The current college English online teaching mode is mainly based on the traditional online MOOC teaching, which has some problems such as poor interaction. Under the mixed background, this paper studies the online college English teaching model based on the Gaussian mutation genetic algorithm and neural network algorithm. Firstly, it briefly introduces the general situation of network English teaching and the hybrid application of the Gaussian mutation genetic algorithm. Through the investigation and test analysis of students before and after class, the experiment evaluates students’ network teaching quality in many aspects. On this basis, a better teaching quality evaluation model is proposed. Finally, the practical application shows that the model in this paper is very feasible. In the end, students have higher enthusiasm and seriousness in the hybrid context of college English online teaching based on the dual algorithm. English teaching quality can make use of each student’s test scores in English classroom. This paper realizes the overall teaching through real-time dynamic tracking. Quantitative indicators are used to sort the influence degree of English classroom teaching indicators, which can effectively evaluate the quality of English classroom teaching.

Compared with the traditional teaching quality evaluation method, Fuzzy Comprehensive Judgment Model. Business English classroom teaching evaluation is an important part of English teaching quality management in institutions of higher learning, and it is of vital significance for us to improve the quality of foreign language teaching. Compared with the traditional teaching quality evaluation method, fuzzy comprehensive judgment Model, based on expert knowledge and subjective experience, can use mathematical methods with rigorous logic to remove subjective elements as much as possible, and to reasonably determine the evaluation index weight; it may take advantage of scientific quantitative methods to characterize the qualitative issues in classroom teaching qualitative evaluation, so that the qualitative and quantitative analysis can get a better integration, which helps to overcome the subjective arbitrariness in English teaching quality evaluation, thus improving the reliability, accuracy and impartiality of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.

On the basis of improving teaching quality and enriching education mind, the rural workshop of Liangbin Yi in Hangzhou returns to the essence of teaching, truly promoting students’ development. In order to improve the existing problems in the teaching process of IT English courses and improve the quality of IT English, this paper conducts a research on the flipped classroom teaching mode of IT English based on SPOC. The present situation of IT English teaching is analyzed, and the problems existing in the teaching process are also analyzed. On the basis of the above thought, with the support of SPOC platform build IT turn English classroom teaching mode, namely, by setting the course target, learning for class in advance, choose high-quality class, learning information collection, upload the related resources, and do a good job in teaching design complete teacher preparation, and design the specific teaching unit of teaching process, teaching quality evaluation model was constructed. In this way, the teaching quality evaluation results of IT English flipped classroom are obtained, in order to further improve the teaching quality. The experimental results show that the flipped English teaching mode based on SPOC can effectively improve students’ performance and increase students’ average daily learning time and course satisfaction, and the practical application effect is good.

Questioning in English classroom plays a very important role in improving teaching quality. It is one of the most commonly used teaching methods in English classroom in junior middle school. It cannot only stimulate students to report clear answers, but also activate students’ imagination and encourage their thinking. Therefore, how to question in the classroom teaching is of great practical significance. However, there are lots of problems: most of questions are ineffective; the ways of questioning are simple; the wait-time is too short and the questions are not prepared well; the feedback to the students is too general and the evaluation is not profound and teachers control the whole class and students have no right to ask questions. So teachers should focus on the effectiveness and skills of questioning to achieve teaching objectives and make questioning become an art. This article describes how to question from three aspects of ways of questioning, content of questioning and skills of questioning.

Under the background of international communication, college students’ English listening and speaking ability has been put forward higher requirements. Improving college students’ awareness of pronunciation and intonation is an effective way to solve this problem. The typical problems of college students in pronunciation and intonation are poor pronunciation, inaccurate intonation and inadequate pronunciation and intonation. The formation of these problems is multifaceted, including the lack of students’ awareness of pronunciation and intonation, the lack of teachers’ awareness of pronunciation and intonation, etc. In terms of strategies to improve students’ awareness of pronunciation and intonation, we can adopt the following ways: First, train a group of teachers with awareness of pronunciation and intonation. Secondly, we should infiltrate the training of pronunciation and intonation in classroom teaching. Thirdly, we should combine the teaching of pronunciation and intonation with the traditional English teaching methods. It is believed that through the implementation of these strategies, students can quickly improve their awareness of English pronunciation and intonation, and then help them master English faster and better.
