Crowdsourcing is an important form for enterprises to realize open innovation, which can gather the wisdom of the public and gather talents from various fields to participate in technological innovation and value creation. This paper systematically reviews the emergence and development of crowdsourcing in China, analyzes the causes and characteristics of the four stages of crowdsourcing development with the clue of major events in the development process of crowdsourcing; takes the operation process of crowdsourcing as the breakthrough point, discusses the bidirectional driving optimization path for the benign rolling development of crowdsourcing mode under the background of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”; and prospects. Finally, the future development direction of crowdsourcing mode is pointed out.

In order to predict the development direction of stereo garage car carrier to accommodate the present need of transportation, combined technology system of car carrier with evolution routes belongs to evolution patterns in theory of technology evolution. Relationships between total system and evolution routes, relationships between subsystem and evolution routes were built, on the basis of researching the structural feature of stereo garage car carrier, analyzed the evolution rules of total system andsubsystems along different evolutional routes, indicated its present evolutionary state and predicted the future development direction. It is helpful for enterprise to accurately predict the next generation of product and greatly improve market competitiveness.

Amusement parks have grown rapidly in Latvia over the last 20 years. The development of Latvian amusement parks is determined by several factors related to the economic, political, geopolitical and international market situation. According to the CSB data, the country has a population of 1.9 million and a total of 14 amusement parks or companies providing attractions and entertainment. Part of the problem that the authors emphasize in the paper is that in Latvia, data on amusement parks are not collected separately, but are included in overall data on the tourism industry. This topic has been little studied in all Baltic countries. The topicality of the research relates to the future directions of sustainable development of Latvian amusement parks, which would add value to the growth of this industry. The aim of the research study is to determine the possible directions of development of amusement parks and their main influencing aspects, which determine the future development of these aspects.

Experiment shows that wheat straw ash has rich biomass activity. Many scholars have shown that the strength, durability, freezing and thawing resistance of concrete have changed greatly after the wheat straw ash material is mixed into concrete as an active mixed material. This paper reviews and looks forward to the future development direction.
