Garbage Incineration and Intelligent Fusion Strategy of Secondary Pollution Control

To control the secondary atmosphere pollution produced by exhaust gas in process of garbage incineration, the paper presented a sort of intelligence fusion control strategy in city garbage incineration. In the paper, aimed at the running properties of garbage incinerator and combined the mechanism of garbage combustion and contamination generation, it studied the characteristic of controlled combustion process, proposed a sort of fusion control strategy based on human simulated intelligence for controlled process, constructed the corresponding control algorithm. Finally it took a two order model of combustion process with large lag as an example that is very nearly similar to controlled process characteristic of garbage incineration, and made the contrast experiment of digital simulation respectively by the Smith optimal controller and the presented fusion control algorithm by means of the platform of MATLAB. The response curve of simulation shows that the fusion control algorithm is better than by Smith optimal controller in control effect of anti-jamming performance and control index obviously. The experiment results show that the proposed fusion control strategy is reasonable, feasible and effective for secondary pollution control, and it is high in control precision, better in dynamical and steady quality, and very strong in robustness.

The air precooling system heat exchange process is a complex control system with features such as: nonlinear, lag and random interference. So choose Generalized Predictive Control Algorithm that has low model dependence, good robustness and control effect, as well as easy to implement. But due to the large amount of calculation of traditional generalized predictive control and can't juggle quickness and overshoot problem, an improved generalized predictive control algorithm is proposed, then carry out the MATLAB simulation, the experimental results show that the algorithm can not only greatly reduce the amount of computation, but also can restrain the overshoot and its rapidity.

The physical-chemical properties of plastic & rubber products such as rigidity and endurance etc not only are related to the factors of formulations of materials & supplies and structure size etc, but also mainly depend on the control effect of forming process in the vulcanizing phase. Aimed at the puzzle of being difficult to control resulted from uncertainty in vulcanizing phase, the paper proposed a sort of intelligence based control strategy. In the paper, it summed the control puzzle in complex vulcanizing phase, explored the cybernetics characteristic, researched on control strategy of complex process with uncertainty, proposed a sort of intelligence based control strategy, and constructed the control algorithm. The simulation experiment and engineering verification demonstrated that it could be stronger in robustness, and higher in control precision compared with PID controller. The research result shows that it is feasible and effective to the proposed intelligence based control strategy.

Electroporation has become an important tool for drug delivery such as gene therapy. The technique uses electric pulses to create transient pores in the cell membrane. To ensure proper uptake of targeted molecules, it is essential to create sufficiently large pores, which remain open long enough. In this work, we explore evolution of the pores using dynamical analysis and control of electroporation based on a simplified two-dimensional model. A detailed bifurcation analysis reveals the existence of saddle-node bifurcations, which induce hysteresis into the system dynamics. The bifurcation analysis also sheds light on the relation between the applied voltage and the pore radius. Based on the dynamics and bifurcation analysis, we design a feedback control algorithm that is able to achieve any desired pore size. Numerical examples demonstrate the control strategy is robust. The control algorithm will improve the operation of electroporation in drug delivery.

For complex controlled object with the large time delay link, it was difficult to get effective control effect by means of traditional fuzzy control algorithm. Aimed at enhancing the control quality in control precision and so on for complex system, the paper proposed a sort of fuzzy intelligence control strategy. It fused the expert control experience combing with human simulated intelligence control, designed the control rule, proposed the mode of running controller and explored the principle of parameter calibrating layer. The system simulation experiment explained that the control effect was much better than optimal PID control in dynamic and steady quality. The results show that the fuzzy intelligent control strategy is reasonable and feasible, high in control precision, better in dynamical and steady control effect, and it represents very strong robustness.

In this system, output pressure depends on pressure difference between two chambers of cylinder; by controlling pilot-operated reducing valve will get different cylinder chamber pressure. Dynamic mathematical model and control Strategy of this system is founded in this paper. Aimed at the puzzle that it is heavy in energy consumption and not better in water quality to water supply engineering resulted in inappropriate control strategy, the paper explored the energy saving strategy and control mechanism of water supply system. In the paper, it discussed the cybernetics characteristic of water supply process, proposed the intelligence-fusion based control strategy and the energy saving executing strategy, and analyzed the control model of water supply purifying process and the control algorithm of constant pressure control system. The comparative research of simulation demonstrated that the proposed strategy would be better than conventional PID control method. The simulation results show that the strategy combined intelligence-fusion based control with speed control by inverter has better application prospect.

The establishment of isolated microgrid including wind power, storage and seawater desalination load is of significant important to the use of renewable energy and the supply of fresh water resources in island region. A real-time simulation platform based on PXI and PC is built to test the operation and control of the isolated microgrid in this paper. The digital simulation model is introduced and the coordinated control strategy of the microgrid is discussed in detail. This strategy makes use of the controllability of seawater desalination load, coordinates supercapacitor and lithium-ion battery energy storage so as to maintain the balance and stability of the isolated microgrid. Finally, the simulation results show that the correctness and feasibility of the proposed coordinated control strategy.

The relatively simple control strategy can decrease the complexity of the ultrasonic motor system and increase the cost performance. The nonlinear iterative learning control algorithm is simple, the control parameters can be determined according to little experimental knowledge. According to the control characteristics of ultrasonic motor, the nonlinear iterative learning control algorithm is improved and the nonlinear iterative learning control strategy of motor’s speed is designed. Experiments show that the motor system has good iterative learning capacity, the control effect is improved generally in the repeated learning process and the control strategy is simple and effective.

This paper gives a hierarchical control strategy of multi-microgrids. The hierarchical control structure is made up with microgrid center controller (MGCC), microgrid controller (MC), generator controller (GC), load controller (LC). Controllers recognize the current operation mode of microgrids according to state trigger event and local operation state, realize transition of operation state. Controller is controlled by the upper controller, but once the communication among controllers is interrupted, MC can operate normally according to its local operation state. Thus, the MCs have a certain independence. The simulation platform is built-up by Netlogo for simulation of controller logic and communication coordination mechanism, OpenDSS for modeling distribution network and multi-microgrids, and matlab for data transmission and control optimization. With the simulation platform, this paper analyzed the characteristics of power regulation and different state transitions of multi-microgrids. Through verification, the strategy is available to realize operation state transition of multi-microgrids, guarantee stability of multi-microgrids under every operation state. Besides, compared with centralized control, it has better control effect and it has faster response.

This paper introduces the work process and mechanism of the head-box, from the experimental point of view, analyzed the relationship between the head-box control parameters. The relationship between the level and the total pressure and the relationship between the fan pressure and total pressure is give. Through various experimental results, the control algorithm and strategy of the head-box is proposed. The practice shows that the total pressure control precision is about 3%.
