With the development of e-commerce technology and mobile communications technology, a new business model is emerged, which is the mobile e-commerce. It is flexible and convenient, without time and geographical constraints, so it has a huge market potential. In this paper, the program development of android mobile phones and mobile e-commerce architecture are studied. First, the mobile e-commerce and Android system are introduced, and then mobile e-commerce architecture and android application development are studied, the key technology in mobile e-commerce is researched and discussed.

Mobility has become a key factor around the world, as the use of ubiquitous devices, including laptops, personal digital assistants (PDAs), and mobile phones, are increasingly becoming part of daily life (Steinfield, 2004). Adding mobility to computing power, and with advanced personalization of technologies, new business applications are emerging in the area of mobile communications (Jagoe, 2003). The fastest growing segment among these applications is location-based services. This article offers a brief overview of services and their supporting technologies, and provides an outlook for their future.

The One of many way to connect to the database through the android application is using volleyball and RESTAPI. By using RestAPI, the android application does not directly connect to the database but there is an intermediary in the form of an API. In android development, Android-volley has the disadvantage of making requests from large and large data, so an evaluation is needed to test the capabilities of the Android volley. This research was conducted to test android-volley to retrieve data through RESTAPI presented in the form of an application to retrieve medicinal plant data. From the test results can be used by volley an error occurs when the back button is pressed, in this case another process is carried out if the previous volley has not been loaded. This error occurred on several android versions such as lollipops and marshmallows also on some brands of devices. So that in using android-volley developer need to check the request queue process that is carried out by the user, if the data retrieval process by volley has not been completed, it is necessary to stop the process to download data using volley so that there is no Android Not Responding (ANR) error.Keywords: Android, Volley, WP REST API, ANR Error

The shipping market is an economic derivative of global production and trade, being precariously subject of their cyclic changes, depressions and expansions. This paper analyses the condition of global container shipping market, caused by long-lasting economic and financial crisis that begun in 2008, but is still much visible within the container industry, particularly through overcapacity and low freight rates. It also deals with major changes of maritime container carrier’s management strategies, development and application of advanced transportation, technological, technical, economical, organizational and commercial measures in order to adapt and cope with new business environment. Finally, an attempt is made to forecast the market, potential difficulties and to propose problem-solving measures.

Android is a mobile device on the operating system for mobile phones based on Linux, android provides an open platform for developers to create applications. Android-based application developers make applications so that they can be useful for the community ranging from game genre applications, education, entertainment and simulation applications that are very likely to be created and run on this android operating system. Simulation is the process of designing a matemastis or logical model of a real system, conducting experiments on models using computers to describe, explain and predict system behavior. For a simulation application company can be used as a medium of product promotion, while for smartphone users can help to channel the existing imagination into a real picture. The application of simulation applications many functions, one example of its application to two-wheeled motor vehicles. By utilizing android application and the growth of vehicle users that lead to the hobby of modification, it can be utilized by creating an android-based coloring simulation application to help modifiers and modification lovers in order to channel their imagination and make it easier to design colors as desired. Without having to bother using design software that requires special skills

Seluruh orang di dunia pasti  memiliki  handphone.  Teknologi  yang  digunakan  pada  handphone  kini  telah  menjadi smartphone yang lebih banyak fitur-fitur aplikasi yang canggih menggunakan jaringan internet. Oleh  karena  itu  dengan  mengembangkan  suatu  aplikasi  Pen+  berbasis  mobile  yang  dapat  di akses  secara  online  untuk  dosen  bisa  melakukan  penginputan  nilai  lebih  cepat  dan  efektif. Aplikasi  Pen+  berbasis  mobile  yang  digunakan  juga  mempermudah  pelayanan  dengan  lebih dahulu   login   dengan   email   secara   pribadi   dan   lebih   nyaman   dibutuhkan   kapan   saja. Pengembangan  aplikasi  Pen+  juga  melalui  perencanaan,  desain,  dan  pengujian.  Maka  hasil dari  penelitian  ini  yaitu  dimana  aplikasi  Pen+  berbasis  mobile  dapat di download  dengan mudah dan kapan saja untuk memudahkan penilaian secara online. All the people in  the  world  would  have  a  mobile.  The  technology  used  in  mobile  phones  have  now  become more  smartphone  features  advanced  application  uses  the  internet.  Therefore, by developing a Pen + based mobile application that can be accessed online to the lecturer can make inputting values more quickly and effectively. Pen + based mobile application that is used also facilitate service  with  advance  login  with  your  email  private  and  more  comfortable  whenever  needed. Pen + application development also through planning, design, and testing. At present,Chinese third-generation communications technology (3G) has been applied, and global internet of things technology development has been put on the agenda. The fourth-generation communication technology will be discussed based on the wireless communication field, mainly introducing the development situation of fourth-generation communication system. Augmented reality can create a learning environment to learners, combining the actual condition of let them around to see the real environment at the same time, also can see a computer, virtual information generated by mobile phones as the implementation of the augmented reality application platform, due to the mobility, portability, and human-computer interaction and so on, has strong advantage, and therefore more mobile learning application prospect, this paper discusses the structure of augmented reality based on mobile phone key technology and main function features, on the basis of to augmented reality based on mobile phone and its application in mobile learning has a deeper understanding.
