In the actual course of commercial operations, governance mode is mainly divided into two categories: alliance mode, leading by real estate developer, and integrated mode, leading by commercial operators. The transaction efficiency and cost vary corresponding to the different mode. In this paper, based on the traditional market, hybrid and hierarchical mode framework in transaction cost theory, inframarginal theory and the actual Chinese commercial management, the author discusses the existing conditions of market, hybrid and hierarchical mode, verifies that the complete market mode in the actual operation process does not exist, at the same time, deeply analyses boundary conditions for the existence and basis for decision making of the alliance mode and integration mode.

This paper started with an introduction of the problems emerged in the actual operation process of dispatching management in coal mining enterprises and gave a solution to these problems through the construction of dispatching management system with information technology. Then, business processes of the dispatching management system were described in detail, and the functions of each module of the dispatching management system were displayed. The dispatching management system will greatly promote the dispatching management level, and has a significance of guidance to the construction of dispatching management system on coal mining enterprises.

The new energy electric bus has already been used for many years; however, it is also not strange that there are problems in the actual operation process. Base on the running status of new energy vehicles during the early stage, this article provides some opinions on problems of using electrically driven compressor, which is mainly stated oil carryover and vibration noise of several kinds of electrically driven compressor and enumerated the partial performance of the compressors. After all, the behavior of compressor will not only directly affect the braking safety performance, but also had a greater influence on the Sequential maintenance costs.

Accurate and rapid output calculation of hydropower station (HS) is an important research item in reservoir dispatching neighborhood. There have existed many methods to calculate output in generation scheduling models with different time scale. But for the large HS with multiple units, it is still difficult to calculate output quickly and accurately in short-term generation dispatching. Therefore, in this paper, an improved method of water consumption rate (IWCR) considering aftereffects is proposed. The Three Gorges Hydropower Station (TGHS) in China is selected as the case study, and the prediction water consumption rate (WCR) results are obtained with IWCR and classical water consumption rate method (CWCR). The results show that 1) The mean absolute deviation (MAD) on the left and right bank of TGHS is significantly superior to the MAD calculated by CWCR, and reduce 0.578 m3/(s.wkw) and 0.569 m3/(s.wkw) respectively. 2) In low relative deviation interval, there are more prediction WCR periods with IWCR. Therefore, the IWCR method can lead to the plan scheme more consistent with actual operation process, and the security of TGHS and Gezhouba is stronger.

Nowadays, biopsy is a decisive method of lung cancer diagnosis, whereas lung biopsy is time-consuming, complex and inaccurate. So a computed tomography–compatible robot for rapid and precise lung biopsy is developed in this article. According to the actual operation process, the robot is divided into two modules: 4-degree-of-freedom position module for location of puncture point is appropriate for patient’s almost all positions and 3-degree-of-freedom tendon-based orientation module with remote center of motion is compact and computed tomography–compatible to orientate and insert needle automatically inside computed tomography bore. The workspace of the robot surrounds patient’s thorax, and the needle tip forms a cone under patient’s skin. A new error model of the robot based on screw theory is proposed in view of structure error and actuation error, which are regarded as screw motions. Simulation is carried out to verify the precision of the error model contrasted with compensation via inverse kinematics. The results of insertion experiment on specific phantom prove the feasibility of the robot with mean error of 1.373 mm in laboratory environment, which is accurate enough to replace manual operation.

Intelligent Transportation Systems are highly integrated. Many government and business organizations are needed during the construction and operation process. In this paper, the task of construction and operation for ITS is discussed. Construction and operation mode is divided into government dominant mode, business dominant mode and mixed mode. These modes are compared with construction speed, information-sharing quality, service quality and economic benefits to analyze their applicability. This conclusion provides a reference for our ITS construction and operation mode selection.

The input-output ratio and comprehensive energy consumption of low concentration coalbed methane cryogenic liquefaction devices are determined by the process parameters in control of the distillation column. In order to accurately control the actual operation process of the distillation column, the effect of the operating temperature of the distillation column on the liquefaction performance of a cold box was studied experimentally, and the optimal control parameters of the distillation column were obtained. The results show that the recovery rate of methane decreases with the increase in temperature at the top of the distillation column, and when this temperature is higher than −178 °C, the methane recovery rate drops sharply to below 90%. When the temperature at the bottom of the distillation column rises from −154 °C to −142.7 °C, the purity of LNG products is improved, and when this temperature is increased to −143.5 °C, the purity of products at the bottom of the distillation column reaches the standard, and can be stored safely. In actual operation, the evaporation temperature at the bottom of the column should not be higher than −140 °C. In the process of industrial plant design, measures should be taken to reduce the interaction of the temperature regulation at the top and bottom of the distillation column. When selecting the refrigerant circulation compressor, the leakage of the refrigerant should be considered to maintain the operating pressure of the refrigeration cycle.
