At present steel industry is obtained a rapid development in China. More and more steel slag is accumulated. How to deal with steel slag becomes a hot problem. In this paper, the source, composition and characteristics of steel slag are introduced firstly. Then the methods of comprehensive utilization on the steel slag are summarized. Finally the problems are put up and the development trend of steel slag utilization is prospected according to the present situation of comprehensive utilization of steel slag.

With the rapid development of IC and photovoltaic industry, the requirements of larger-diameter, better productivity, higher machining accuracy and finer surface quality of silicon wafers challenge traditional wafer cutting technology. Therefore, in terms of increasing wafers’ diameter, lessening slicing thickness, reducing cutting loss and improving machining efficiency, research and application of precision cutting technology become necessary and urgent. The paper analyzes current well-developed technologies and equipments of free abrasive wire cutting in detail. It is recommended that bonded abrasive diamond wire cutting will be the development trend in the future as a highly-efficient, low material waste and environmentally friendly technology of precise cutting of silicon wafers. The paper also makes a discussion on construction, working principle, and manufacturing technology of bonded abrasive diamond wires.

From the aspect of bibliometrics and social network analysis, this paper studies the content characteristics and network evolution of service quality in China, form visual analysis charts and summarizes the research hotspots and development trends. Taking CNKI database as the data source, data mining and association analysis of sample data were carried out by means of manual judgment, keyword co-occurrence, bibliometric software BICOMB and Pajek. 872 related literatures were retrieved from 1999 to 2019, and the tendency of the number of published papers in each year was close to the inverted U type. This study expands the application fields of bibliometrics and social network software, and analyzes the development trend of service quality. The theoretical and practical research on service quality has achieved rapid development in the past 20 years. The library service quality and service quality satisfaction have always gotten a high level of attention, and the characteristics of network platforms for service quality have gradually become apparent because of the development of the Internet and computer technology.

On basis of the analysis of the present situation of research and application of synchronous cutting machine at home and abroad, according to the forming characteristics of silt sintered porous brick, technical parameters of synchronous cutting machine was explained and the development trend of the synchronous cutting machine was expected.

While production of China's steel industry sharply growing, it also has made remarkable progress in energy conservation and emission reduction. However, compared with the developed countries, Low-carbon technology in China's steel industry has a large gap. It is current situation of our country steel industry, that technology and equipment of our country steel industry is behind, and high energy consumption, through the research on the development trend of low-carbon technology in China's steel industry and the low-carbon technology can be focused on in the future, the new international Low-carbon technologies in steel industry were reviewed, and the principal thinking of reducing CO2 emission of steel industry be offered. The Low-carbon technology level can be improved through the introduction of technology and international cooperation or multinational research.

Owing to rapid development of the Internet and the rise of the big data era, microblog has become the main means for people to spread and obtain information. If people can accurately predict the development trend of a microblog event, it will be of great significance for the government to carry out public relations activities on network event supervision and guide the development of microblog event reasonably for network crisis. This paper presents effective solutions to deal with trend prediction of microblog events’ popularity. Firstly, by selecting the influence factors and quantifying the weight of each factor with an information entropy algorithm, the microblog event popularity is modeled. Secondly, the singular spectrum analysis is carried out to decompose and reconstruct the time series of the popularity of microblog event. Then, the box chart method is used to divide the popularity of microblog event into various trend spaces. In addition, this paper exploits the Bi-LSTM model to deal with trend prediction with a sequence to label model. Finally, the comparative experimental analysis is carried out on two real data sets crawled from Sina Weibo platform. Compared to three comparative methods, the experimental results show that our proposal improves F1-score by up to 39%.

This article describe the present situation and problems in China's steel metallurgy slag comprehensive utilization, and reach the conclusion that the present method should be improved and the new method of comprehensive utilization should be further developed.
