the characteristics of the hydraulic system. A two-input two-output control system, in which the input consists of the lever input and the output is the CoM velocity is constructed. The fictitious reference iterative tuning (FRIT) method is used to calculate the controller parameters. The proposed method was verified by comparing the results of a simulated digging motion and an experiment with an actual hydraulic excavator operated by an unskilled operator.

The special honing machine is used in the precision machine of the monomer hydraulic prop cylinder internal hole surface. The main revolving movement is driven by motor, the reciprocating linear motion is actuated by hydraulic ram. Honing machine consists of three parts, mechanism, the hydraulic system and the electric control system. The work principle and the processing process, the interlock relation between movements and the straight line feed motion velocity modulation method of this machine were discussed in this study. The special honing machine designed for the monomer hydraulic prop cylinder is convenient and easy for person to operate, and has high efficiency. The reciprocating linear motion driven by hydraulic ram is steady when direction is changed. It is convenient to change speed, and has advantageous of enhancement processing surface quality.

In order to satisfy the magnetic rheological polishing process, we established a measurement and control system based on SIEMENS 840D numerical control system. The structure of the system are introduced in detail, i.e. the four component modules, the seven component units establishing the hardware platform, and the three component parts establishing the electric control system design. The measurement and control system presented in this paper provides guidance for the relevant products.

Electro-hydraulic systems (EHS) are widely used in industrial applications due to the high-power density and accuracy. However, EHS are highly nonlinear which makes its modelling and control aspects a complex process. In this paper, we present the modelling and position control for an electro-hydraulic system (EHS). The mathematical modelling is carried out considering the non-linearities like friction, discharge coefficient and load mass present in the system. A back-stepping control scheme is developed for maintaining the accuracy in the position control. The closed-loop stability of the proposed control system is analyzed with Lyapunov’s theory. The performance of the control system under the effect of bounded external uncertainties is validated with simulation study. The study indicates that the proposed controller gives an effective motion control in presence of the system uncertainties.
