Equipment use, management, maintenance and repair of phase take up of the total life cycle of the equipment for the most part, pays special attention to the equipment management, ensure the safe and normal operation of the enterprise management work is a basic work, it keeps the foundation of the enterprise production and operation, affecting all aspects of the enterprise. This paper points the analysis construction site construction machinery equipment management problems and countermeasures. Construction machinery equipment compulsory maintenance measures are put forward.

The article presents the results of field studies in the area of the Belarusian NPP in the pre-operational period. The «background» contents of gamma-emitting radionuclides in individual components of the environment are determined. The main array of dose rate measurements in the area of the NPP construction site is in the range 0.048 ÷ 0.089 μSv/h. External radiation in the surveyed area is formed at 96% due to 40K, 226Ra and 232Th. The information obtained can be used to correctly interpret the data of future radiation monitoring during normal operation of nuclear power plants.

ABSTRACT Objective: To evaluate the management mode for the prevention and control of coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) transmission utilized at a general hospital in Shenzhen, China, with the aim to maintain the normal operation of the hospital. Methods: From January 2, 2020 to April 23, 2020, Hong Kong–Shenzhen Hospital, a tertiary hospital in Shenzhen, has operated a special response protocol named comprehensive pandemic prevention and control model, which mainly includes six aspects: 1) human resource management; 2) equipment management; 3) logistics management; 4) cleaning, disinfection and process reengineering; 5) environment layout; 6) and training and assessment. The detail of every aspect was described and its efficiency was evaluated. Results: A total of 198,802 patients were received. Of those, 10,821 were hospitalized; 26,767 were received by the emergency department and fever clinics; 288 patients were admitted for observation with fever; and 324 were admitted as suspected cases for isolation. Under the protocol of comprehensive pandemic prevention and control model, no case of hospital-acquired infection with COVID-19 occurred among the inpatients or staff. Conclusion: The present comprehensive response model may be useful in large public health emergencies to ensure appropriate management and protect the health and life of individuals.

It is important for enterprise management to measure effectiveness of return on investment for machine and manufacturing system. It shall be considered not only to measure based on annual production value, but also to measure the effectiveness with cost caused by labors’ injuries and cost of protection measures that prevents industrial accidents. To make it realized, we shall define a calculation method for machine and manufacturing system includes protection measures from the aspect of the total life cycle, and a calculation method for total cost caused by industrial accidents. Then we shall define an evaluation index of investment effectiveness includes protection measures that will be led by a relation with values that comes from the above mentioned calculations.

Bearings are important parts in industrial production and are related to the normal operation of mechanical equipment. For bearing fault identification, traditional method often includes feature extraction, which involves professional prior knowledge and is time-consuming. This paper proposes the deep convolution residual network (DCRN) to identify the bearing fault. Based on the end-to-end learning characteristics of deep neural networks, this method can directly use raw data for training, and does not require feature extraction. Moreover, under the effect of skip connection, DCRN can exert the powerful fitting ability of deep neural network. In this paper, by stacking residual blocks, three different architecture of DCRN are designed and all three achieve very high accuracy, respectively 99.60%, 99.71% and 99.81%. Compared with other methods, DCRN have better generalization performance.

The solar thermal power generation system adopts a dual-axis timely tracking instrument device, which realizes that the sunlight and the central axis of the heliostat instrument device are kept parallel, and greatly improves the utilization efficiency of the light source and the power generation efficiency. At the same time, the study of instrumentation selection in the solar thermal power generation industry cannot be ignored, which can guarantee the normal operation and basic work quality of solar thermal power projects. Therefore, based on instrumentation devices in the solar thermal power generation industry, this article explores the drawbacks of instrumentation devices in the application, and puts forward several research ideas for the drawbacks. Finally, by taking the tower-type solar thermal power generation instrument device as an example.

Abstract The productivity of work performed at construction sites is primarily dependent on the effective deployment and use of construction machinery. Nevertheless, manufacturers do not state the actual performance of their machinery because it is difficult to determine due to its dependence on the specific conditions present at each construction site. One of the most important machines used in the construction of buildings is the tower crane, which provides secondary transport of material onsite. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of such machines using a deterministic or stochastic approach, a relatively extensive and exact set of data describing the activities of a given tower crane needs to be prepared. These data describe the real requirements of ongoing construction sub-processes with regard to the utilisation of tower cranes. This contribution concerns the analysis of key construction sub-processes during the building of monolithic reinforced concrete structures in connection with secondary transport at the construction site; in particular, it describes the preparation and processing of this data for the evaluation of real time requirements placed on tower cranes.
