Reserve system is a far from equilibrium nonlinear complex systems, and paradigms that make use of linear scientific is difficult to grasp its essence. Based on the basic characteristics of nature reserve systems, utilize ultra-entropy production model, revealing the reserve system evolution, provide a scientific basis to the natural reserve tourism development and the harmony management of the ecological and environmental protection.

Tovtry is a complex of Miocene fossils reef buildups that rise in a scenic ridge and hills above the surrounding plains of Podillya region. The Tovtry zone consists of main ridge (the late Baden barrier reef), isolated Tovtry hills (the late Baden bioherms, located east of the ridge), isolated tovtry (the early Sarmat bioherms, located west of the main ridge), the territories of the former channels, lagoons and passes between hills, where the modern rivers flows. The correlation and form of relief of Tovtry zone elements are the basis of detailed geomorphologic zoning. Within geomorphological area of Podillian Tovtry distinguish three subdistricts – Zbarazh, Medobory and Kamenec-Podolsky regions. The Zbarazhky Tovtry is stretching from Pidkamin village (Lviv region) to the valley of Gnizna river and includes Mylnivskyy, Zbarazhsky and Lub’yanetskyy hills of Tovtry. Within Podillian Tovtry are 85 objects of nature reserve fund (NRF), dominated by the number of botanical (20) and geological (19) natural monuments. The largest area is occupied by National Nature Park “Podilski Tovtry” (261 316,0 ha) and nature reserve “Medobory” (9 516,7 ha) and 7 landscape reserves (2 423,2 ha). The structure of NRF of Zbarazhsky Tovtry dominated by the number of botanical (6) and geological (6) natural monuments, and the largest area is occupied by 2 zoological reserves (6 041,0 ha). The particularly valuable geologic-geomorphologic objects of Tovtry have been identified (the Tovtry main ridge areas and isolated tovtry hills, the outcrops of reef sediments, rocks, canyon sections of the river valley, waterfalls etc.), they are protected in the form of geological nature monuments “Kydanetski rocks”, “Podillian Tovtry outliers”, “Sarmat sea outliers”, “Big Saddle” and into botanic reserve “Acute grave”. Share of environmental protection objects aimed at the protection of geological and geomorphological Tovtry formations in the Zbarazhsky Tovtry NRF is less than 2 %. The creations of the regional landscape park (RLP) “Zbarazhsky Tovtry” in the territory f the main ridge and surrounding areas with isolated tovtry hills from Left Seret river valley to Stryyovetski stream valley has been proposed. The park administration should be placed in the Zbarazh, where in 1994 the historical and architectural reserve “Zbrazh” has been created. Into RLP reserve zone should be included the most outstanding areas of main ridge (natural landmark Pozharnytsya, mount Hontova, mount Zubova) and isolated tovtry hills (Lub’yanetski Tovtry). The RLP will include “MilneBlihivskyy” (3 488,0 ha) and “Maloberezovytsko-Ivanchanskyy” (2 553,0 ha) zoological reserves, 4 botanical reserves, 5 geological and 2 hydrological reserves, 4 botanical nature monuments. Two circular routes from Zbarazh for the tourism development into regional landscape park “Zbarazhsky Tovtry” have been developed. The first route includes unique historical and architectural monuments and objects of inanimate nature, and the second – botanical and zoological objects and nature monuments. The landscape reserves “Tovtry steppe” and “Stryyovetski Mountains”, geological nature monuments “Fold bordering in the reef limestones in Bilokrynytsya village”, “Kolodiyivski giants”, “Hontva Mountain” and natural landmark “Zaluzhanskyy forest” are proposed to create in Zbarazhsky Tovtry. The chain of nature reserve objects will preserve the unique geological and geomorphological formation of Zbarazhsky Tovtry region. Abstract. The aim of this research is to develop evaporation and transpiration products for Australia based on the maximum entropy production model (MEP). We introduce a method into the MEP algorithm of estimating the required model parameters over the entire Australia through the use of pedotransfer function, soil properties and remotely sensed soil moisture data. Our algorithm calculates the evaporation and transpiration over Australia on daily timescales at the 5 km2 resolution for 2003–2013. The MEP evapotranspiration (ET) estimates are validated using observed ET data from 20 Eddy Covariance (EC) flux towers across 8 land cover types in Australia. We also compare the MEP ET at the EC flux towers with two other ET products over Australia; MOD16 and AWRA-L products. The MEP model outperforms the MOD16 and AWRA-L across the 20 EC flux sites, with average root mean square errors (RMSE), 8.21, 9.87 and 9.22 mm/8 days respectively. The average mean absolute error (MAE) for the MEP, MOD16 and AWRA-L are 6.21, 7.29 and 6.52 mm/8 days, the average correlations are 0.64, 0.57 and 0.61, respectively. The percentage Bias of the MEP ET was within 20 % of the observed ET at 12 of the 20 EC flux sites while the MOD16 and AWRA-L ET were within 20 % of the observed ET at 4 and 10 sites respectively. Our analysis shows that evaporation and transpiration contribute 38 % and 62 %, respectively, to the total ET across the study period which includes a significant part of the “millennium drought” period (2003–2009) in Australia. A key objective of the modern development of society is the observance of ecological and socio-economic unity in human life and comprehensive improvement of environment and quality of life should be considered in close connection with the quality of the natural landscape. The formation of scientific understanding of the unity of society and nature is driven by the need for practical implementation of such unity. This defines the focus of this monograph. Given the overall assessment of the current state of the environment in Azerbaijan, considers the scenarios for the future development of the area. The prospects of the use of biotechnology in integrated environmental protection. In the framework of the above to address complex social, environmental and production problems in Azerbaijan developed scientific basis of integrated system of industrial farms — biclusters with a closed production cycle through effective utilization of regional biological resources, whose interactions and relationships take on the character of vzaimodeistvie components for obtaining focused final result with high practical importance. Microbiological, biochemical and technological processes are the basis of all development of biotechnology. Presents the development will help strengthen the ties between science and production, establishing mechanisms to conduct applied research in the field of innovation and creation of knowledge-based technologies in solving current and future environmental problems in Azerbaijan. We offer innovative ideas distinguishes the potential need for their materialization into new products, technologies and services, including the widespread use of digital technologies to design dynamic digital environmental map in space and in time. Abstract Environmental protection regulations influence the use of real property. Land located within the borders of a national park or nature reserve is subject to partial or total restriction on development by construction, as well as, amongst others, business, trade, manufacturing or agricultural activities. Such areas are also subject to landscape protection, whereby real development by construction is possible, but only under the condition that it does not clash with the landscape values of the area. Therefore, real property management in such areas requires careful coordination with the relevant legislation concerning environmental protection. While it is currently possible to obtain such information from existing environmental protection databases and systems, this has practical problems owing to the large amount of them and their scattered locations. Additionally, as each institution involved in environmental issues has collected material independently, there is a high level of data repetition as well as incomplete data. Such problems make it difficult to make full use of the database systems. A lack of communication and reference between these databases and systems can create confusion. Comparative data on the same subject often differs depending on the source (as concerns graphic presentation and, much less frequently, data attributes). For example, the course of the same river differs depending on which data resources are used (NAŁĘCZ 2007). There are several hundreds of databases and registers maintained in Poland, with almost 300 databases and registers controlled by the Ministry of Environment. Almost 60 such databases can be found in public administrative bodies alone. A portion of the data regarding this topic is openly available on the Internet. The aim of the paper is to present the existing information systems concerning environmental protection. The paper will also examine data obtained from these resources, as well as their availability and connections with real property management activities.
