A Sort of Fuzzy Intelligence Control Strategy for Complex System

For complex controlled object with the large time delay link, it was difficult to get effective control effect by means of traditional fuzzy control algorithm. Aimed at enhancing the control quality in control precision and so on for complex system, the paper proposed a sort of fuzzy intelligence control strategy. It fused the expert control experience combing with human simulated intelligence control, designed the control rule, proposed the mode of running controller and explored the principle of parameter calibrating layer. The system simulation experiment explained that the control effect was much better than optimal PID control in dynamic and steady quality. The results show that the fuzzy intelligent control strategy is reasonable and feasible, high in control precision, better in dynamical and steady control effect, and it represents very strong robustness.

In the paper, the fuzzy control algorithm was studied in turbofan engine. The turbofan engine models of “little deflection” model and “large deflection” model were built based on component level model. Then, a fuzzy controller, including the fuzzy-integral mixed controller, smith forecast and compensation, was designed with the fuzzy rules were optimized by improved genetic algorithm. The simulation results show that the designed control system responds fast, has no overshoot or oscillation, and the control precision is high. The controller can effectively solve time delay influence with a great control effect for “little deflection” model and acceleration model.

The garbage disposal system is not a very large system,but it is a complex system..You need to take different control strategies according to different control objects, belonging to the control problem of the complexity of the uncertainty of the object (or process). Conventional control methods (such as PID, etc.) is difficult to implement effective control of such object.It is necessary to explore more effective control strategy. The paper briefly discusses the problem of intelligent control of the garbage disposal systems based on DCS.

The physical-chemical properties of rubber products in sport equipment such as elasticity,tolerance,endurance,hardness etc not only are related to the factors of formulation in material and structure size etc, but also mainly depend on the control effect of forming process in vulcanizing phase. Aimed at the puzzle of being difficult to control resulted from uncertainty in vulcanizing phase, the paper proposed a sort of intelligence fusion control strategy. In this paper, it summed the control puzzle in complex vulcanizing phase, researched on the cybernetics characteristic, explored the control strategy of complex process with uncertainty, proposed a sort of intelligence fusion control strategy, and constructed the control model and algorithm. The simulation and engineering verification demonstrated that it could be stronger in robustness, and higher in control precision compared with PID controller. The research result shows that the proposed control strategy is feasible and effective.

With the rapid development of industrialization, the intelligent control has increasingly replaced the traditional process control in PLC in recent years, in which some intelligent control strategy has been applied to industrial control cases, such as genetic algorithm, fuzzy control, expert control and neural network and so on. However, it is not sufficient to achieve the desired control effect if only an intelligent control method is applied in the intelligent control. Therefore, integrated intelligent control of various control strategies is bound to be a focus in the embedded intelligent control. At the same time, with growing power of the PLC processing, it is possible for complex algorithms to be used in the embedded application, which has great significance in the development of industrialization as well as intelligent control.

This paper investigates the temperature control of the heat air-flow wind tunnel for sensor temperature-calibration and heat strength experiment. Firstly, a mathematical model was established to describe the dynamic characteristics of the fuel supplying system based on a variable frequency driving pump. Then, based on the classical cascade control, an improved control law with the Smith predictive estimate and the fuzzy proportional-integral-derivative was proposed. The simulation result shows that the control effect of the proposed control strategy is better than the ordinary proportional-integral-derivative cascade control strategy.

To control the secondary atmosphere pollution produced by exhaust gas in process of garbage incineration, the paper presented a sort of intelligence fusion control strategy in city garbage incineration. In the paper, aimed at the running properties of garbage incinerator and combined the mechanism of garbage combustion and contamination generation, it studied the characteristic of controlled combustion process, proposed a sort of fusion control strategy based on human simulated intelligence for controlled process, constructed the corresponding control algorithm. Finally it took a two order model of combustion process with large lag as an example that is very nearly similar to controlled process characteristic of garbage incineration, and made the contrast experiment of digital simulation respectively by the Smith optimal controller and the presented fusion control algorithm by means of the platform of MATLAB. The response curve of simulation shows that the fusion control algorithm is better than by Smith optimal controller in control effect of anti-jamming performance and control index obviously. The experiment results show that the proposed fusion control strategy is reasonable, feasible and effective for secondary pollution control, and it is high in control precision, better in dynamical and steady quality, and very strong in robustness.

AbstractWhen mining extra-thick coal seams, the main cause of strong ground pressure are the high-level thick and hard strata, but as yet there is no active and effective control technology. This paper proposes the method of subjecting hard roofs to ground fracturing, and physical simulation is used to study the control effect of ground fracturing on the strata structure and energy release. The results show that ground fracturing changes the structural characteristics of the strata and reduces the energy release intensity and the spatial extent of overburden movement, thereby exerting significant control on the ground pressure. The Datong mining area in China is selected as the engineering background. An engineering test was conducted on site by ground horizontal well fracturing, and a 20-m-thick hard rock layer located 110 m vertically above the coal seam was targeted as the fracturing layer. On-site microseismic monitoring shows that the crack propagation length is up to 216 m and the height is up to 50 m. On-site mine pressure monitoring shows that (1) the roadway deformation is reduced to 100 mm, (2) the periodic weighting characteristics of the hydraulic supports are not obvious, and (3) the ground pressure in the working face is controlled significantly, thereby showing that the ground fracturing is successful. Ground fracturing changed the breaking characteristics of the high-level hard strata, thereby helping to ameliorate the stress concentration in the stope and providing an effective control approach for hard rock.

The air precooling system heat exchange process is a complex control system with features such as: nonlinear, lag and random interference. So choose Generalized Predictive Control Algorithm that has low model dependence, good robustness and control effect, as well as easy to implement. But due to the large amount of calculation of traditional generalized predictive control and can't juggle quickness and overshoot problem, an improved generalized predictive control algorithm is proposed, then carry out the MATLAB simulation, the experimental results show that the algorithm can not only greatly reduce the amount of computation, but also can restrain the overshoot and its rapidity.
