Effective use Model of Low Permeability Oil Reservoir

The throat of low permeability oil reservoir is narrow and small, the reservoir fluid flow resistance is big, and with the start-up pressure gradient, compare with medium and high permeability reservoir fluid flow, the characteristics are obviously different in performance for non-darcy flow at low speed. This kind of oil field reservoir started in the process of mining scope is small, the degree of use and the development effect is low. To solve these problems, this paper established considering start-up pressure gradient of the new unstable seepage flow mathematical model of non-darcy radial flow which the analytical solution and the productivity equation is deduced, established the effective radius of the use of low permeability reservoirs, and systemicly researched the calculation method of area well pattern of different types of non-darcy seepage.

Based on the low-temperature and heavy oil reservoir of conventional injection well pattern separated two strains of oil degradation bacteria LC and JH which had satisfactory compatibleness with BaoLige oill field. In order to study the feasibility of enhancing oil recovery rate of the two strains, the experiment of huff and puff with 15 wells were carried out. The average concentration of bacteria increase from 4.7×102cells/ml to 8.1×106cells/ml. The average reduction of surface tension and viscosity is 33.1% and 31.9%. The accumulative total was 1163.2t. The ratio of input to output was 1:2.12. Microbial enhanced oil recovery can improve the low-temperature and heavy oil production status, which provide a effective method for the similar oil field.

This paper study on the permeability, start-up pressure gradient and stress sensitivity of advance water injection in extra-low permeability reservoir in Fuyu Oil layer of Daqing Oilfield. Experimental results show that the reasonable formation pressure level should be at about 120% in the advance water injection experiment, advanced water injection in the the early stage have higher oil production, the water breakthrough, earlier than synchronous water injection has certain inhibitory effect of water cut rise; Under the premise of advance water injection can overcome the start-up pressure, the lower the level of the reservoir permeability, the higher improve recovery efficiency of the proportion; permeability retention rate increase by about 22% with 5×10-3μm2 core and effectively overcome the stress sensitivity of low permeability reservoir damage; Advanced water injection can overcome stress sensitivity and restoring formation pressure, all that influence the start-up pressure gradient, which significantly reduce the start-up pressure gradient.

Aimed at ultra-low permeability reservoir, the large natural outcrop model has been made for researching the oil reservoirs porous flow law deeply, and the inverted nine-spot equilateral well pattern also has been designed which is the commonest well patter during the oilfield exploitation. The flow fields have been measured during the experiment in different displacing period (0.3PV, 0.6PV and 1PV). The research shows that fluid flow has obvious directivity, and it strongly affected by heterogeneity of the reservoir. In addition, the regions between the edge production wells are much more difficult to be exploited.

The adaptive deconvolution processing is a kind of processing method for different background conditions. The reservoir of FuYang group in Yushulin oil field has the typical uneven feature with low porosity and low permeability. After the oil reservoir flooded by ejecting water, the zones without water and the zones with water interlaced with each other, that makes the induction logging curves with lower longitudinal resolution hardly reflect actual water-flooding condition. This paper takes adaptive deconvolution processing method selecting background conductivities according to the measurement points’ conductivities, which improve the resolution of induction logging data significantly. The processing value of resistivity is similar with the true formation resistivity.This method is better on identifying the water flooded condition of the oil reservoir.

Based on the analysis of seepage mechanism of fracturing wells in low permeability reservoir, this paper establishes the capacity model of the vertical fractured well production under the factors of Start-up pressure gradient, pressure sensitive effect and the artificial fracture length. The numerical simulation is compiled and software calculates the capacity model by using numerical simulation. This simulation technique verifies the validity of the model and numerical method. On this basis, we study the influence of the included angle of artificial fracture and well array direction, artificial fracture length, start-up pressure gradient and production pressure difference to the capacity of the oil well.

This Gs64 gas reservoir is a condensate gas reservoir which is relatively integrated with low porosity and low permeability found in Dagang Oilfield in recent years. The condensate content is as high as 610g/m3. At present, there are few reports about the well spacing of similar gas reservoirs at home and abroad. Therefore, determining the reasonable well spacing of the gas reservoir is important for ensuring the optimal development effect and economic benefit of the gas field development. This paper discusses the reasonable well spacing of the deep and low permeability gas reservoir from the aspects of percolation mechanics, gas reservoir engineering and numerical simulation. considering there exist the start-up pressure gradient in percolation process of low permeability gas reservoir, this paper combined with productivity equation under starting pressure gradient, established the formula of gas well spacing with the formation pressure and start-up pressure gradient. The calculation formula of starting pressure gradient and well spacing of gas wells. Adopting various methods to calculate values of gas reservoir spacing are close to well testing' radius, so the calculation method is reliable, which is very important for the determination of reasonable well spacing in low permeability gas reservoirs.

The seepage underground is rather complicated in the low permeability reservoir and the heavy oil reservoir. One important point to note is that the seepage in these reservoirs does not follow Darcy's law, which brings difficulty to the development of oil field. Study on low velocity non-Darcy percolation theory, the impact on oil production index is analyzed. The key is the summary of the application in order to provide theoretical references for the rational exploitation of the relevant oil fields.
