Hydraulic torque converter’s performance testing is very important in the product’s development and production. In order to accurately and rapidly test various performance parameters of the hydraulic torque converter, a torque converter performance test system was developed based on the PC and VB development platform in this paper. It can improve computing speed and programming capability, decrease artificial involved times, realize the data analysis processing’s automation.

The key to the performance test system for hydraulic components is to realize real, fast and accurate signal acquisition and processing. By analysis the analog and digital signal processing during hydraulic components Performance testing, a new signal flow scheme is proposed. It described in detail the acquisition and processing method of serial signals and PLC signals, thus solving the lag and distortion during signal processing and realizing the real-time display of data and the automatic report of performance parameters during hydraulic components testing process.

Aimed at the need of data processing and analysis in the performance test of hydraulic torque converter, we put forward a way of test data analysis using neural-fuzzy system. It can reduce manual participation, improve the data processing ability, accelerate computing velocity and realize data handling automation. We can judge product’s performance by this method. The use in experiment data indicates that it can express the relation of original data nicely. The identifying accuracy of data is good. It can satisfy the request of test data analysis and the analytical conclusion is accurate too.

To assure the security and reliability of radio fuze, its performance must be test. A performance test system of radio fuze is developed, which is based on the theory of the pushing plate method according to the performance indexes written in the national military standard. The testing system which is composed of dipole antenna, frequency meter, multimeter and oscilloscope can test the main performance parameters of radio fuze. It is proved that the testing system can carry out the performance test of radio fuze steadily.

Before putting air conditioner into market, it must be checked strictly by inspection department. Balanced ambient room-type calorimeter chamber is used to measure the conditioner performance according to energy balance principle. At present, the principle of conservation of energy is a method with higher accuracy for air conditioner test. In this paper, we focus on introducing the measuring method of condensed water in the test system after explaining the principle of the air conditioning performance test balanced ambient room-type calorimeter chamber. it is used to balance the capacity measured in evaporator air conditioner by controlling the water inflow of the humidifier. In this way, can we achieve precise measuring the cooling capacity of the air conditioner.

Electrorheological fluid (ERF) is a new kind of smart materials, which has a great deal of market value and broad application prospects. To meet the needs of the ERFs performance testing, design and produce of the ERF's performance test system are based on the relationship of the apparent viscosity, shear stress and electric field strength. Select the NDJ-8S digital viscometer, high voltage DC power supply, liquid container, and other parts to constitute the ERFs performance test system after considering the relationship of the apparent viscosity, shear stress, shear rate and electric field strength. The system has potentials to control voltage, change velocity, change the distance between the parallel panels, and test the yield stress of the ERF, shear stress, viscosity and other parameters. The study introduces the hardware and software device, the related experiments, and obtains the relationship of the viscosity, rotational speed, voltage, and plate gap.

A set of data acquisition terminal for automotive sensor three voltage level signal performance testing is designed. It is connected together to form a complete set of automotive sensor performance test monitoring system using NI-6259 data acquisition card and PC data collection terminal. The system can display real-time maximum, minimum and average of high voltage level, middle and low, duty cycle, frequency, and flipping or not. The measured signal frequency range is 1Hz~2.5 KHz. The measured data and the specified range of data interface is contrasted, automatically determined whether it is reasonable, and classified saved.

Based on the study of a new method which can calculate the dynamic performance parameters with the dynamic pressure data of the valve in the high-speed on/off process, a test system for the dynamic performance testing of pneumatic solenoid valves is developed in this paper. The dynamic performance of a pneumatic solenoid valve that obtained by test is a key index data for selection and application. To study the dynamic process, a mathematic model of the dynamic pressure in the valve’s control cavity is built up. As analyzing the relationship between the movement of the valve spool and the dynamic pressure during its high-speed on/off process, the method proposed a new criterion that can pick out the key points of the spool’s movement by the data of dynamic pressure which can be obtained by test easily. Then, the dynamic performance parameters of the valve can be determined with those key points. The structure of the test system that formed on this method is presented. Comparing the test results obtained from the new test system build in this paper with the results obtained from the valve spool displacement laser detection system, it is showed that every characteristic parameter is matched well. The comparing error of total opening time delay and total closing time delay are less than 3%. It is verified that the new method can test the dynamic performance of pneumatic high-speed on/off valve accurately.

In order to test the electrical performance parameters of military power station accurately, according to the different test requirements of electrical performance, a test system of PC104 embedded industrial computer was designed, which is based on virtual instrument. The software system based on LabWindows/CVI is introduced, which contains achievements of tests’ method, control of signal sampling and load-shifting, management and output of test data. In the part of hardware design, signal sampling circuit and load-shifting circuit is introduced mostly. The actual test shows that the system can well satisfy the test requirement.
