The safety appraisal of the sluice includes safety check on site and calculation. The safety coefficient of the yellow river sluice is high which indicates significant importance. The traditional structure safety calculation models of frame structure are two dimensional. In this passage three dimensions models of the sluice frame structure was built with finite element analysis software ETABS to analysis the ratio of reinforcement, combined with safety check on site, using shaking type table theory of decomposition reaction method. Compared with the original design, the posts can’t fulfill the requests for fortification against earthquakes. The frame structure should be reinforced.

In early China there was no widespread tradition of making figurines until about the mid-first millennium bc when human figurines started to be placed in burials to accompany the deceased into the afterlife. In prior millennia only pockets of China had seen the emergence of figurines, but these appeared to be short-lived phenomena clearly rooted and linked to local and regional cultures. The overall paucity of three-dimensional imagery and relative rarity of human representations both in two and three dimensions meant that China does not feature in surveys of early figurines. This chapter surveys and discusses selected appearance of figurines of the Neolithic and Bronze Age, with an emphasis on the Hongshan Culture in the northeast, the Yellow River and the Shijiahe Culture along the middle Yangtze.

Based on practical engineering, numerical analysis model was established by using finite element analysis software. The rules about raft settlement, pile-top counterforce, soil counterforce were analysed after variable pile diameter. It is more favorable on settlement and counterforce after variable pile diameter than Original design. There is important academic significance and application value on pile raft foundation optimal design.

A Case Study in spraying trailers, the frame of the structural characteristics were analyzed, using ANSYS workbench finite element analysis software for the frame were static stress analysis. First, create a physical model of the frame in Solidworks software. Then import ANSYS workbench on the frame payload processing constraints and suffered, were analyzed by calculating the frame strength and stiffness, get the frame stress cloud and find the weak links in the frame. To improve frame structure provides a theoretical basis.

In this paper, the typical deterioration of Northern Approach of Binzhou Yellow River Bridge is reviewed and the method of strengthening is proposed. Based on the theory of grillage method, T-beam grillage is modeled using finite element analysis software Midas civil to study the dynamic behavior of North approach’s superstructure after strengthening. Concerns about integrity of the carrying capacity and overall safety of the bridge are raised. Load simulation tests were performed to evaluate the effectiveness of the method and investigate its effect on structural behavior. And the results indicated that the bridge after strengthening could meet the demanding of intensity and rigidity.

In the service of sliding isolated structure, the slip component damage degree determines the safety of sliding isolated structure. The seismic response analysis about a sliding isolated frame structures was obtained by the finite element analysis software SAP2000 at various loads and compared with the traditional structure. Seismic response differences between slip component of the different forms and number damage was studied. According to Teflon invalid and the displacement-limited of energy dissipation component invalid, the impact of seismic response owing to slip component damage was analyzed. It will provide a reference for the isolated building design, the effective maintenance and damage detection.

According to the usage of vehicle radar antenna pedestal center frame, this article analyzes and compares the structure characteristic of welding and casting. We decide to adopt the casting structure and use special casting material ductile iron QT450-10. And we describe the casting material ductile iron QT450-10. Based on the center frame of using conditions, we analyze the deformation and stress of center frame by the finite element analysis software. The design is in line with the material allowable requirements and to meet the requirements of the system stiffness.

Based on the mechanics characteristics of the viscoelastic dampers, the seismic performance of a 5 layers steel frame structure with viscoelastic dampers or not was researched. In under the action of the rarely met earthquake, the finite element analysis software MIDAS was used to analyses two of the models of displacements, interlayer shear and ductility of structure. The results showed that: after the installation of viscoelastic dampers, the displacements and interlayer shear of the structure reduced significantly, and ductility increases, the earthquake response can be cut down obviously, it shows better seismic performance.

The finite element method was carried out three-Dimensions analysis of the solid shelves, gained the deformation characteristics and stress distributions of the solid shelves. Finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to analyze the solid shelves from the static. We have the results after correct loading and constraint and stress values comparison. A simulation example for three-dimensional shelves is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the finite element analysis method.
