General aviation, is refers to the civil aviation activities that is used a civil aircraft engaged in outside of public air transport, including industry, agriculture, forestry, fisheries and homework flight of the construction industry and medical and health, disaster relief, meteorological observation, ocean monitoring, scientific experiment, education and training, culture and sports and other party and flight activities. Therefore, every airline is necessary to set up its own set of flight operation control system. This paper introduces the concept of flight operation control system, system structure and functions of each module, and is given flight operation control system application solutions; provide reference for improving the flight operation and management level in our country.

The PECASUS Consortium (European Consortium for Aviation Space weather User Services) provides targeted space weather services focusing on the dissemination of warning messages, called 'advisories', towards aviation actors. PECASUS services corresponds to extreme space weather events with impact on aviation GNSS systems, HF communication and radiation levels at flight altitudes. In November 2018 ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) designated three global space weather service centers. These centers acre operated by the European PECASUS consortium, by United States and by the consortium of Australia, Canada, France and Japan.

PECASUS was set-up as a consortium bringing together a number of European partners with proven space weather service capabilities. The PECASUS consortium is coordinated by FMI (Finland) who is also the ultimate responsible for communications towards the aviation sector. The Advisory Messages are produced by STCE (Belgium) on the basis of expert interpretation and data streams produced by DLR (Germany), INGV (Italy), Seibersdorf Laboratories (Austria), STCE (Belgium), SRC (Poland) and FU (Cyprus). In addition, the MetOffice (UK) will act as a resilience node in case of a major failure in the network, while the KNMI (The Netherlands) will take care of user liaison and monitor the PECASUS performance.

The PECASUS Consortium was audited in February 2018 by space weather and operational management experts, nominated by the World Meteorological Organisation (WMO). The audit addressed a broad spectrum of criteria under Institutional, Operational, Technical and Communication/ Dissemination categories. PECASUS was declared fully compliant in all ICAO/WMO criteria with no areas for improvement identified.

Our presentation we will describe the coordinated actions of three ICAO Space Weather Centers, PECASUS network and its operations, and the vision of the PECASUS team to move forward. User interactions such as education and training, user feedback at ESWW, product and performance verification are part of PECASUS operations.

Aiming at the construction of the decision-making system for sports-assisted teaching and training, this article first gives a deep convolutional neural network model for sports-assisted teaching and training decision-making. Subsequently, In order to meet the needs of athletes to assist in physical exercise, a squat training robot is built using a self-developed modular flexible cable drive unit, and its control system is designed to assist athletes in squatting training in sports. First, the human squat training mechanism is analyzed, and the overall structure of the robot is determined; second, the robot force servo control strategy is designed, including the flexible cable traction force planning link, the lateral force compensation link and the establishment of a single flexible cable passive force controller; In order to verify the effect of robot training, a single flexible cable force control experiment and a man-machine squat training experiment were carried out. In the single flexible cable force control experiment, the suppression effect of excess force reached more than 50%. In the squat experiment under 200 N, the standard deviation of the system loading force is 7.52 N, and the dynamic accuracy is above 90.2%. Experimental results show that the robot has a reasonable configuration, small footprint, stable control system, high loading accuracy, and can assist in squat training in physical education.

An electrochemical sensor system to allow real-time measurement and feedback of catecholamine concentrations was developed for use in the control of artificial hearts. Electrochemical analyses were carried out using a carbon fiber working electrode, an Ag-AgCI reference electrode, and a potentiostat. The operating parameters of the pneumatically-driven artificial heart system were altered in accordance with the algorithm for changes in the catecholamine concentration. The minimum detectable concentrations of both adrenaline and noradrenaline in a mock circulatory system using a phosphate-buffered solution were approximately 1-2 ng/ml (10-8 mol/L). An artificial heart control system utilizing this set-up performed satisfactorily without delay, although sensor sensitivity decreased when placed in goat plasma instead of a phosphate-buffered solution, due to the adsorption of various substances such as plasma proteins onto the electrodes. This study demonstrated the future feasibility of a feedback control system for artificial hearts using catecholamine concentrations.

In order to improve the automatic level of teaching management in experiment and training base, a teaching management system is designed and implemented. The teaching process such as checking on work attendance, logging on school reports and equipments’ management can be carried automatically. The efficiency and the management level can be increased, and the resource sharing can be realized. to meet this demand. The use of numerical control experiment and training management system will improve the level of teaching and management of our training base.

The test rig for hydro-pneumatic converter used in straddle type monorail vehicles was researched, and its electro-pneumatic proportional control system was set up and simulated based on AMESim/Simulink. Compared fuzzy-PID (Proportion Integral Derivative) controller with PID controller through fuzzy logic tool box in Simulink, the results indicate that, this electro-pneumatic proportional control system can meet design requirements better, and fuzzy-PID controller has higher accuracy and stability than PID controller.
