To achieve the assembly process control of aerospace complex precision mechanical systems and ensure its dynamic characteristics, parallel control theory and methodology is used in the assembly process. The main point is: assembly parallel control system is built corresponding to the actual assembly ones. The ultimate quality of assembly is guaranteed via alignment influence analysis on the dynamics characteristics of the assembly joint structural and the assembly machine and the dynamic characteristics-oriented alignment process optimization and decision-making to carry out computing operator and process decision-making in the assembly process. The dissertation ,regarding space sophisticated mechanical system assembly and its dynamic characteristics as study object, introduced the parallel control thought, presented the overall framework of assembly parallel control, built the assembly parallel control system(APCS) and given the main process and implement of assembly parallel control.

To change the status of time-consuming and over-reliance on technicians in mechanical system alignment process, performance prediction based on dynamic alignment was proposed. The mapping relationship between alignment process parameters and machine dynamic characteristics was established. A large number of computational experiments are implemented by adjusting the value of process parameters in order to learn and anticipate experimental data and also find out the rules of process parameters on machine dynamic characteristics. The method can optimize the alignment process, guide technician alignment, modify the theory mapping, and improve the alignment efficiency.

E- accounting within the company add value to the company, such as high quality, fast decision making, cost reduction and easy to use so as to perform key activities in value chain effectively and efficiently, improve quality and improve efficiency (Suzan et al., 2020). Recently, the request to explore online financial transaction have been stipulated due to the soaring impact on the bureaucratic accomplishment (Al-Delawi and Ramo,2020). The existing literature indicates that various studies have been undertaken to examine how e-accounting influence the in-house control system and the concert, in the various theoretical frameworks. Nevertheless, researches which investigate the different magnitudes of e-accounting is relatively low. Only a few studies have examined the e-accounting characteristics on internal control system as well as its performance. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of research exploring how the above relationships are affected by the constructs. The current study, therefore, explores the link between the quality of information, cost savings, quick decision-making and easy to use by using e-accounting to tract the control system the inside the company and its performance. The relationship between the control system in the company and its output is explored by the current research. The research model comprises of a list presumption which is used to investigate the outcomes, and 345 accountants working at the commercial SME in Iraq are involved as the respondents. The analysis is conducted through Smart PLS to confirm that the e-accounting features impact the concert and the efficiency of internal control system positively. The results obtained is noteworthy in the theory and practice through a finer-grained in the understanding of the impact of SME in relation to the characteristics of e- accounting, the control system in the company and its presentation.

The conditions are investigated in which Spanish university teachers carry out their teaching and research functions. 655 teachers from the University of Oviedo took part in this study by completing the Academic Setting Evaluation Questionnaire (ASEQ). Of the three dimensions assessed in the ASEQ, Satisfaction received the lowest ratings, Social Climate was rated higher, and Relations with students was rated the highest. These results are similar to those found in two studies carried out in the academic years 1986/87 and 1989/90. Their relevance for higher education is twofold because these data can be used as a complement of those obtained by means of students' opinions, and the crossing of both types of data can facilitate decision making in order to improve the quality of the work (teaching and research) of the university institutions.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence between the Quality of Human Resources, Utilization of Information Technology and Internal Control System Against Timeliness of Village Government Financial Reporting at Gunungkidul Regency. This research is causative research. The population is the village government in Gunungkidul Regency, especially in Gedangsari subdistrict. Criteria of respondents in the study were to village and village apparatus. We use questionnaire to collect data. We use multiple regression with SPSS program version 16.0 to analyze data. We find that quality of human resources and internal control system have a positive influence on the timeliness of village government financial reporting. On the other hand, utilization of information technology does not influence the timeliness of village government financial reporting. These imply that the quality of human resources and internal control system can speed up the preparation of village government financial reporting.

This study implements the auto start control system on an electric motor 3 phase C4Feeding pump when the discharge pressure is low-low (4.3 kg /cm²). The C4 feeding pumpmotor was initially manually operated from the local control station, this was very ineffectiveand inefficient because it still relied on the field operator to operate the pump motor and whenthe plant was in normal operating it is very risk if the field operator late to operate motor then itwill impact to quality of the product, and if the delay time to operate motor is too long then planthave to shut down, therefore improvement is needed in the C4 feeding pump motor controlsystem. In this paper, various types of 3-phase motor control are explained which allow it to beapplied to the C4 feeding pump motor that are on-off, inverter, and variable speed drive andefficient selection of the three systems control of the motor. Software and hardware used in thisthesis work are DCS CENTUM VP Yokogawa.
