In this paper, based on electric quenching production process in rail and beam factory of Baotou steel, using the finite element software DEFORM-3D, with 60kg/m U75V rail as the prototype, established a three-dimensional model of rail residual heat quenching to simulate and calculate evolution law of tissues and stress on rail head in quenching cooling process in quenching unit, and provides a theoretical basis for finding reasonable optimal cooling rate of rail head in the rail online residual heat quenching process.

New full hall scaffolds with pulley-clip style formwork support system is adopted in the concert hall of Changsha. This paper presents the concept of the complete equivalent initial imperfection according to the characteristics of too many influential factors on the high formwork supporting frame,then makes the complete equivalent initial imperfectione equivalent to assumed equivalent horizontal load in order to ensure the safety of the frame. At the same time, it gets a three-dimensional model by the general finite element software ANSYS 10.0. Based on the results of experiment and finite element analysis, it gets the recommended value of assumed equivalent horizontal load. The study on the high formwork supporting frame with pulley-clip style provides some reference for other similar projects.

The finite element software ANSYS is used to build the asphalt pavement three-dimensional model and to carry through transient analysis. The z-direction displacement time history curves of asphalt pavement under half wave sine load are obtained. The curves reveal that the dynamic load influence on pavement structure Z-direction displacement is complex; The z-direction displacement always reaches its peak value when the load reaches this point, and it decreases rapidly to zero after the load leaves; The Z-direction displacement influence of dynamic load increases with the increase of depth. These conclusions can provide a reference for asphalt pavement under half wave sinusoidal dynamic load.

Purpose Anchorage with concrete bearing pad is commonly used in Iran for stabilization of excavations because of the ease of construction, less costs and less time consumption than the soldier pile method. In this method, a wall facing which includes the concrete bearing pads at the location of the anchors and a shotcrete layer between the bearing pads is constructed parallel to the excavation operation similar to the nailing method. Design/methodology/approach In this paper, using the finite element software Abaqus, a three-dimensional model of the above-mentioned type of wall is constructed, and the effect of spacing and size of bearing pads on the wall behavior is discussed. Findings According to the obtained results, the size of the concrete bearing pads has little effect on wall deformations, but the internal forces and bending moments developed in the shotcrete layer between the bearing pads are greatly influenced by the bearing pads dimensions and spacing. Originality/value Owing to the discrete elements of the wall facing, the behavior of this system is completely three-dimensional.

The theoretical basis for the design of a digital educational environment is a three-dimensional model, a prerequisite for the development of which was the technological map of the studied subject (V.M. Monakhov). The main attention in the development of the model is focused on the logic of the interaction of the triad «teacher - student - technology». The structurally designed digital educational environment includes three main information blocks: the educational process of the studied subject; the level of mastering the educational content (the choice by the student of the level of training in the studied subject; universal educational actions, content consisting of educational situations.

A three dimensional model of connecting rod has been made and drawn meshes. The load and boundary conditions were determined and the stress was calculated with finite element software. Safety of connecting rod was discussed using the safe coefficient. The rod made of powder forging is better in mechanical and technological properties.

EHD micro-jet can deposit rule and functional patterns in a direct, continuous and controllable manner, and has the advantages of good compatibility, high resolution and simple structure, thus becoming a cost-effective and high-efficiency technology. Through numerical method, obtain the three dimensional model of cone-jet and emphasize the correlation of sediment diameter and PEO concentration. The theoretical graphics agree well with the experimental data, which can explain and provide some theoretical basis for the experiments.

Land wheel is an important part of vegetable transplanting machine, its strength directly affects the whole performance. In this paper, Three-dimensional model of land wheel was built by Solidworks and imported into ANSYS by interface module between Solidworks and ANSYS. The load was applied with rotation angular velocity in this study, the stress, strain and displacement of the land wheel of a vegetable transplanter in operation were obtained through static analysis on the land wheel with finite element method analysis of software ANSYS, the maximum deformation and stress occurred at the rim and the studs on wheel, the results of static stress analysis will provide theoretical basis for design of vegetable transplanter. 5 order post-processing was conducted on the wheel, natural frequency and mode shapes was obtained after calculating and analyzing, Considerations should be taken in keeping the frequency of the wheel different from that of ambient vibration, which provides references for avoiding resonance during test wheel's running.

Abstract During the production and drilling of open hole wells, due to the uncertainty and complexity of the rock,The naked hole section is prone to accidents such as collapse of the shaft wall and leakage. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes the plugging technology of solid expandable tubualr(SET) in open-hole wells. Based on experimental data,this paper established a dynamic three-dimensional model which considers friction and contact. The author puts forward the applicability criterion of open hole and studies the sensitivity parameters of expansion cone. The research results show that when SET specifications are determined, the borehole size of the open hole well has a great influence on the contact pressure, residual stress, driving force and other factors after the SET is formed, and to a certain extent affects the subsequent service. In addition, the structural parameters of the expansion cone also have a great influence on the plastic forming of SET. The results of this paper provide guidelines and theoretical basis for the use of SET technology in open hole wells.

In order to ensure the boring machine to work, star wheel loading mechanism must have good loading properties. The force of star wheel of EBZ160 loading mechanism is analyzed based on the creation of three-dimensional model of star wheel by using PRO/E software. Static analysis is done by importing the three-dimensional model of the star wheel in ansys. Checking the strength of the program star wheel. Based on the meet of the strength of the star wheel, topology optimization is done by using the OC method. The results obtained from topology optimization can be seen, basically meet the requirements of this program the amount of material is decreased by 20kg than before. The theoretical basis of improving star wheel design and improving performance is obtained.
