In asphalt pavement maintenance design the deflection of pavement strength and the drilling core examination of damage on each structure layer are required. This paper based on the advanced technology of the FWD and developed a link with the Benkelman Beam testing. It indicated that assessment of the usage information on each structure layer by using the Modulus Back Calculation was well matched with the core results; therefore, it improved the work efficiency to a new level.

Рассматриваются возможности применения системы машин модульно-блочного типа в перспективных технологиях лесосечных работ, а также проблемы машинного парка лесозаготовительных предприятий России. Цель исследования - изучение структуры и особенностей эксплуатации системы лесных машин модульно блочного типа в современных условиях лесозаготовок с перспективой применения на ближайшее будущее. Для улучшения технологии проведения лесосечных работ и повышения экономической эффективности лесопромышленного комплекса предлагается провести ряд важных технических и технологических изменений. Одним из решений проблемы по улучшению эффективности работы является разработка и внедрение комплекса лесных машин, основанного на принципе эксплуатационной модульности. Это будет гарантировать технологическую гибкость производства, предоставит высокую производительность и обеспечит совместимость с окружающей средой. Приведен принцип устройства машин модульно-блочного типа с разделением функций между транспортными и технологическими модулями. Представлены графически классификация модулей по их назначению и концепция компоновки системы машин модульно-блочного типа, а также главный модуль (энергетический) и несколько технологических модулей, способных выполнять различные технологические операции в зависимости от условий и технологии производства. Как показал анализ рынка, наиболее перспективным направлением по улучшению механизации лесного парка машин является создание комплекса модульно-блочных машин на базе колесного трактора, оснащенных гидрообъемными передачами. Это делает конструкцию машины более гибкой и мобильной. Принцип формирования и работы модульной системы машин с многофункциональным технологическим оборудованием рассматривается в качестве перспективного направления по улучшению лесозаготовительного процесса. The article deals with the prospects for the use of machines modular block type in the advanced technology logging activities, as well as the machinery problems of logging enterprises in Russia. The research objective. The study of the structure and operating characteristics of a system of forest modular block type machines in current conditions with the prospect of their application in the nearest future. It is necessary that a number of important technical and technological changes should be made to improve the technology of logging operations and increase the economic efficiency of timber industry complex. One of the solutions to improve work efficiency is the development and introduction of forest machines based on the principle of operational modularity. It will ensure the flexibility of the production process, provide high work efficiency and, what counts, will be environmentally friendly. The article gives the description of the principle of the machine module block type, as well as the functions and how they are divided between the two modules. There are two pictures in the article. The first picture gives the classification of modules according to their application. The second picture shows the principle of arrangement of modular machine-block type. Both the main energetic module and some technological modules capable of performing processing steps depending on the conditions and production technology are presented. According to the market analysis that shows that the most promising direction to improve the mechanization of forest machinery is to create a complex modular block machines on the base of a wheeled tractor equipped with hydrostatic transmission. It will make the machine design more flexible and mobile. The principle of formation and operation of the modular system with multi-function machines process equipment is considered as a promising direction for improvement of the process of logging.

Abstract Artificial intelligence technology (A I T) has also been widely used in society. Combining A I T with mechanical and electrical control systems will bring huge profits to the corporate sector and greatly improve work efficiency. It can save a lot of money in the electrical control operations of all walks of life in the country, and fill the gap in this technology in the country. The purpose of this article is to study the application of A I T in mechanical electrical control systems (M E C S). This article first introduces the basic theories and concepts of A I T, extends the core technology of A I T, and combines the current status of the electrical control system of modern enterprises in our country to discuss its existing problems, and finally studies and analyzes A I T and machinery. Combination of electrical control systems, and discuss the application of A I T in mechanical electrical orifice subsystems. Experiments show that, compared with the existing M E C S, the M E C S using A I T can better complete the work and improve work efficiency.

The degree of crack growth in asphalt pavement is an important decision-making factor in road maintenance management. Automatic crack detection is based mainly on digital images; this factor makes effective detection of the degree of crack growth difficult. Infrared thermography was used, and a detection method for the degree of crack growth on the basis of infrared imaging was proposed. Infrared images included gray-level information on cracks and temperature information; the latter provided one additional dimension of information over ordinary images. Temperature information was used to detect the degree of crack growth. Atmospheric temperature was found to be the main factor that affected the temperature difference between a crack and the road surface. This temperature difference varied significantly for different extents of crack growth, and therefore this difference can be used to detect the degree of crack growth. Two classification functions that divided the degree of crack growth into three grades were obtained by classifying data through the use of a support vector machine. A suitable environmental condition for using the detection model was proposed. The experimental results showed that the average model error was 15.4%, which indicated a good application prospect and an improvement in economic benefit for pavement maintenance.

In this paper, the abilities of recovery and regeneration for aged asphalt of a new type of asphalt pavement maintenance agent are studied. The agent is applied in the construction of test section of Yuhe Road, and the pavement performances before and after the construction are compared. The test indicates that after the maintenance agent is added into aged asphalt, the penetration and ductility are effectively improved, the softening point is lowered. When the penetration depth of agent reaches 6 mm,the texture depth , friction coefficient and antiskid value are improved to some extent ,the water permeability coefficient is reduced, and the appearance of pavement is improved as well,The paper provided reference for the applying curing agent of asphalt pavement to the preventive maintenance system.

The Bailey method put forward three very significant parameters CA, FAc and FAf, provided an effective way for the asphalt mixture gradation test, and it could evaluate the gradation of asphalt pavement core sample effectively. Based on the analysis of common gradation, the parameters of formula was revised, the application conditions of AC mixture and the parameter range for AC mixture was proposed, that based on the gradation which is standard recommended and the core samples in different pavement conditions. The results proposed theoretical basis for gradation examination correctly with the Bailey method.

In order to study the bonding strength of the joint surface of the double-sided laminated shear wall, a double-sided laminated shear wall specimen was designed and fabricated, and then the the bars were planted in the precast layer and the middle post pouring layer of the specimen, and the normal tensile bond strength of the joint surface was tested by the drilling core planting bar drawing method. The results show that the bond strength of the joint surface of double-sided laminated shear wall can be detected by the method of drilling core planting bar drawing, and according to the cross section of the core sample, it can be known that the joint surface is indeed the weak part of the laminated member, and it is suggested that the bond strength of the joint surface of the double-sided laminated shear wall should be tested by planting steel bars in the middle post-cast layer.
