The virtual network communication system and its construction method is researched, the service quality of the virtual network communication is improved. In view of the virtual network communication problems, the construction method of virtual network communication system is proposed based on UDP protocol. The communication system, it needs to build the UDP protocol. The protocol is taken as the virtual network communication platform, and the data transmission of virtual network communication is completed. Simulation results show that the improved algorithm is applied in the virtual network communication, the virtual network communication system is constructed, and the error rate can be effectively reduced, the efficiency of communication is improved, and it can meet the actual needs of users.

Customer satisfaction is influenced by service quality factors, this study aims to find out and analyze how much influence the quality of service on customer satisfaction is felt by customers who use the service of Poor Rice (Raskin) at the Office of Public Companies Logistics Agency (Perum BULOG) in Sampit City Regency East Kotawaringin. The research method used in this study is the method of observation, questionnaire/questionnaire and documentation using a Likert scale and the method of determining the sample used is the error rate of 5% as many as 213 samples. Testing the hypothesis used is a statistical test with the formula "Product moment person". The results showed that there was a very strong correlation between Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction of the Office of Public Company of the Logistics Affairs Agency (Perum BULOG) in the District of East Kotawaringin. As much as 0.9968514278 based on the calculation of Pearson Product Moment value.

En el ámbito de la Atención Temprana, existe la discusión en cuanto al nivel y la calidad de la coordinación existente entre los principales implicados en los procesos de intervención. Es por ello, que el principal objetivo de este artículo es analizar el nivel y la calidad de coordinación entre los centros de Atención Temprana, los centros de Educación Infantil y las familias que tienen un niño con problemas de comunicación para cuya mejora puede ser conveniente implementar un sistema aumentativo de comunicación. Para poder llevar a cabo este artículo de investigación, se ha elaborado un estudio de enfoque mixto exploratorio secuencial, con el propósito de obtener una complementariedad paradigmática y metodológica. Se ha realizado una búsqueda empírica sobre la bibliografía que trata esta problemática, y después se ha elaborado el planteamiento de tres métodos de investigación de enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo. Se ha elaborado una aproximación de los resultados que podrían haberse obtenido de haber llevado a cabo la práctica de investigación, y se han obtenido unas conclusiones al respecto. La situación de Covid19 que estamos atravesando ha impedido la puesta en práctica de esta investigación, llevándonos a plantear posibles escenarios que podrían haberse dado de haber sido posible la realización de este artículo. Sin embargo, hemos podido concluir que existe una coordinación entre estos agentes implicados, pero es demasiado escasa y no se da con la frecuencia que debería, y, por lo tanto, sería conveniente tener en cuenta esta insuficiente coordinación para posibles futuras intervenciones.   In the field of Early Intervention, there is a controversy regarding the level and quality of the coordination between the main members involved in the intervention processes. For this reason, the main objective of this work is to analyze the level and quality of coordination between Early Intervention centers, Early Childhood Education centers, and families who have a child with communication problems, for whose improvement it may be convenient to implement an augmentative communication system. In order to carry out this research work, a sequential exploratory mixed approach study has been developed, with the purpose of obtaining a paradigmatic and methodological complementarity. We have done an empirical research on the bibliography that deals with this problem, and then, the approach of three research methods with a qualitative and quantitative approach has been elaborated. We have done an approximation of the results that could have been obtained from having carried out the research practice, and some conclusions have been obtained in this regard. The Covid19 situation that we are going through has made it impossible to put this investigation into practice, leading us to propose possible scenarios that could have occurred had it been possible to carry out this work. However, we have concluded that there is coordination between these agents involved, but it is too scarce and does not occur as often as it should, and, therefore, it would be convenient to take into account this insufficient coordination for possible future interventions.

With the development of satellite laser communication, modulation scheme has been the key technique for the modulation subsystem. The performance in terms of bite-error rate of OOK, 2DPSK, QDPSK used in the downlink of the ground-to-satellite laser communication systems are compared with the consideration of the combined effects of both intensity scintillation and detector noise. Simulation results are given and the advantages and disadvantages of the three modulation schemes are also studied. The design of the downlink of ground-to-satellite laser communication system can benefit from this work.

