Market Situation

Amusement parks have grown rapidly in Latvia over the last 20 years. The development of Latvian amusement parks is determined by several factors related to the economic, political, geopolitical and international market situation. According to the CSB data, the country has a population of 1.9 million and a total of 14 amusement parks or companies providing attractions and entertainment. Part of the problem that the authors emphasize in the paper is that in Latvia, data on amusement parks are not collected separately, but are included in overall data on the tourism industry. This topic has been little studied in all Baltic countries. The topicality of the research relates to the future directions of sustainable development of Latvian amusement parks, which would add value to the growth of this industry. The aim of the research study is to determine the possible directions of development of amusement parks and their main influencing aspects, which determine the future development of these aspects.

Crowdsourcing is an important form for enterprises to realize open innovation, which can gather the wisdom of the public and gather talents from various fields to participate in technological innovation and value creation. This paper systematically reviews the emergence and development of crowdsourcing in China, analyzes the causes and characteristics of the four stages of crowdsourcing development with the clue of major events in the development process of crowdsourcing; takes the operation process of crowdsourcing as the breakthrough point, discusses the bidirectional driving optimization path for the benign rolling development of crowdsourcing mode under the background of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”; and prospects. Finally, the future development direction of crowdsourcing mode is pointed out.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to consider the role that technology may play in the future of experiential tourism. This viewpoint paper begins to question future developments in technological mediation and how these may challenge the author’ view of experiences and their construction in a period of immense and rapid technological development. Design/methodology/approach This is a short viewpoint paper driven by theoretical perspectives in the existing academic literature and the author’s personal stance on the future of experiential tourism. Findings This paper suggests that while there is considerable research into the role and application of technology within tourism, there is a lack of future-orientated debate. The views expressed within the paper argue that three potential directions exist for the future of technological mediation in experiential tourism: mass acceptance and customisation; experiential convergence or “rewinding the clock”, each with significant implications for the management of technological mediation in experiential tourism. Originality/value The paper provides an initial insight into future directions of the tourism industry in a period of immense technological development. Based on existing theoretical perspectives, these viewpoints indicate three potential routes for the industry and act as a catalyst for further dialogue within tourism scholarship.

<p class="2M-body">Korean casino market is currently in a new turning point and plans to expand more casinos in addition to the 17 casinos and talks about development of the tourism industry through massive investment of foreign capital. Casino market is such a sensitive issue in our country and except for Kang-won Land, all casinos are exclusively for foreigners. However, foreign capital has announced plans to invest substantial capital in terms of allowing locals to enter casino as well. Under these circumstances, Kang-won Land Casino is strongly claiming that allowing locals to casino is illegal under the law, but certain regions confront that amending the law on the investment is necessary for economic growth to attract more casinos. Dubrovnik's market position was weakening already in the latter half of the 1980s, and the long absence from the evermore demanding tourist market as a consequence of war created additional problems. All this, alongside the unavoidable process of transition and other associated problems, contributed to the serious difficulties facing Dubrovnik's tourism. This paper explores the kind of consequences war had on the tourism of Dubrovnik and the extent to which cultural heritage was adequately represented both in the tourist supply of Dubrovnik and on the international market. The purpose is to complete an analysis of the existing situation as a basis for the formulation of future strategic goals. With this in mind, the paper presents some directions for the future development of tourism in Dubrovnik.

In order to predict the development direction of stereo garage car carrier to accommodate the present need of transportation, combined technology system of car carrier with evolution routes belongs to evolution patterns in theory of technology evolution. Relationships between total system and evolution routes, relationships between subsystem and evolution routes were built, on the basis of researching the structural feature of stereo garage car carrier, analyzed the evolution rules of total system andsubsystems along different evolutional routes, indicated its present evolutionary state and predicted the future development direction. It is helpful for enterprise to accurately predict the next generation of product and greatly improve market competitiveness.
