In the whole process of developing the management information system, people give priority to application of new technology and instrument such as the newly developed instrument Visual Studio from Microsoft. Connected with SQL Server 2000 data base, VB.NET, ASP.NET and ADO.NET technology are able to make the structure of softwares more reasonable, convenient and pragmatic, largely increasing the overall property of the software system. According to the steps of engineering design, this passage is to illustrate the entire system in an all-around way in terms of demand analysis, integrated design, data base design, safety design as well as report design. This passage is to illustrate a design process of a management information system based on C/S and B/S multilayer structure.

Analyzing the existing problems of traditional management model of mine-map and the development significance of mine-map management information system on the basis of B/S model, combining with the actual situation of mining enterprises, this paper designs mine-map management information system on the basis of B/S model using ASP technology, backend database system using Microsoft SQL Server 2000 simplified enterprise edition. The system mainly consists of four main modules such as interface module, system setting module, task assigned module, maps consulting modules, the task of each module is definitude, the function is independent. Field application shows that the system realizes line production of mine-map management, such as submission, examination and approval, storage and consulting etc, enhances the efficiency of examination and approval and management for mine-map.

Employment management information system based on new technology provides good support for college employment management. On the basis of analysis of C / S or B / S architectures, the design of employment management information system with WebService is proposed. Analyze needs from the two aspects of system performance and functions. Build three-tier structure including data layer, business logic layer and presentation layer. Optimize system safety performance and data transfer performance by means of double-encrypted methods and compressing data with serialization. Optimized design of employment management information system can effectively improve the efficiency of university employment management work and provide a reference for the design of other management information systems.

The dormitory management information system is designed based on the basic principle of MIS and database implementation techniques. The design mainly uses the C/S model, and the development tools are Delphi and the Microsoft Access. The author have questioned the importance of the development of Education Management Information System (EMIS) in the universities and the academies in the context of technological revolution 4.0. Through deep analysis of the real situation developed EMIS at universities and academies in the current period, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of development management EMIS then propose 5 management solutions accordance with practical conditions of each the university and the academy in the context of the technology revolution 4.0: Solution 1: Raise awareness of the importance of EMIS to the entire management staff, staff member of the universities and the academies; Solution 2: Plan developed EMIS consistent with the management of the university and the academy and adapt to the trend of modernization of ICTs; Solution 3: Capacity building dedicated team of university and academy EMIS; Solution 4: Modernize the technical means and scientific applications of new technology into the organization of the university and the academy EMIS; Solution 5: Diversification of information products, improve operational quality of the university and the academy EMIS and gradually integrate with the national and international EMIS.

It’s necessary for surveying and mapping departments to manage aerial surveying digital data. How to manage increasing data automatically has become an urgent problem to be settled.The framework designing of the aerial digital data management information system is deeply dissertated and discussed in this paper. Then the system based on two-tier C/S structured model, using the Borland's Delphi development tool, Microsoft’s SQL Server 2000 ultra-large databases and SuperMap Objects graphical components is established, using parts of present data collecting from the aerial photographic surveying department.Compared with traditional systems, this aerial digital data management system has a good nature.It realize the automation management and operation easily.

Education Management Information System (EMIS) is intended to provide real data to support the decision maker. The study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of EMIS in making decision in ‘Mapenda’ of the Ministry of Religious of ‘Gunungkidul’district. The results showed that EMIS that is as the basis of educational data base for making policy has not been able to use it well. Data of EMIS is only used as an initial data and it is done to cross-check through direct meetings or through telephone communication that requires a lot of time.The obstruction is the process of EMIS data collection that is done only at a certain time, so the data is not updated, the issues of EMIS application, the ability to manage EMIS, and the participation of headmaster with the data collection. Education Management Information System (EMIS) dimaksudkan untuk memberikan data yang riil sebagai pendukung pengambil kebijakan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi EMIS dalam pengambilan kebijakan di lingkungan Mapenda Kementerian Agama kabupaten Gunungkidul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa EMIS sebagai basis pangkalan data pendidikan untuk pengambilan kebijakan belum mampu digunakan secara maksimal. Data EMIS hanya digunakan sebatas sebagai data awal dan dilakukan kroscek melalui pertemuan langsung maupun melalui komunikasi telepon sehinggamemerlukan banyak waktu. Hambatan tersebut adalah proses pendataan EMISdilakukan hanya pada waktu tertentu sehingga data tidak update, permasalahan aplikasi EMIS, kemampuan pengelola EMIS, dan partisipasi kepala madrasah dalam pendataan.

Abstract: Education Management Information System (EMIS) is an education management information system to support planning and policy making in Islamic-based education programs. EMIS is a program that also provides real data to support policy makers. Technology and information as data collection bases have a very important role in supporting the achievement of educational goals. With the existence of EMIS, it is hoped that the incoming data can be more accurate and continuously updated so that it can be used as a basis for decision making. This study aims to determine the optimization of EMIS in the process of data base for diniyah education and Islamic boarding schools in the Ministry of Religion, Bangkalan Regency. As EMIS is an education database, it is hoped that the incoming data will be more accurate and updated to make it easier to find information. However, the Diniyah education and Islamic boarding schools in the Ministry of Religion, Bangkalan Emis Regency have not been able to be used optimally. One of these factors is that there are still many human resources who do not fully understand how to operate an EMIS, so that there are still many institutions that have not filled in the existing data on EMIS. The method used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative method, while the data collection technique uses interviews, observation and documentation.
