During the development process continuously reviewed and improved, until forms the user satisfied feasible system.

We always regard aircraft power supply system as the "blood system" of aircraft. It plays a very important role in aircraft work. In view of its fault diagnosis present situation and in order to improve fault diagnosis efficiency, we put forward to use expert system development tool CLIPS to build up fault diagnosis expert system. In this paper, we choose the power-supply system of Cirrus SR20 as diagnosis object, and choose CLIPS as development tool to build up knowledge base and inference engine. By using Eclips development platform to write interface programs and using CLIPS JNI to call CLIPS programs we successfully complete the expert system total performance including knowledge base, inference engine and interface.

The paper describes automation means of the quality management system’s functions for the purpose of optimization an autoservice enterprises (AE) activity. Activity of an enterprise can be explored at regional level, within the scope of an independent enterprise or structural unit and at the level of the certain select technological process. There is a relation between the levels. An important task is a modeling of enterprises activity at all levels. This research is performed at the enterprise PJSC “CHERKASSY-AUTO” in Cherkasy (Ukraine). This enterprise is included in “UkrAUTO” corporation. One of directions of an enterprise activity optimization is restructuring. For information support of the restructuring, a database model of the visual area in the UML notation has been created. The database consists of fourteen tables. The complex indicators of quality of services rendered at the enterprise are calculated. The location of the enterprise, quality estimation of completed services and their nomenclature were taken into account. The algorithms of selection optimal organization form of an enterprise are built for the subsystem of management quality system. The algorithms are implemented in visual development environment Delphi 7.0., supporting the concept of object-oriented programming. Technology of using a developed software package is described step by step. Saving of the results of the survey of AE customers is additionally provided. The modules of Delphi project contain the subprograms, in which are used the method AHP of Saaty and graph theory methods. The results of subsystem approbation indicate the efficiency of developed algorithms. The developed software complex gives an opportunity to get the forecast of the most frequently performed services, it can function both separately at the car service enterprises, and within the Intelligent Quality Management System (MIS) of AE.

This paper study on aquaculture management system of main achievement of the poultry animal breeding site data collection and background data management. The actual development environment consists of software and hardware resources to build the configuration of the two part of the work. PC hardware machine, ARM-based embedded development board set and RFID reader chip and its peripheral circuit module, PC machine with Windows XP operating system. Development board running Linux system, including transplant Boot Loader, Linux kernel cutting, making the root file system migration and application development. System realizes the intelligent management of the poultry house.

Mail archiving process in SMK 5 Negeri Padang still recorded manually. Therefore, we need an information system management of archives at SMK Negeri 5 Padang to assist in performing document archiving and can handle the process of legalization requests quickly archive. This information system aims to improve the efficiency, accuracy and security of archived documents. Hopefully, by the information system management of archives can alter the performance in SMK Negeri 5 Padang, especially in the archives in order to facilitate the archiving mail. In addition, by using the information in records management system will obtain the benefits of speed and convenience. The purpose of the speed here is through the use of this information system, the process of search, discovery, distribution and archive legalization done in quickly. Information system management of archives at SMK Negeri 5 Padang is designed to involve a web-based programming language HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and an object-oriented PHP, CodeIgniter, and MySQL as database. The system also uses an alias on addressing by applied to the address .htaccess file is actually as one of the security system. Users registered in this system have a private account to be entered into the system ID number and password with MD5 encryption. The results obtained from implementation information system management of archives in SMK 5 Negeri Padang is easier to manage the recording and archiving of mail that were once manual is now digital, and is helpful to demand legalized archives.Keywords : Information System, Archives, School, Web, CodeIgniter.

Waqf is one of the important economic instruments in Islam. Waqf is known as an endowment consist of donating a building, a sum of money or plot of land for charitable purposes. Various relevant aspects with  the field of waqf have been studied and debated by scholars in the area of socio-political studies, economic, accounting as well as waqf information management system development. Current research findings have shown few glaring issues in terms of the difficulty to distribute waqf benefits caused by incomplete file information, transparency of waqf documentation, lack of detailed information about waqf assets and the requirements to provide timely and sufficient information to the related stakeholders. Thus, this study explores conceptual model of integrated success factors of Waqf information management system from few literature analysis. The conceptual success model that consists of activities, relationships, relative advantage, compatability, triability, image, visibility, result demonstrability, voluntariness, complexity and trust have been used to demonstrate the Islamic and technology concepts of waqf information system.  Thorough review from several research works will help to understand the gaps in the information system management related to the state waqf agencies in Malaysia. The findings of the above issues prove on the need to identify the success factors of waqf information system management thus, helps to ensure the success development of the system.  The findings should be of great interest to both researchers and practitioners.

In the energy crisis environment, V2G and G2V energy exchange is an important issue for attention. We studied the V2G and G2V energy exchange process and electric energy transaction mode. The design of an energy transaction management system for V2G and G2V is given, and the management system is developed. This system is an information system for V2G and G2V two-way mode trading platform, which include two parts: the first is the system management and basic information management module, the second is V2G and G2V transaction module. Based on transactions between electric vehicles and the grid, the system realizes the plan and arrangement for the electric automobile to charge and discharge orderly.

Based on the analysis of student apartment management system requirements, through the whole process of introduction of demand analysis, database design, overall design, detailed design, from the basic concept of ASP technology and SQL Server, under DreamWeaver development environment, this paper designed modules such as system architecture, development platform and database design strategy, built a student apartment management system based on ASP, which fundamentally changed the existing operation mode and service mode, realized the intelligent management of students apartment, and promoted the standardization and high efficiency of management.

This paper describes the implementation of PrkAda, a system for delivering, in Ada, Artificial Intelligence and object-oriented applications developed using the ProKappa system. (ProKappa is a modern, multi-paradigm knowledge-based–system development tool. It includes facilities for dynamic object management, rule-based processing, daemons, and graphical developer and end-user interfaces. ProKappa is a successor system to KEE.) Creating PrkAda required creating a run-time, Ada-language, object-system "core," and developing a compiler to Ada from ProTalk (ProKappa's high-level, backtracking-based language). We describe PrkAda ProTalk compiler in a companion paper [5]. This paper concentrates on the issues involved in implementing an AI application delivery core, particularly with respect to Ada, including • Automatic storage management (garbage collection) without either the cooperation of the compiler or access to the run-time stack, • Dynamic (weak) typing in a strongly-typed language, • Dynamic objects (objects that can change their slots and parentage as the program is executing) • Dynamic function binding in a language designed to preclude "self-modifying programs," and • Implementation trade-offs in object-oriented knowledge-based systems development environments
