As the development of the advanced information technology, the modern technologies including the information and computer technologies are bring into the campuses. The modern information technology, such as the multimedia technology, the computer science as well as the network technology are taken as the available tools to present vivid samples to the students for education and entertainment, helping the college students to clearly and deeply understand the information, knowledge and enriching their life. Specialized to the ideology of the college students, this paper presented the influence of the modern information technology to the ideology of college students. The benefit and weakness of the introducing the modern information technology into the campuses is analyzed. Moreover, we proposed a series of method for properly utilizing the modern information technology, forming a novel pattern of the utilization of the modern information technology.

The rapid development of modern information technology facilitates the reform and innovation of college teaching. A series of technologies, including webpage addition technology, can meet the requirement of aerobics and other shape-related teaching for animation display. Thus, webpage addition technology is a new viewpoint in the education modernization process. The combination of webpage addition technology and Aerobics courses will provide help for Aerobics teaching. Starting from teaching features and the website learning status of Aerobics courses, this paper carried out an application design for webpage addition design. Then, an Aerobics course served as an experimental course. The control experiment method was applied to explore the application practice of webpage addition technology in the control experiment. Furthermore, this paper conducted contrastive analysis on the teaching effect difference with and without webpage addition technology, and drew some conclusions, in the hope of offering reference for combining webpage addition technology with Aerobics courses.

This paper first conducts a comparative study of the management system of private colleges and universities at home and abroad, then analyzes the reference significance of the management system of foreign private colleges and universities for the development of private colleges and universities in China, and finally puts forward corresponding strategies for the construction of a management system for private colleges and universities, so as to effectively promote the rapid development of private colleges and universities in China. At the same time, a smooth-running of private higher education is directly related to national development and the future of the nation. Private colleges and universities shoulder the sacred mission of educating people for the party and the country. With the popularization of multi-media and network technology, some Chinese schools are applying the high technology to the class. The author believes that the model of teaching and learning focus on the establishment of multi-media class environment and the after-school autonomous learning system. The utilization reflects the development process of the combination of modern information technology and English teaching. The modern teaching technology, which includes multi-media, network system and various teaching aids, enriched the choice of teaching resources and provided plenty of materials for teaching so as to supply more opportunities for students. The applications of information transition to class, such as multi-media and network technology are increasingly concerned and favored by teachers and students and have becoming one of the best devices for modern education. The author of this paper divide the application of multi-media and network technology to English teaching into two parts according to the experience of teaching practice and the utilization of language lab: the language class environment based on the use of multi-media and the after-school autonomous learning system based on network technology.

With the increasing development of modern social information degree, the multimedia technology and network technology have rapid development, and the society puts forward new requirements for the education industry. Accordingly, this paper uses virtual design of Flash3D animation to development and design demonstration system of track and field action. The system uses the built-in method to extract the feature of track and field action, and uses the wavelet reconstruction algorithm to reconstruct the action, so as to achieve the function of action learning. We use Adobe Flash CS65 of the system to extract 5 groups of 1025 movements and reconstruct 10 groups of 2256 movements. Comparing the reconstructed image with the actual image frames, we found the new images reconstructed by the demonstration system are consisting with the real images frame. It provides a new computer method for teaching track and field action.