The routing technique under the constraints of the quality of transmision (QoT) in mobile ad hoc networks (MANET) has been studied widely recently. For this routing technique, QoT of the data transmission routes is improved. However, for the network models with mesh topologies such as MANET, The routing technique under the constraints of QoT can increase the bottlenecks due to the unbalanced traffic load. In this paper, we improve the DSR protocol by using the source-based load balancing in combined with the QoT constraint. Background: Every year, the number of T-Cash users is increasing significantly. However, the increase is not in sync with the number of T-Cash transactions. In this year, it was noted that active T-Cash users were only 35%. Some clinical studies have established an assessment of the quality of services, there are several dimensions assessed according to the topic of research. The dimensions of service quality used in this study are dimensions of efficiency, reliability, responsiveness, privacy, and security.Objective: This study aims to build general models and simulations in increasing customer satisfaction with the quality of T-Cash services and produce the best scenarios that can be used by policymakers in increasing customer satisfaction.Methods: System dynamics framework is utilized for the development of the model and scenarios. Because by using a system dynamics framework can predict service quality sometime in the future so that it can produce policies for the company.Results: The simulation results are considered valid because they produce E1 values of 3% (E1 valid when E1 ≤ 5%) and E2 of 7% (E2 valid when E2 ≤ 30%). E1 is mean comparison and E2 is error variance. Based on these 2 scenarios, a policy can be taken that scenario 1 significantly increases customer satisfaction compared to scenario 2.Conclusion: Based on the simulation that has been done, it can be concluded that the dimensions of responsiveness, privacy, reliability, security, and efficiency have an effect on improving service quality. On the scenario 1, it can be concluded that with the addition of the user friendliness dimension, the service quality will experience a significant increase over the next 5 years.

The fundamental theories of OFDM and WPM have many similarities in their functions and performance but there are some significant differences which give two systems to be distinctive. OFDM signals only overlap in the frequency domain while the wavelet signals overlap in both time and frequency domain. In the paper, WPM instead of conventional OFDM is used in WIMAX system. The simulation results show the WPM on WIMAX has lower bit error rate compare to conventional OFDM WIMAX.

Presence of noise significantly degrades the contents being transmitted over GSM channel. With the evolution of next generation of communication system, the challenges in noise cancellation in voice along with data transmission are not being addressed effectively by existing filters. Therefore, the proposed system offers a mechanism where emphasis is laid on identification of superior and inferior forms of GSM transient signal followed by cancellation of its noise level. Designed using analytical methodology, the proposed system harness the potential of probability theory to perform a modeling that associates allocated power of the transmitting device with the level of noise. The outcome of the study is found to offer a comprehensive identification of different forms of noise and can precisely determine the level of superior and inferior quality of signal. The outcome significantly assists in designing an accurate filter for noise cancellation in GSM signal.

The rapid development of a new generation of information technology and its widespread application in colleges and universities have promoted profound changes in campus informatization. On the one hand, wireless campus networks as the main infrastructure of digital campuses are gradually popularized in domestic colleges and universities, expanding the campus information network coverage. This article is aimed at studying the addition of intelligent algorithms to wireless network communications to optimize and build autonomous mobile learning for cloud education. In order for children to communicate with teachers face to face, no matter where they are, this article proposes how to reduce the energy loss in wireless communication and find the best intelligent algorithm to realize the cloud education mobile learning platform. Experimental results show that the transmission delay of the wireless communication system of this method is significantly shorter than that of the other two methods, close to 5%, which speeds up the data transmission speed of the wireless communication system. It can be implemented under time-sensitive conditions and has high practical application value. The wireless network communication system of this method has a low packet loss rate and less wireless network data transmission errors, which is nearly 10% lower than the other two methods, thereby improving the data transmission power of the wireless communication network.
