In allusion to the disadvantages of sucker rod displacement measuring technologies at present, we introduce an inertial measuring technology in which the design of acceleration measuring system, the design of IIR digital filter and double integral algorithm play significant roles. Through combination of hardware and software, the embedded measuring system was developed to measure the acceleration, process data and realize the serial communication. In our practical work, some chips were used in this system, eg 1221L-002, ADS1259, MSP430F1611, MAX202, etc. The test results showed that the accuracy of the measuring system reached to 5%, which met the request for oilfield.

Thermal deformation is an important factor to affect the accuracy of the motorized spindle, the core component of high-speed machine tool. To understand the spindle system transient thermal characteristics of the high-speed turning center CH7516GS, some high-precision sensors and high-frequency data acquisition system is used to establish the temperature and displacement measuring system. The thermal deformation compensation model is established on the basis of the experimental test results.

In order to improve accuracy of measuring motor speed in precision motor control systems, a method of precise measurement of speed with CPLD is proposed, which measures the truncated parts of the measured pulse on the basis of measuring raster count pulse within the equal period, and takes them as compensation, thus improving accuracy of measuring the raster pulse. In this paper, a speed measuring formula is given. Measuring system is provided with parallel and serial communication interfaces for output of measurement results.

AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi telah mengakibatkan pertumbuhan data yang semakin cepat dan besar setiap waktunya. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh banyaknya sumber data seperti mesin pencari, RFID, catatan transaksi digital, arsip video dan foto, user generated content, internet of things, penelitian ilmiah di berbagai bidang seperti genomika, meteorologi, astronomi, fisika, dll. Selain itu, data - data tersebut memiliki karakteristik yang unik antara satu dengan lainnya, hal ini yang menyebabkan tidak dapat diproses oleh teknologi basis data konvensional.Oleh karena itu, dikembangkan beragam framework komputasi terdistribusi seperti Apache Hadoop dan Apache Spark yang memungkinkan untuk memproses data secara terdistribusi dengan menggunakan gugus komputer.Adanya ragam framework komputasi terdistribusi, sehingga diperlukan sebuah pengujian untuk mengetahui kinerja komputasi keduanya. Pengujian dilakukan dengan memproses dataset dengan beragam ukuran dan dalam gugus komputer dengan jumlah node yang berbeda. Dari semua hasil pengujian, Apache Hadoop memerlukan waktu yang lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan Apache Spark. Hal tersebut terjadi karena nilai throughput dan throughput/node Apache Hadoop lebih tinggi daripada Apache Spark.AbstractTechnological developments have resulted in rapid and growing data growth every time. This is due to the large number of data sources such as search engines, RFID, digital transaction records, video and photo archives, user generated content, internet of things, scientific research in areas such as genomics, meteorology, astronomy, physics, In addition, these data have unique characteristics of each other, this is the cause can not be processed by conventional database technology. Therefore, developed various distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Hadoop and Apache Spark that enable to process data in a distributed by using computer cluster.The existence of various frameworks of distributed computing, so required a test to determine the performance of both computing. Testing is done by processing datasets of various sizes and in clusters of computers with different number of nodes. Of all the test results, Apache Hadoop takes less time than the Apache Spark. This happens because the value of throuhgput and throughput / node Apache Hadoop is higher than Apache Spark.

Abstract The sucker-rod pump as used in oil wells is treated as a problem in the longitudinal vibration of bars. Solutions are obtained for the forces and motions at both ends of the rod string, thus giving formulas for the calculation of polished-rod load and plunger travel. The results of the calculations are compared with test results.

Moisture diffusion in cement-based materials significantly impacts its durability. In this study, we analyzed the effect of adding a waterproofing agent and nano-SiO2 (NS) on the water transportation process in mortar using capillary water absorption tests and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technology. The results indicate that the combined action of the waterproofing agent and nano-SiO2 drastically reduce the capillary water absorption coefficient and have a more significant impact than only adding the waterproofing agent. The moisture diffusion in different sections of the mortar during the water absorption process is obtained from the NMR test results and two function models. Comparative studies indicate that the NMR test results have good correlation with the capillary water absorption test results and provide accurate process data. The NMR analysis results offer a new analytical method to characterize the porosity of cement-based materials by continuously monitoring small-pitch sections.

The principle and the realization method of the temperature measuring system which based on the temperature data acquisition chip-DS18B20 and the serial communication chip MAX1480B were introduced. Hardware principle diagram, software flow chart and main subprogram are also given. The dependability of the system was strengthened by using visualization technology and ionic smoke sensing technology.

Tire dynamic balance detection plays an important part in tire quality detection area. An accurate model structure and precise model parameters are the basis of the right test results. This paper builds a kinetic model based on engineering practice. To acquire parameters presents a method following identification theory. According to the need of actual production, a validation experiment is put forward. In the parameter identification process, data acquisition is completed by the PCI card. For data processing, this paper designs the fitting filter and then it also fetches the signal amplitude and phase with discrete Fourier transform. The results are proven to be right and practicable.

The vibration of windings and iron core causes the overall vibration of the transformer. Significant changes of transformer vibration condition will take place when the windings or core has fault, so the vibration method can be used to diagnose the transformer's potential fault. The characteristics and transmission route of the transformers' vibration were analyzed. The vibration of a certain transformer in converter station was picked up, using vibration measuring system. The test results aree analyzed comparatively and maintenance suggestion was proposed.

AbstrakPerangkat lunak merupakan alat bantu yang memudahkan pengguna dalam pengolahan data dengan cepat dan tepat. Para pengambil keputusan membutuhkan alternatif perangkat lunak yang dapat digunakan setiap saat dengan teknik klasifikasi data algoritma C5.0 sesuai kriteria yang diinginkan. Namun perangkat lunak yang ada umumnya terdiri dari sejumlah teknik dan belum dapat digunakan secara online. Sebagai salah satu algoritma klasifikasi yang popular dalam ilmu data mining, C5.0 dapat memberikan hasil yang lebih baik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk membangun perangkat lunak yang dapat melakukan klasifikasi data menggunakan algoritma C5.0 berbasis web. Perangkat lunak dapat digunakan oleh siapa saja, terutama para pengambil keputusan. Penelitian ini juga dilengkapi dengan pengujian perangkat lunak usability sebelum digunakan. Hasil pengujian memperlihatkan bahwa perangkat lunak yang dibangun dapat diterima dengan nilai usability 76,892% dan berada pada predikat Baik. Diharapkan melalui penelitian ini, dapat memberikan alternatif perangkat lunak yang mampu menyelesaikan masalah klasifikasi menggunakan algoritma C5.0.Kata kunci: perangkat lunak, klasifikasi, algoritma c5.0, usability AbstractSoftware is a tool that makes it easy for users to process data quickly and precisely. Decision makers need an alternative software that can be used at any time with the C5.0 algorithm data classification technique according to the desired criteria. However, the existing software generally consists of a number of techniques and cannot be used online. As one of the popular classification algorithms in data mining science, C5.0 can provide better results. This study aims to build software that can classify data using the web-based C5.0 algorithm. Software can be used by anyone, especially decision makers. This research is also complemented by testing Usability software before used. The test results showed that the software built can be accepted with a Usability value of 76.892% and is in the Good predicate. It is hoped that through this research, it can provide alternative software that is able to solve classification problems using the C5.0 algorithm.Keywords: software, classification, c5.0 algorithm, usability
