Net security state awareness provides a security management from macroscopic perspectives for managers, but the research on this field still lacks united recognition and rules. The paper bases on the research results of 5-Endsley, raises a kind of expandable model of net security state awareness and introduces the concept of state extract into the field of net security. In the process of dealing with state data, the model introduces space knowledge base to norm the state extract process, and builds models with state as the real objects. The models raised include attack rate, attack time and space information, which simplifies the state extract process, discusses the standards of state models and demonstrates the utility and efficiency by using real statistics to evaluate state models

This article considers the traditional approach to the ’state’ Models of corporate governance, namely shareholder Model and stakeholder Model. It then considers the extent to which developments in a recent accession EU country, Poland, reflects either of these Models or adopts a hybrid approach. It then offers proposals for the future development of corporate governance within Poland.

SUMMARYIn this paper, an approach to modelling of a robotic assembly cell is proposed and a method for managing the cell operation is described using a knowledge base. Since the modelling structure is based on the concept of the state variable, the relationships between states are described by the state transition map (STM). The knowledge-bases for state transition and assembly job information are obtained from the STM and the assembly job tree (AJT), respectively. Using the knowledge-base, the System structure is discussed in relation to both managing the cell operation and evaluating the performances. Finally, a simulation algorithm is presented with the simulation results to show the significance of the proposed modelling approach.

Most analyses of the consequences of the December 1993 elections have focused on the State Duma that was elected and its likely role in the Russian political process at the national level. The purpose of this study is to go beyond the more obvious impact of the elections to examine underlying patterns and tendencies that could be significant for Russia's future as a federal, multiethnic state. Data on voting for the parliament by party list permit for the first time a systematic, multidimensional comparison of political tendencies in Russia's regions.

While deep reinforcement learning (DRL) has achieved great success in some large domains, most of the related algorithms assume that the state of the underlying system is fully observable. However, many real-world problems are actually partially observable. For systems with continuous observation, most of the related algorithms, e.g., the deep Q-network (DQN) and deep recurrent Q-network (DRQN), use history observations to represent states; however, they often make computation-expensive and ignore the information of actions. Predictive state representations (PSRs) can offer a powerful framework for modelling partially observable dynamical systems with discrete or continuous state space, which represents the latent state using completely observable actions and observations. In this paper, we present a PSR model-based DQN approach which combines the strengths of the PSR model and DQN planning. We use a recurrent network to establish the recurrent PSR model, which can fully learn dynamics of the partially continuous observable environment. Then, the model is used for the state representation and update of DQN, which makes DQN no longer rely on a fixed number of history observations or recurrent neural network (RNN) to represent states in the case of partially observable environments. The strong performance of the proposed approach is demonstrated on a set of robotic control tasks from OpenAI Gym by comparing with the technique with the memory-based DRQN and the state-of-the-art recurrent predictive state policy (RPSP) networks. Extracting knowledge from Wikipedia has attracted much attention in recent ten years. One of the most valuable kinds of knowledge is type information, which refers to the axioms stating that an instance is of a certain type. Current approaches for inferring the types of instances from Wikipedia mainly rely on some language-specific rules. Since these rules cannot catch the semantic associations between instances and classes (i.e. candidate types), it may lead to mistakes and omissions in the process of type inference. The authors propose a new approach leveraging attributes to perform language-independent type inference of the instances from Wikipedia. The proposed approach is applied to the whole English and Chinese Wikipedia, which results in the first version of MulType (Multilingual Type Information), a knowledge base describing the types of instances from multilingual Wikipedia. Experimental results show that not only the proposed approach outperforms the state-of-the-art comparison methods, but also MulType contains lots of new and high-quality type information.

In case of a shortage of China’s domestic timber, the research of China’s timber security has become increasingly more important. Using the pressure-state–response (PSR) conceptual model and the entropy method, the timber security of China during 1997–2017 was evaluated and analyzed to understand and master the situation of timber security in this paper. The results showed that: (1) The pressure of timber security in China during 1997–2017 was increasing in waves, with the condition of timber imports as the main factor; (2) the state of timber security in China presented a downward-then-upward tendency during 1997–2017, the main influencing factors of which were the domestic timber supply and forest resources condition; (3) responses to ensure the timber security of China almost indicated a steep rising trend, because both the timber industry technical progress index and the waste paper recovery rate improved the safety of timber in China; and (4) the changing trend of the comprehensive evaluation of timber security in China approximately agrees with that of the state evaluation, which showed that state indicators were key factors affecting the timber security of China. The pressures influencing the timber security of China are rising, while the state of timber security and the responses of the high-tech industry have been improving at a higher range than the pressures, which has led to an improvement of China’s timber security.

The state evaluation of mining electromechanical equipment is important but complicated, for the complexity, nonlinearity and the ambiguity of the influence factors. In this paper, a novel indicator system to assess the state of mining equipment is constructed from three main aspects, namely the product quality of the equipment, their operating conditions and statistic data of historical states. The ambiguity-fuzzy method and grey-sum method are both employed to evaluate different influence factors, and are summed up together as the final evaluation result by dynamic weighting function, which is derived from a modified expert scoring mechanism we propose. We further implement the proposed evaluation system and verify the effectiveness of the evaluation system through real data set based experiments. The experimental results indicate that this system is of important guiding significance to the state evaluation of coal mine equipment and safe production in coal mines.

The accident happens sometimes in the oil industry and that the Human errors (HEs) are studied and used in the petroleum field is fewer. Then, the paper analyzes the early achievements and finds that most of the studies are aimed at the operation behavior but not the operator. So, using probability theory, the paper discusses the HE Causes and the relationship between human behavior and the accident, and it presents the error state evaluation model of organization and the evaluation model of the number of operators doing Error. According to the evaluation models, the management can get the risk status of accident of an organization.

This paper on the question of the concept, role and functions of State, attempts to critically analyze recent developments and transformations. It is assumed that all existing State models to date are in ideological crisis that challenges the concept of State. The problem is that the empirical evidence of the role and functions of the State or the State system are different from a standpoint of a range of spheres of government, which generate the multiple requirements of the regulatory activity of the State. In the discussion some questions are identified and proposals that may be useful for analyzing the transformation of the State are formulated.
