Magnesium alloys as the emerging commercial metal structure material have excellent specific properties and stability, which is more and more vital for researcher. This paper reviews the creep characteristics and the way to enhance the elevated temperature properties of Mg-Al based alloys. The current Mg-Al based alloys (including AZ, AM, AS, AE, etc.) are summarized. The future development direction is pointed.

Crowdsourcing is an important form for enterprises to realize open innovation, which can gather the wisdom of the public and gather talents from various fields to participate in technological innovation and value creation. This paper systematically reviews the emergence and development of crowdsourcing in China, analyzes the causes and characteristics of the four stages of crowdsourcing development with the clue of major events in the development process of crowdsourcing; takes the operation process of crowdsourcing as the breakthrough point, discusses the bidirectional driving optimization path for the benign rolling development of crowdsourcing mode under the background of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”; and prospects. Finally, the future development direction of crowdsourcing mode is pointed out.

Angesichts der zunehmenden Bedeutung von Dienstleistungen als Wirtschaftsfaktor – bei wachsender Industrialisierung und Globalisierung – steigt auch die Bedeutung des Einkaufs von Dienstleistungen. Das vorliegende Werk schlägt dabei einen Bogen von der Entstehung der Dienstleistungen bis hin zur zukünftigen Entwicklung der Dienstleistungsbranche. Worin insbesondere die Potenziale und Risiken im Dienstleistungseinkauf liegen, wird an Beispielen wie der Implementierung eines Risikomanagements, der Bündelung von Gütern und Dienstleistungen sowie der Bildung von Kooperationen und Netzwerken dargestellt. Die Facetten der Dienstleistungen reichen dabei von der Ergänzung zum Kerngeschäft (Services) über das Angebot reiner Dienstleistungen bis hin zum Dienstleistungsmarketing. In view of the increasing significance of services as an economic factor – along with increasing industrialisation and globalisation – the purchasing of services is also increasing in importance. This work starts with the origins of services and goes all the way to the future development of the services sector. The particular potentials and risks involved in purchasing services are shown by examples such as the implementation of risk management, the bundling of products and services, and building co-operation and networks. The different aspects of services range from those which complement the core business, to those where only services are provided, to the marketing of services. Surface treated copper foil and its preparation is very important and widely used. The science research and enterprise competition always focus on the surface treated methods in the copper foil field. This paper summarized the typical surface treated processes of copper foil, and emphasized on research progress and problems of copper foil surface treated processes. The brush plating-dealloying treated process of copper foil was proposed based on the problems. The principle and research status of new process was introduced. At last, the future development of surface treated process and application prospect were forecast.

Abstract The Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI), which was signed in June 2017, raises a multitude of questions relating not only to the text of the treaty provisions but also to the way the MLI will interact with tax treaties, for instance, and what it will mean for the future development of tax treaty law and international cooperation in tax matters. This article focuses on two aspects of the MLI. First, it deals with the substance of the MLI by providing an overview of its background and content, including the many options available to the contracting states under the MLI. Second, some thoughts are presented on the effects of the MLI in terms of complexity and uncertainty.
