An index system was set up in this paper which included two secondary indexes, external risk and internal risk, 9 third indexes and 29 fourth ones on the basis of coal enterprises’ expansion situations. The reasonable weights in this index system were calculated by analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was set up. Then the expansion risk of a coal enterprise was evaluated by this model.

At present, various public emergencies occur frequently around the world, and the world has entered the stage of a “high-risk society”. Urban community as the carrier of all kinds of public emergencies, its role has become increasingly prominent and become the focus of the current research, but in the urban community emergency management capacity evaluation system, the related studies are still less. To more effectively identify the key internal and external factors that affect the emergency management ability of the urban community, and evaluate scientifically and effectively, on the basis of the existing studies, the evaluation index system of community emergency management capability was established according to the emergency management cycle theory. In view of the complexity and fuzziness of the emergency management capability of the urban community, a multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight was established, and the emergency management capability evaluation of community was carried out under the background of the public emergency event of COVID-19 epidemic. The results show that the evaluation results and improvement suggestions of the multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight are consistent with the actual situation, indicating that the index system and the selected method are reasonable and effective. This study provides a new decision-making idea and method for the evaluation of urban community emergency management capability, and has high application value.

According to the characteristics of resource allocation for engineering construction programme, the comprehensive evaluation model of resource allocation rationality for programme is established with the combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The rationality of resource allocation for programme is evaluated objectively based on the assessment of correlation degree between monomer project and the programme and the evaluation of resource allocation rationality for monomer projects. And the evaluation results have been analyzed and sorted through the principle of weighted average.

The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation which is one of the important embranchment of fuzzy mathematics is often used in the field of science management and decision, but less used in the machining process. Based on the fuzzy mathematical theory, we put forward the establishing process of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and then set up the three-grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of cutting sequence. Three cutting sequences of multi-feature bearing chock component have been evaluated, the evaluation results have verified the rationality and trueness of the model. The application and dissemination of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation will have active significance in the machining process.

The risk factors of continuous incremental launching bridge during construction stage are specialized. The risk in incremental launching stage is analyzed and identified. A risk assessment index system is built. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is developed. The results obtained from the risk assessment model verifies the validity and practicality of the developed method by the combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics theory. Moderate risk assessment results are developed to provide references for incremental launching construction method.

In order to evaluate a RMS roundly and objectively, a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a hierarchical and comprehensive evaluation index system for RMSs is extracted. Then, based on this structure, a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is developed, in which AHP is incorporated to determine factor weights.

According to the deficient situation of study in merging unit performance evaluation, this paper set up a comprehensive evaluation model for merging unit performance evaluation. Introduced triangular fuzzy number and determined the index weight through certain processing conversion, and set up a scientific system of performance indicators, and then selected normal distribution as the membership function. On this basis, this paper established a hierarchical and sub-aims comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, the model was applied for evaluating a merging unit performance. The evaluation result showed that the weight was effective and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was simple and reliable.

Choosing a good college trainer needs to consider various factors. In the paper, I take advantage of relevant data of the college trainers, and then establish an effective model with information technology to choose the best college trainer. First I collect the data of college trainers of football using information technology. Based on the two characteristic indexes of excellent college trainers, such as the basic quality and the competition results, I discuss the characteristic indexes of excellent college trainers using data processing and set up the model: fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model established by simplified DHFG algorithm. Thus, the results are gained and the top 5 trainers are picked out. Finally, I compare the results with the real ranking on Bleacher Report, and the results prove well.
