The Optimize Design of the Intelligent Electric Mini-Car

In the fields of auto-control, the requirement for dependability and intelligence of the instrument is often to be considered seriously. Since the capability of the electronic sensor and affect of the ambient temperature, the high dependability and intelligence is a hard aim to be reached. And the error through normal methods to design may be very large. The intelligence is poor. The article introduces the project process of making an Intelligent Electric Mini-car with high dependability and intelligence: which is consisted of SCM (single-chip microcomputer) SPCE061A, multiple kinds of sensors and some modules to support. Base on the SCM SPCE061A, the mini-car can identify different voice, record & play, race intellectually by the order of voice, dodge the barriers automatically and measure the distance accurately while running at different speed by introducing the PWM and the HALL speed sensor. At the same time, it has radar of backing a car, GPS (Global Position System) and the ability to detect alcohol in a motorman. To enhance the function of the mini-car, radiogram, MTV and LED of kinds of color is added, too. With the information displayed on the LCD and the voice register, it is easier to communicate with the mini-car. With the separate of circuit of controlling and electromotor, the stability of the system has improved. It has made good use of power to adopt 3.3V for the switch circuit and high efficiency PWM. Under the control of the voice order, it also can detect the real time and temperature meticulously. The project is adopting intelligent sensor and new SCM, which combined the multiple kinds of new intelligent electronic device, not only to measure the data for the system accurately, but also to communicate with us. At last the actual data of speed and distance is given to prove the feasibility of the project.

Structured Cabling is not a demonstrative course, but a course to stimulate students’ learning interest and to improve experiment’s efficiency. Unfortunately there are some disadvantages for experimental instruments on the present market, such as low testing speed, low automation level and less functions, etc. A multi-processor structure is proposed in this paper, which consists of a 32-bit ARM processor S3C2440 and a 8-bit Single Chip Microcomputer STC89LE54. This structure is used to develop a new network cabling experimental instrument, which is based on embedded system. The instrument can achieve precise processing, such as synchronous data acquisition for wire cores of 32 standard network lines according to EIA/TIA568A Standard or EIA/TIA568B Standard, display and data storage, etc. The instrument has characteristics of high efficiency, fast response, automatic identification, and ease of use. It is used to implement consistency between teaching and job training. Therefore it has high practical value.

Abstract In order to meet the needs of operation and management of stepping motors in the Internet of things environment, this paper designed the software and hardware of the stepping motor drive system under the control of a single-chip microcomputer based on LabVIEW, which is a graphical programming platform developed by National Instruments Corporation of the United States, and tested and verified the functions of the system. The software part transmitted data between the host computer and the driver terminal based on a service cloud platform called Easy-Control, realizing the network real-time online management operation function. The hardware design made full use of the existing functions of the STM32F407ZGT6 single-chip microcomputer; moreover, the design of circuits was simplified by the special driver chip LV8726TA for stepping motor to increase system stability. The software and hardware of the system were developed on the LabVIEW platform, which had the advantages of high efficiency, short development cycle, low cost, and convenient function expansion. This work provides a scheme for the design and implementation of similar systems.

Vietnam\'s electricity system has been increasingly invested in development, meeting the growth rate of energy consumption demand in all socio-economic aspects. In particular, the energization and commission of solar and wind power plants greatly affect the stability and safety of the Vietnam power system. To improve the system\'s stability when incidents occur, one of the current solutions is to coordinate relay calibration settings which have a rapid reaction time at all voltage levels. To meet the above requirements, an option is to use Intelligent Electronic Device (IED) with fast processing speed, reduced latency, and multiple functions with intelligent algorithms. In addition, the solution to coordinate the protection areas between IEDs is being concerned. This paper presents the coordination of Permissive Over-Reaching Transfer Trip (POTT) interlock function of SEL 311L relay for power transmission lines to reduce the fault clearing time compared to the traditional calculation method.

In order to solve the problems of complete coverage path and obstacle avoidance with the mobile robot, the complete coverage planning was described first, and then the algorithm of the complete coverage path planning was analyzed. The complete traversal algorithm and the obstacle avoidance strategy of the robot around the barrier were put forward. Finally, the traversal control flow chart of the traversal robot implemented in Single Chip Microcomputer (SCM) was obtained. After the above analysis, the algorithm was simple, practical, and low repeatability, and high efficiency. The algorithms could effectively solve the difficulty of complete coverage path and obstacle avoidance with the robot.

Agricultural bird damage problem has been a hot issue trouble all the time, how to not only protect the birds but also put the economic-threat to birds under economic threshold at the same time has become the focus to the current research. The system on the basis of Intelligent Voice--driving Bird Dispeller, puts forward the STC89C58RC/RD and single-chip microcomputer as the core, including SMS module, photosensitive module, AD convert module and MP3 audio module which is composing of a portable intelligent voice anti-Bird Device. The system detects the outside light intensity by the photosensitive module, and the GSM module receives the remote control signal which is from the GSM mobile phone, the MP3 module will be controlled by the power relay, the MP3 module receives the command, then PLAY/STOP the voice on U disk, which can achieve the driving field vermin. It is proved that the system is not only easy to operate, saving costs, but also make a profound difference to drive birds with good results by the field experiment. Meanwhile, as long as changing the sound file, the device can be applied to drive rats, drive wolves and other occasions.

The remote control system based on DTMF transmission was discussed. It used a SCM (Single-chip microcomputer) and voice chip to realize remote communication control, which voice prompts can point out and feedback state information of the controlled side for different operations. Using this method, users in the outdoor can use any a DTMF phone including mobile, fixed telephone, according to the voice prompt, to carry out remote control of the switching and timing functions of the various home appliances. The system is practical, reliable, and can be widely used in household appliances or other places of various control devices. It will be the promising future technology products.

In view of the unstable phenomenon of the visual system of the AGV in the automatic system, the paper adopts the MEMS gyroscope MPU6050 to collect the status of the visual holder. We can guarantee the stability of the holder, obtain clear pictures and improve the operating validity of the vision-based guided AGV by controlling the brushless motor through the Arduino single chip microcomputer program.
