An experimental research on comprehensive recovery of associated apatite from certain iron tailings in China was carried out. The phosphorus flotation is realized at low temperature through the application of the new, more efficient AW series collector. The test results showed that the concentrate whose P2O5 grade was 33.50%,recovery was 92.18% was obtained for the tailings whose P2O5 grade was 3.05% by one roughing under the pulp temperature of 15°C, thus realizing an effective recovery of apatite from the tailings.

According to the low temperature spray process, using double quick cement, retarder, water retaining agent, water reducing agent, polymer, fiber was investigated using orthogonal theory the feasibility of preparation of guniting material. Through the experimental research prepared early strength, high adhesiveness, high crack resistance, high economic performance of gunite material, its each index can meet the requirements of the application.

With the increase of glass bridges or glass walkways in the scenic area, the safety protection provided by railings cannot be neglected. However, there is a difference between the demands for a horizontal load on the top of railings in the present design specifications. Especially, it does not give specific advice on the horizontal load on the top of railings of glass bridges or glass roads in the scenic area. In this study, experimental research is conducted on railing columns based on the investigation of common railings of glass bridges or glass roads in the scenic area. The type of railing columns includes finished products and field production. The number of railing columns is 12. The displacement and strain results of the railing columns under different loads are obtained. The rigidity and strength are analyzed by numerical simulation combined with test results. A reasonable horizontal load on the top of the railings of a glass bridge or glass road is advised. These results provide a reference for the design, inspection, and evaluation of railings of glass bridges or gallery roads in the scenic area.

From the experimental research, the cube compressive strength and prism compressive strength of combined aggregate concrete are compared. Based on regression analysis, the influence of different substitution ratio of lightweight aggregate, age of concrete and water-cement ratio are studied, and the age coefficient is analyzed. According to the test results, the formula of compressive strength of combined aggregate concrete is given.

In the work brought some experimental data of kinematic parameters of movement of cars forced idle, as the software product was used to diagnose 900 ATS, which recorded kinematic parameters of vehicle. On the basis of the conducted experimental research results are shown tabulated and analysed.

Представлены результаты разработки цифрового изолятора на основе интегрального микротрансформатора в специализированном корпусе, выполненном по технологии низкотемпературной совместно обжигаемой керамики (LTCC). Согласно результатам измерений тестовых образцов максимальная скорость передачи данных разработанного цифрового изолятора - не менее 30 Мбит/с. The paper presents the results of the development of a digital insulator based on an integral microtransformer in a specialized package made in technology of low-temperature co-fired ceramics. The isolator is a microassembly consisting of a transceiver chip and an integrated transformer. According to the test results, the maximum data rate speed of the developed digital insulator is not less than 30 Mbit/s.

In this research we conducted a sensitivity experimental study where we explored the dependency of the shear strain on the seismic properties of bearings, namely lead rubber bearing (LRB) and super high damping rubber bearing (SHDR). The factors studied were vertical pressure, temperature, shear modulus of the inner rubber (G value), loading frequency, and loading sequence. Six specimens were adopted, i.e., three LRBs and three SHDR bearings. A series of test plans were designed. The seismic characteristics of the bearings were captured through a cyclic loading test, which included post-yield stiffness, characteristic strength, area of a single cycle of the hysteretic loop, equivalent stiffness, and equivalent damping ratio. A whole analysis of variances was then conducted. At the same time, to explore certain phenomena caused by the factors, an extended discussion was carried out. Test results showed that the temperature is the most dominant feature, whereas the G value is the least contributing factor, with the effect of the loading frequency and the loading sequence found between these two. The increment of the post-yielded stiffness for LRB from 100% to 25% is a significant reduction from a low temperature to high one. The slope of the characteristic strength versus the shear strain for LRB under high temperature is larger than the one under low temperature.

This study has investigated the impact of graphene oxide (GO) in enhancing the performance properties of an asphalt binder. The control asphalt binder (60/70 PEN) was blended with GO in contents of 0%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, and 2.5%. The permanent deformation behavior of the modified asphalt binders was evaluated based on the zero shear viscosity (ZSV) parameter through a steady shear test approach. Superpave fatigue test and the linear amplitude sweep (LAS) method were used to evaluate the fatigue behavior of the binders. A bending beam rheometer (BBR) test was conducted to evaluate the low-temperature cracking behavior. Furthermore, the storage stability of the binders was investigated using a separation test. The results of the ZSV test showed that GO considerably enhanced the steady shear viscosity and ZSV value, showing a significant contribution of the GO to the deformation resistance; moreover, GO modification changed the asphalt binder’s behavior from Newtonian to shear-thinning flow. A notable improvement in fatigue life was observed with the addition of GO to the binder based on the LAS test results and Superpave fatigue parameter. The BBR test results revealed that compared to the control asphalt, the GO-modified binders showed lower creep stiffness (S) and higher creep rate (m-value), indicating increased cracking resistance at low temperatures. Finally, the GO-modified asphalt binders exhibited good storage stability under high temperatures.

Industrial alkali slag is the discharge waste in the process of alkali production. About one million tons of alkali slag is discharged in China in one year. It is a burden on the environment, whether it is directly stacked or discharged into the sea. If we can realize the use of resources, it is a multi-pronged move, so alkali slag is used to improve solidified marine soft soil in this paper. The test results show that the alkali residue can effectively improve the engineering properties of marine soft soil. Among them, the unconfined compressive strength and compressive modulus are increased by about 10 times, and the void ratio and plasticity index can all reach the level of general clay. It shows that alkali slag has the potential to improve marine soft soil and can be popularized in engineering.

In this paper, effects of nano-CaCO3 on compressive strength and Microstructure of high strength concrete in standard curing temperature(21±1°C) and low curing temperature(6.5±1°C) was studied. In order to improve the early strength of the concrete in low temperature, the early strength agent calcium nitrite was added into. Test results indicated that 0.5% dosage of nano-CaCO3 could inhibit the effect of calcium nitrite as early strength agent, but 1% and 2% dosage of nano-CaCO3 could improve the strength of the concrete by 13% and 18% in standard curing temperature and by 17% and 14% in low curing temperature at the age of 3days. According to the XRD spectrum, with the dosage up to 1% to 2%, nano-CaCO3 can change the orientation index significantly, leading to the improvement of strength of concrete both in standard curing temperature and low curing temperature.
