This paper has made a statistic survey on the failure rate of the appliance of high-power IGBT on the Harmonious locomotive. According to the analysis ,environmental temperature and humidity have a crucial influence on failure rate, thus a set of temperature and humidity monitoring system has been designed to investigate the environment temperature and humidity of high failure rate Four-quadrant IGBT modules, analyzing factors such as temperature and humidity and the working conditions accordingly, exploring the relationship of rising temperature of IGBT ,locomotive speed ,pressure of the air cylinder, setting a foundation for later analysis on the mechanism of troubles.

ABSTRACT: This study aimed to compare the temperatures in the mass of bulk soybeans ( Glycine max ) in warehouses with isolated vents and vent-combined exhaustion. A completely randomized design was used, with two treatments and ten repetitions. Treatments consisted of warehouse with curved vents and warehouse with curved + static exhaust vents. Each repetition contained the average of all readings in three days in all cables of the warehouse part under study, totaling 10 repetitions per month. The variable analyzed was the temperature in the grain mass in the lower, middle and upper parts of the warehouse from January to May 2012. The environment temperature and humidity were also registered. Static hoods, along with curved vents on the roof of the warehouse showed a tendency to reduce the temperature of the soybean mass with decrease in environmental temperature and increase in relative environmental humidity.

We use the stationary distribution for the M/M/1 with Unreliable Service and aWorking Vacation (M/M/1/US/WV) given explicitly in (Patterson & Korzeniowski, 2019) to find a decomposition of the stationary queue length N. By applying the distributional form of Little's Law the Laplace-tieltjes Transform of the stationary customer waiting time W is derived. The closed form of the expected value and variance for both N and W is found and the relationship of the expected stationary waiting time as a function of the service failure rate is determined.

HIRFL is an all-powerful heavy ion accelerator which is built by IMP of Chinese Academy of Science. It bears a lot of research tasks for china. Its control and monitoring system is very complex and very important, directly determines whether HIRFL safe operation. This paper is to study its much control and monitoring system of temperature and humidity monitoring system. Began to study the basic structure of the hardware, a specific architecture and specific HMI is designed, as well as the situation in the field installation deployment.

This paper presents new analyses of data from two multicentre studies carried out by the WHO. The morbid risk of developing schizophrenia, as broadly defined by the Determinants of Outcome Study, was positively related to the mean daily range of temperature. The outcome of schizophrenia, as determined by the International Pilot Study of Schizophrenia, was found to be positively related to mean environmental temperature. Further studies are needed to examine the relationship of geographical and climatic variables to schizophrenia in order to complement what is already known about the role of sociocultural factors.

The emission spectra of high-power laser diodes in the process of exploitation at different pump currents and the relationship of these spectra with the spatial structure of the field are considered. The field in laser diodes with a wide contact splits into several independent channels corresponding to the components of the radiation frequency spectrum. It is established that the number of channels and the corresponding number of spectral components of laser diode radiation increases during operation.

The relationship of contaminant gas concentration distribution influence on cross diffusion character and level among temperature, humidity and contaminant gas concentration was obtained according to the non-equilibrium thermodynamic theory. The cross diffusion character and level under different contaminant gas concentration distribution were discussed, combining real temperature and humidity in building room. The results show that temperature grads and vapor mass grads are less than zero when contaminant gas mass grads and additional diffusion coefficient are both positive or negative, otherwise the two grads are more than zero. And the higher the initial temperature and humidity levels, the greater the absolute values of temperature grads and vapor mass grads, with the same contaminant gas mass grads and additional diffusion coefficient. While the influence of initial temperature level is finite, and that of initial humidity level is remarkable.

Small and medium enterprises are vital components for economic growth globally. Similarly, the Malaysian manufacturing SMEs has contributed greatly in developing Malaysia’s economy. However, higher failure rate of the Malaysian SMEs is a great concern among researchers and government bodies. Currently, the industry 4.0 has changed the business environment globally. Therefore, this study attempts to investigate the relationship of ownership structures on firm performance with a mediating role of innovation. Baron and Kenny approach of mediation analysis was used on the sample of the Malaysian manufacturing SMEs. The results revealed that, majority SMEs prefer traditional business methods, which causes the higher failure rate in the industry.

Oceanographical processes, such as upwelling, induce variations in nutrient availability in marine ecosystems, and evidence indicates that nutrient input can strongly influence the physiological activities, structure, and dynamics of marine communities. Intertidal organisms have long been considered ideal study units in which to quantify the relationship of physical variations and differential energy allocations in specimens that undergo environmental variations, such as observed with nutrient availability. In habitats with differential nutrient input (upwelling versus non-upwelling), both food availability (algae abundance) and seasonal gonadal and foot weight variations were determined in the keyhole limpet Fissurella crassa. Gonadal weight is used as a measure of reproduction allocation whereas foot weight is an indirect indicator of energy allocation towards survival. RNA:DNA ratio in limpets was used as an indicator of biosynthetic capability. Our results indicate that, in general, algae abundance, muscular foot weight, and gonadal weight were higher in upwelling sites during all seasons studied. The same result was found for RNA:DNA ratios. Energetic allocation in animals that inhabit intertidal upwelling habitats supported a constant allocation towards reproduction and soft tissues. In contrast, animals that inhabit non-upwelling habitats showed important energetic restrictions associated with higher water temperature and lower food availability. Our results clearly show that in the keyhole limpet F. crassa food availability is a more important determinant of an individual's condition than a physical variation such as environment temperature.
