This paper put forward a kind of computer aided programming of CNC lathe model design method, this model based on the characteristics of various components lathe design. Therefore, through to the automatic programming system studies the key techniques a artificial intelligence research and development under the environment of quick and precise nc code technology. Among them, including graphics collection system, mould processing system, system optimization and NC code automatic generation, and a series of automatic coding process. Through the study of the workpiece geometry turn program, combined with the hybrid system module design features and characteristics identification provide CAD code design program.

Helical rotor is a core component of helical-lobe compressor. Analysis was made on the geometrical properties of tooth curves. Using standard spherical milling cutter on 4-axis NC machine, normal migration method was used to rotor surface processing. Based on the generation characteristics of helical rotor surface, object-oriented design method is used to achieve automatic programming system of helical rotor. The calculation of helical rotor end face profile lines and cutter location point are realized, and over cutting analysis is carried out to generate high efficient numerical control processing program.

Programming of graphical interaction and modular structure are adopted in this wire cutting machine software by analyzing the structure of DXF file, picking out the part’s outline information in Visual C++ 6.0, and combining the manufacture conditions in this paper. The NC codes are obtained which are consistent with the high-speed cutting machine processing system automatically. This system software greatly facilitates the process of high speed cutting machine, shortens programming time and improves the accuracy of the programming.

In this paper, a method of automatic NC code programming is studied. The data structure used to store graph information is the base of automatic programming system. By utilizing the object-oriented tree data structure proposed in the paper, the disadvantages of the method caused by using simple data structures can be overcome. In processing information, the judgment of topological relationship between two outlines is very important. The Loop Extremum Method is easy, convenient and with no limitations. The system adds plenty of technological parameters, provides multiple machining patterns. In the end, an example is given to test and verify the system`s functions.

Because of the industrial robot’s advantages and characteristics of degree of freedom, it is broadly applied in mold and die of curved surfaces polishing. But its excessive degree of freedom also brings great difficulties in programming for there is CAD/CAM software can do it well. By analyzing the ISO NC code and robot’s programming criterion, this paper develops off-line programming software for industrial robots in free-form surfaces polishing.

The grinding wheel-profile is mostly formed by adjusting the angle of cylindrical profile model when regrinding gear hob with the large helix flute. Repeat trial cutting is needed with this method, which results in low efficiency. In order to improve the efficiency of processing, a mathematical model of grinding wheel profile was establish in according to forming principle of the rake face of gear hob and accurately calculate grinding wheel-profile. A automatic programming system of calculating grinding wheel-profile and automatically generate NC code is developed with the developing tool of VC++.

A new machining feature model for cylinder-type parts is proposed. Through the use of the model in process planning, the NC program can be generated by modular approach. NC machining feature classification based process design method is a good solution to the integration of the traditional and NC processes. With the machining feature as unit, parametric programming technique is applied to the NC code generation which can improve the efficiency and quality of the NC program design. The proposed method has been practically demonstrated in the enterprise information system.

A reconfigurable gear machining numerical control system (NC/CNC) architecture is proposed in this paper. The CNC platform can be quickly applied to gear hobbing, shaping, milling and grinding machine, through simple reconfiguring or parameter setting. Parametric automatic programming technology, high speed and high precision electronic gearbox, process database technology are studied. Based on the analysis of the gear machining process, the mathematic model on automatic programming of gear machining is established. Based on the Windows CE operating system, the CNC gear machining automatic programming system is developed on the ARM+DSP hardware platform, including the design of human-machine interface, automatic programming algorithm and other modules. With the support of the automatic programming and process database modules, NC codes can be generated automatically just by inputting gear parameters, tool parameters and process parameters, then, the interpolation data structure can be generated by interpreter module. A new kind of software electronic gearbox (EGB) and its implementation methods are also researched in the embedded CNC. Data flow among the modules is analyzed. Finally, experiments are conducted, and the tracking error and contour error are analyzed. The results show that the proposed gear machining CNC architecture is effective.

Based on analysis and research on the Wire cutting Electrical Discharge Machining process , developers could set up the whole system frame and each component mold ,as well as each component mold of function .At the same time ,developers researched the technique of Component Object Model , used the technique of Dynamic Link Library to realize the graphic input, used the technique of ActiveX to realize the code of Number Control imitation , established the whole database based on Access, successfully, realizing AutoCAD graphic input , taking the data processing and calculating the order of the cut, and then producing the postprocessing files, finally realizing all of NC code imitation .

Research conducted at the Office of Archives and Library of Padang Pariaman Regency aims to find out the data processing system library and data archiving. All data processing is done is still very manual by using the document in writing and there is also a stacking of archives on the service. By utilizing library information systems and archives that will be applied to the Office of Archives and Library of Padang Pariaman Regency can improve the quality of service that has not been optimal. This research was made by using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which is better known as waterfall method. The first step taken on this method is to go directly to the field by conducting interviews and discussions. This information system will be able to assist the work of officers in terms of data processing libraries and facilitate in search data archives by presenting reports more accurate, effective and efficient.

Three-axis processing of laser inner engraving machine control system can carry on multi-axis linkage control. Furthermore, it ensures multi-axis of high feeding speed and trajectory control of high precision. This article introduces the design of laser inner engraving machine movement control system. The core is a digital integrator of linear interpolation algorithm to generate the desired trajectory and control XYZ axis linkage. Wide speed range of servo motor and position detector resolution is adequate to constitute a half-closed loop drive. With integral separation algorithm being introduced in the controller, the speed of numerical control system, track speed and positioning accuracy are guaranteed in order to achieve optimal specification for dynamic and static characteristics of the whole system.
