In this paper, SolidWorks2012 was redeveloped by visual programming tool Visual Basic6.0 to realize the three-dimensional parametric design of wellhead gate valve and the transformation of corresponding engineering drawings on the engineering diagram template. Then the finite element analysis was progressed directly by using the SolidWorks module of the finite element analysis. This can shorten design time of gate valve and improve work efficiency.

For the need of multi-channel simultaneous sampling in the modeling and identification of power system, a portable data acquisition system is introduced. It can sample multi-channel data simultaneously, and also have a mass data storage. The system is composed of data acquisition card and PC processing software. The C8051F410 MCU is the core of the data acquisition unit card. It not only provides multi-channel synchronous sampling, large storage capacity, easy to carry and low cost, but also can run offline, and bidirectional interaction with PC software. The data processing software is programmed by Visual Basic6.0. Its main function is sending sample orders and the sample data processing. It can store and process the sample data, also it can set the sampling parameters of the card. Through actual verification, the system is easy to use and meets the precision of requirement.

On the basis of the existing potted-seedling transplanting mechanism, a new type of transplanter,a automatic rotary potted seedling transplanter of "Cycloid gear train" was proposed .The trajectory and posture were analyzed while the corn potted seedling was transplanted, the principle and characteristics of the transplanter were demonstrated, the kinematics model was established, and the equation of (anglar) displacement, (anglar ) velocity, and (anglar) acceleration were deduced. Based on above research results, the transplanters computer aided software was developed with Visual Basic6.0, then the structural parameters were calculated which could meet the work requirement . Before the prototype is designed, the feasibility of the structure can be proved through the test of the software, and then the final data would be got: α1=334°, α2=0°, α3=66°, α4=-40°,α5=90°,α6=110°,l1=106mm,l2=187mm.Two-dimensional and three-dimensional drawings were drawn according to above data; the designed model was simulated by ADAMS, the trajectory and posture that meet the work requirements were verified, too.

In this paper,The software design of oleifera camellia seed hyperspectral detection system is completed based on visual Basic6.0, which firstly reads hyperspectral file ( the TXT file after ViewspecPro professional software ), and selects the effective hyperspectral data. Then it needs to make the pretreatment and extraction of sensitive bands for hyperspectral data, and finish the content detection of oleifera camellia seed fatty acid oleic acid, linoleic acid, and palmitic with sensitive bands hyperspectral data and the Hyperspectral model. Finally, it needs to store the results are analyzed. It realizes the method that simple, real-time and fast detection on the content of fat acid composition of oleifera camellia seed.

Aiming at the problems of data messy, data unshared and thus the process control unsmooth and management efficiency in the work of crane, a wireless data acquisition system was designed based on the industrial wireless transmission equipment Nissei ND250 digital radio. To design the weighing data management software using Visual Basic6.0 combined with database, and to connect the digital radio by using MSComm, this system can realize the seamless connection of each substation and control center. In addition, to collect the various parameters into compute, it can complete the data analysis and storage. Nowadays, there is no example of the application in crane using digital radio. This method is very important to develop the technology in other areas.

By analyzing the current serial communication design used in a popular monitor system composed of PC, GOT and PLC, introduced a new design and implementation plan of serial communication based on Vb and MX software pagekage. This system could solve the problem of managing complex communication protocol in current application, and achieved the efficient, stable and reliable communication under simple attachment. The system could not only have not to consider complex communication protocol but also need not to set up the D8120 PLC, and MX Component with other application such as GX Developer could use com port at the same time, so debug conveniently and programming high efficiency. In the actual application, No matter the accuracy and stability of communication were to achieve achieve industrial control system requirements.

Special software for tire vulcanization simulation was developed using ABAQUS software as the core solver and Visual Basic6.0 as the develop language. The software was based on principles of easy operation, professional and intelligent analysis. In this way, automation and professionalization of the analysis process were performed. The special software mainly consists of three functions: Firstly, model grid was automatically recognized, and corresponding configuration files were automatically built, which were required in the analysis preprocess. Secondly, ABAQUS solver was invoked to solve the model. Finally, results such as state-of-cure, temperature and other curing performances were automatically extracted and saved as excel or word format. Besides, the curing profiles could be proposed. The results showed that this software is easy to use and work efficiently.

This article discusses the basic principle of how to use Visual Basic6.0 programming language called Surfer8.0 for embedded programming, describe the key technical, give an example of 32 automatic stations of soil moisture map of Fujian Province in China, through VB to call the drawing function of Surfer, full play the grid capacity and drawing functions of Surfer, performance visual graphics data. Display and output the city (county) and site map which can judge and measure the arid locations, will be of great help and guidance, provide scientific basis for the leadership decision-making.

The VSR supervisory control software is developed by Visual Basic6.0 programming, and the process having explained each systematic functions module realization detailedly. First, the device principle of vibration stress relief system, the fundamental procedure and the fundamental parameter index of system designs have been introduced. And then, the supervisory control vibration stress relief device was developed, which has the intellectualized function. Monitor supporting device software are able to control the electric motor accurately, and real time acquisition value and frequency are carried out to the result analysis. Exploitation software can draw the penetrating vibration artwork clearly, which have improved the efficiency of vibration stress relief on a great degree.
