To change the phenomenon of“Being an armchair strategist” in the research on the photoelectric encoder,the simulation system of that had been researched using virtual-reality technology. Thebasic principle of the photoelectric encoder was expounded. The developmentstrategy of the simulation software was introduced. Some key problems and theirsolutions, including drawing of grid line and motion control method, voltagesignal and the pulse signal processing and display and parameter adjustmentmethod, were put forward in development. Finally, a virtual simulation examplewas provided.

The high-voltage live working robot is a special-type robot developed recently and has a huge potential for development due to the complexity and diversity of tasks as well as the demanding and dangerous operating environment. The application of virtual reality technology in the robot field enables the complex movements to be reproduced in the virtual simulation system, which could either test the rationality of robots structural design, or train the operators. To solve this problem, the 3D simulation system of high-voltage live working robot is designed and developed to provide a virtual research platform for the R & D personnel to study robot manipulator motion as well as the virtual training platform for robot operators.

Based on analysis of the application status of the virtual reality technology and energy simulation technology in energy-efficient building, authors put organic combination with the virtual reality technology and energy simulation technology. Application methods of virtual simulation are discussed in integrated design of solar energy and building. And the evaluation process of solar energy and building integrated design is put forward. At the same time, according to the software of 3D Studio MAX and ECOTECT, the paper studies the case of solar energy and building integrated design virtual simulation.

This paper is mainly about the process of design and realization of electrical training software based on the virtual reality technology. Some modern computer technique are used in this paper, such as, interface design technology, animation design and manufacture technology, 3D modeling and rendering technology, virtual reality technology, network technology, database technology and the Man-machine interface sensor and communication technology. The electrical technique skill education in occupation post analysis, training project and key information extraction, the analysis of the teaching object have been realized. The overall structure of the system design, media design, copy and script writing have been accomplished. The virtual reality simulation software for technique training introduced in this paper has the characteristics of strong professionalism, situations, procedural, interactivity and intelligence. It is more realistic, more manufacturability and more interactivity than the traditional simulation teaching software. Therefore, it can achieve better teaching training effects. Furthermore it has common hardware training equipment incomparable advantages.

The layout and roaming of machinery and equipment in the workshop is an important development direction of intelligent manufacturing. In this paper, the general process of developing an intelligent factory system are put forward. The 3D models of various kinds of mechanical equipment are established. The textures and maps of the model are processed. The virtual simulation engine is used to establish the workshop map. The roaming work of the virtual workshop is developed based on the map. The space layout of the mechanical equipment and the machine tool simulation cutting system are developed. Comparing with the traditional simulation software, this system takes shorter period of development and achieves better visualization. And combined with the virtual reality technology makes this system more creative.

The traditional experience basketball teaching method can only master the technical essentials through repeated practice, which seriously affects the ef-ficiency of basketball training. Based on this problem, a basketball teaching simulation system was constructed by using virtual reality technology. The system established a virtual simulation model of basketball players, which planed the track of athletes. In the meanwhile, it captured the real situation of basketball players and contrasted them with simulated trajectories, so as to help athletes do more targeted training. The results showed that basketball technology teaching model based on virtual reality could help athletes grasp the key points of motion skills as soon as possible, and greatly improve the training efficiency of basketball players.

In recent years, the research on the medical robot's already became a new domain about the robot application, particularly the special medical robot already became a direction of the medical robot develops. This article started with the medical robot organization design, construct the three-dimensionalmodel,designed master-Slave Medical robot control system overall project, determined a new two-way control method of force telepresence, developed Master-Slave medical robot control system's simulation software, and conducted the experimental study, the experimental result showed that this simulation system had the very good timeliness and the accuracy.

Abstract The characteristics of non-Gaussian clutter in radar systems are different from standard waveforms. To fully filter to achieve the accuracy of radar detection, the paper developed a radar simulation system based on virtual reality technology. The article uses a non-Gaussian mathematical model to simulate and collect the clutter generated by the system and realise the generation of data sequence according to the power spectrum. The research results show that the radar cross-section modelling, target recognition, anti-recognition and data fusion technology of visible targets can all be well applied in this system.
