Abstract BackgroundThe epidemic of 2019 novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) is challenge to the world which was at first confirmed in the Wuhan city of China in December 2019. It was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) in March 2020. In the current work we evaluated effect of health policy of Saudi Arabia for the management of COVID-19 pandemic in early phase and compared to other four countries. MethodBased on the Ministry of Health, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) data, the summary of daily report of COVID-19 was prepared from 02 March to 30 April 2020. Further, the daily report of enhancement in cases and recovery of the patients was also summarized. Moreover, the incidence, death and recoveries of COVID-19 cases in KSA were compared with major infected country including China, Italy, Spain and United State of America (USA). The important role of artificial intelligence was shown for the development of drug targets against to infectious diseases Results In KSA, the first case of COVID-19 was reported on 02 March 2020. Since then, it has affected 22,753 persons till the end of the April 2020. Also, the results showed that the infection rate of COVID-19 increased continuously during the current period of study in KSA. Nevertheless, the rate of death due to COVID-19 is much less with comparison to China, Italy, Spain, and USA due to good medical facilities along with quick action by the government of KSA after the emergence of first case. There is a dire need to develop new platforms and approaches to combat new and old diseases including COVID-19 at warp speed when compared to traditional approaches. DeepDrug’s approach to drug discovery and development showed brighter future towards the discovery of novel drugs against infectious diseases including COVID-19.ConclusionCurrently, there is higher probability of COVID-19 spread at any place. Therefore good health policy, precautionary measures and medical facility of whole nations should be excellent to combat against the COVID-19 pandemic until the reliable vaccine or antiviral drug developed for the proper treatment of virus. The artificial intelligence (AI) based available process might be very helpful for the drug discovery and development against of old and newly discovered diseases including COVID-19.

One of the main factors in achieving effective and efficient performance isattention to human resources. Having reliable and truly appropriate human resourceswith needs is the hope of every manager. The company needs employees with the appropriate abilities with job roles. As for the position of PT. Bogowonto Primalaras still uses a work period limit where employees cannot fill vacant positions at any time, based on the criteria of tenure an employee fulfills the term of service that is in accordance with his expectations. where on assessment in absenteeism is carried out by collecting daily report data that makes HRD send one by one who has sent the daily report. Where is the report related to the productivity criteria of an employee who has reached the target or not.

Objective: This study aimed to (1) examine benchmarks for the benefits of the Daily Report Card (DRC) within a therapeutic recreation setting, that is, the Summer Treatment Program (STP) and (2) explore differences in baseline characteristics and treatment outcomes among optimal and suboptimal responders. Benchmarks were examined for children’s DRC target behaviors using standardized mean difference (SMD) effect sizes (ES) across 2-week periods of the STP. Method: Participants were 38 children attending an STP. Results: Aside from teasing, all DRC targets showed improvement by the second 2-week period that was sustained through the third 2-week period. Optimal responders demonstrated greater improvement in parent-rated impairment and camp behaviors than suboptimal responders. Some baseline differences between responder groups were found. Conclusion: This study provides the first benchmarks for change in DRC targets within a therapeutic recreational setting, offering guidelines for treatment expectations. Implications for clinical decision-making, treatment planning, and future research are discussed.

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has still been spreading around the world, causing an outbreak of acute infectious pneumonia, even a multiple systematic inflammatory disorders following with varied virus. From World Health Organizations (WHO) weekly report in 16th Aug 2021, more than 2 hundred millions (206 693 357) of infected cases and more than 4 million (4 352 488) of deaths are confirmed in the world [1]. The daily report In UK in 18th Aug 2021, there are more than 6 million of infected cases (6 295 613) and 130 thousands of died cases (130 979) are confirmed, fluctuating figures on daily recently on infected and died cases with Covid-19 are reported although the severe case rates, hospitalized rates and died rate have decreased in UK [2]. Due to such bigger amount of patients’ appearance, some post-syndrome of Covid-19 are unavoidably leaving after they are self-healed or treated in the hospitals or anywhere else, they have not recovered completely, still remain some unwanted symptoms, some of them can be quite serious which are possible to disturb them for the rest of their life. We should do and be able doing some significant helps for them with Chinese herbal medicine (TCM). I will discuss these common occurrences of post- syndromes which I have treated: inferior function of lungs, dysfunction of gastrointestinal system, Psychiatric disorder, Post-virus-Chronic-fatigue syndrome, post inflammation of Sexual organs and how manage these post syndromes of Covid-19 with TCM here. TCM should play more effect for helping post-syndromes of Covid-19 after reopening clinics with full of our treating technologies.

Late in 2020, two genetically-distinct clusters of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) with mutations of biological concern were reported, one in the United Kingdom and one in South Africa. Using a combination of data from routine surveillance, genomic sequencing and international travel we track the international dispersal of lineages B.1.1.7 and B.1.351 (variant 501Y-V2). We account for potential biases in genomic surveillance efforts by including passenger volumes from location of where the lineage was first reported, London and South Africa respectively. Using the software tool grinch (global report investigating novel coronavirus haplotypes), we track the international spread of lineages of concern with automated daily reports, Further, we have built a custom tracking website (cov-lineages.org/global_report.html) which hosts this daily report and will continue to include novel SARS-CoV-2 lineages of concern as they are detected.

According to the WHO daily report, the world lost 4.3 million peoples and more than 203 million of the people were infected by the epidemic till August 10, 2021. Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARSCoV-2) is a respiratory disease and it is a systemic infection with cardiovascular, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, neurological, and hematological manifestations, leading to death. Many biomarkers reflecting the main pathophysiological characteristics of the disease have been associated with the risk of developing severe disease. Biochemical changes like leukocytosis, neutrophilia, lymphopenia, cytokine storm, decreased albumin, increase in ALT, total bilirubin, LDH, and procalcitonin levels are significant predictors of ICU admitted COVID-19 patients. So, monitoring of biochemical parameters in COVID-19 patients is critical for assessing disease severity and progression as well as monitoring therapeutic intervention.

Reliability is the probability that a product, system, or service will perform its intended function adequately for a specified period, or will operate in a defined environment without failure. In this research, the reliability of Berber cement mill studied. The data collected from the information section of Berber cement factory related to the milling section. It includes the daily production reports, the breakdown and the operating time. The operating time between two failures (TTF) was calculated from the daily report of the mill and then a match was made for the data with the probability distributions to find out what is the probability distribution corresponding to the distribution of these data. The best distribution is the Weibull distribution. the Minitab software was applied and then the distribution parameters for the data (measurement parameters c and the shape parameter d) were obtained and then the reliability of each part of the mill were calculated for each hour and the reliability of the system was calculated as a whole. The study found that the reliability of the system is 75% at the first hour of operation. It decreased during continuous operation to 58% due to the poor reliability of the heating system, which has a reliability of 72% and the reliability of the conveying and feeding belts of the clinker, which have a reliability of 75%.
