In this paper, air Anions functions such as cleaning air, resisting bacteria, health care and the seven evaluation criteria system of the air anions concentration were introduced. Air Anion Concentration of Riyuexia National Forest Park in Heilongjiang province was Measured and analyzed. After comparing the result of 10 samples to the Anions evaluation system we can see that the air quality of Riyuexia National Forest Park is very fresh, it helps to health and is fit for some ecotourism activities such as health preservation of forest and fresh air bath. The paper proposes that we should preserve forest and water tourism resources, construct featured green eco-system and publish air anion Concentration index regularly.

This paper studies the integrated development of forest health tourism under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy. Based on the tourism destination life cycle theory, tourism destination competitiveness theory and experience economy theory, this paper uses the linear function weighting method to establish a measurable evaluation standard of forest health development potential. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of forest health tourism development potential through Delphi method, determines the index weight combined with analytic hierarchy process, and establishes a practical comprehensive scoring model and evaluation grade. This paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the development potential of forest health tourism in three forest health bases: DWS National Forest Park, FJS National Nature Reserve and LYS National Forest Park.

The relevance of the study is that effective public administration constitutes one of the most important factors in the progressive development of the modern state. An important condition for the productive functioning of public authorities is public administration, which acts as a holistic scientific system of organisation of activities. Assessing the effectiveness of public administration decisions is necessary for both public authorities and society. It helps civil servants to control and improve the management process, and helps the society to assess the quality of public institutions. The lack of objective generally accepted indicators for assessing socio-economic processes, the work of bodies and institutions is one of the main problems that hinder the efficiency of the state mechanism. At present, there are no well-established approaches to assessing the effectiveness of public administration decisions. The solution to this problem is a more detailed study of scientific knowledge regarding the system and mechanisms of evaluation. The purpose of the study is to analyse the main modern approaches and mechanisms for evaluating the effectiveness of public administration decisions. The concept of performance evaluation as a complex process is currently the most prevalent and used by modern scientists. Ensuring efficiency is a difficult task for public administration. The diversity of the system requires the use of rational approaches and the creation of differentiated evaluation criteria. The components of the evaluation system in the context of globalisation affect the effectiveness and efficiency and require continuous improvement. The use of special tools and technologies provide flexibility of government decisions and internal integrity, leading to rapid change in the state. mainstreaming of the efficiency improvement and quality of evaluation of public administration decisions directly affects the socio-economic development of the state and improvement of the welfare of the population. The use of evaluation results allows to identify existing problems in a timely manner, to find ways to solve them, improving management by improving the efficiency of public administration at all stages. The practical significance lies in the use of research results in the activities of individual public administration bodies, which will allow to modernise the effectiveness of evaluation of public administration decisions and the management system in general

As an important link in the development of urban-rural integration, equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas is the foundation of urban-rural integration and an important aspect of improving the quality of life of urban and rural residents. To understand the level of equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas, it is necessary to reasonably measure the level of equalization of basic public services. This article constructs an evaluation system for the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas from the four dimensions of public education, social security, medical and health, and infrastructure. The entropy method is used to obtain the equalization index of basic public services in Heilongjiang Province. On this basis, a comprehensive analysis of the equalization of basic public services in the integrated development of urban and rural areas is carried out and corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.

Abstract Background: Nanjing Zijinshan National Forest Park is a 5A level scenic spot approved by the Chinese government and a world-famous tourist attraction. Due to the decrease of forest coverage and the environmental pollution caused by the large scale of tourism, the requirements of landscape quality evaluation of urban forest parks are put forward. Results: In order to explore assessment methods of landscape quality (LQ) of Urban Forest Park, based on the literature review and current situation analysis, this paper selected 26 assessment indexes of five categories to construct the index system of comprehensive landscape quality assessment of urban forest parks. In view of requirements of landscape quality assessment of urban forest parks, niche suitability model (NSM) was introduced. On the basis of analysis and improvement, spatial niche suitability model (SNSM) was constructed combining absolute niche suitability model and relative niche suitability model by using weighted average method. Then, the application test of SNSM was carried out taking Nanjing Zijinshan National Forest Park as the research target. Conclusions: The assessment results show that the landscape quality of Nanjing Zijinshan National Forest Park showed a slow upward trend from 2000 to 2018, and was at the lower middle level in 5A scenic area; at the same time, due to buildings increasing and environmental pollution, forest landscape quality showed a slow downward trend. The assessment results of spatial niche suitability model are in line with the actual situation of landscape quality of Nanjing Zijinshan National Forest Park, and provide an effective quantitative analysis method for urban forest parks to strengthen landscape quality management and prevent landscape quality risks. Podkarpackie Voivodeship is one of the regions of Poland in which the number of agritourism entities is very high. Therefore tourism plays a significant role in its development strategy. The aim of the paper is to identify the current state of agritourism and the changes that have occurred in the region in the years 2000–2016. Specific objectives are to determine the distribution of agritourism farms and their offer, together with a comprehensive analysis of the environmental and socio-economic factors, as well as the impact of the Slovak-Ukrainian border. The report was developed on the statistical materials from the Polish Central Statistical Office, Podkarpackie Agricultural Advisory Centre in Boguchwała and data collected from municipalities and district offices that is published on their websites, as well as through interviews with 100 owners of agritourism farms in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The research has shown, on the one hand, the decline in the number of farms in the region and, on the other hand, the increase in the diversity of the tourist offer of these entities. Distribution of agritourism farms is closely linked to the attractiveness of natural environment and quality of secondary tourism resources. Traditional agritourism has not yet fully used its countryside, as well as cross-border advantages of its location.
