Paper analysis is the main content of the educational measurement. Through the statistical analysis of the paper for scientific and objective. It can optimize teaching contents and reform teaching methods and grasp the teaching focus. The analysis also can provide the most direct help to improve the quality of teaching, so it achieves more focused, more fair, impartial assessment test on the knowledge grasping situation. Based on the paper analysis, it put forward the matrix which is used in the algorithm of test paper quality analysis, then the contents from the database will be analysed and the accessing speed is fast and strong pertinence.

As a important part of teaching, Traditional paper analysis algorithm is complicated and not comprehensive enough. This paper according to the indicators of education measurement and improves the traditional calculation models, the system assesses the perfect calculation model, The teacher also can get the true and fast reaction to students' knowledge and the quality of the paper. With the rapid development of information technology and the gradual expansion of education, the construction of campus information is accelerating. The use of information technology to promote teaching reform is an important idea for the current school education reform, it is to improve the quality of teaching specifi c measures, especially new requirements is needed for colleges and universities as they continue to expand enrollment and teaching resources. Way to make full use of limited resources, use more scientifi c management methods and teaching methods, improve work effi  ciency, ensure the quality of teaching, improve the eff ectiveness of running a school, has become an important subject of university research. The application of computer in teaching management is the key to realize the scientifi c and modern teaching management. To improve the quality of teaching, we must grasp the various teaching links. The examination is an important part for the students to test the eff ect of learning. Objective evaluation of the students as a means of curriculum construction is also an important part. In the school teaching work, the traditional test questions management is usually in the form of questions or test paper set, and design manually by teachers, which is large, and complex. The automatically generation system for test paper integrated the traditional manual volume, which solves a lot of problems, such as avoid unnecessary duplication of eff ort, saving the human resources and time; the use of scientifi c measures to evaluate and evaluate the diffi  culty of harmonizing papers, the eff ective quality of test papers; and a signifi cant reduction in the probability of missing errors in the test paper, reduce unnecessary trouble

Computer support for mathematics teachers during verification (control, written, independent) work is one of the actual tasks of teaching methods. For such support, it is necessary to develop special computer programs. The article describes the method for developing such programs on the example of a program for conducting a test on the theme "Prime numbers" using the Pulot method. The program generates numerical data that are used in the tasks of the control work. Each student gets an individual variant of the work, and students cannot rewrite work results from each other. The program is independent of any databases and data tables. Variants of tasks (numerical data) are not saved anywhere and are not known in advance. Typically, testing programs have databases, tasks and their answers, and they can be obtained in advance and used as a cheat sheet. In the considered method and in the developed computer program, this is impossible. The application of the presented program greatly facilitates the teacher's work and ensures the objectivity of control of students' knowledge, and also increases the level and quality of teaching

Traditional educational policy, drawing on pedagogical sciences, is based on teaching methods developed over the centuries and constantly assessed in terms of their current usefulness. So, one may ask if anything else can be done to improve the quality of education, including economics education? Due to certain features of the learners not always acting rationally, it is justified to introduce several behavioral incentives (nudges). Their effectiveness has been previously positively verified outside of education. Therefore, we may assume that similar intervention will also be effective in teaching-focused activities. The proposed approach is relatively cheap and, in principle, does not constrain the discretion of the interested parties, which makes it very powerful. In other words, the methods used, with acceptable or without any inconvenience for most people, force some persons to react in specific terms and induce the desired type of action to achieve the expected goals. The article aims to introduce the concept of nudging as the tool of stimulating the learners' behavior in the context of broadly understood economics education and demonstrate that their skillful use enables the improvement of the quality of teaching and the transfer of economic knowledge.

Chinese language has recently grown so rapidly that people compared it to a storm overflowing into Vietnam. Thus, education managers and teachers can only respond promptly by immediate emergency measures, but have not found measures for stable development. The learning situation therefore also becomes chaotic and the quality does not meet social requirements.This article aims to analyze the current situation of Vietnamese students studying Chinese language by applying methods of current situation survey by questionnaires, observations in actuality and document research. Through this, the author figure out the true situation of learning attitude and student’s assessment of their schools’ quality of teaching. Results of the research will help teachers to better adjust their teaching methods, and help educational managers have more effective education policies.

Medicinal botany is a discipline that studies traditional or folk knowledge about the use of plants to prevent and treat diseases, and it is an important part of Chinese medicine learning. Traditional teaching methods do not perform well in the teaching of medicinal plants. Therefore, in order to improve the teaching effect of medicinal botany, teachers need to continuously research and innovate teaching methods to improve the quality of teaching. This article is guided by the PBL teaching method, and studies the application of the PBL teaching method in the teaching of medicinal plants in detail, hoping to improve the learning effect of students and improve the teaching quality of medicinal botany.

This study  discusses  the urgency of the competency of teachers on the subjects of Islamic religious education. This study used descriptive qualitative method  and gather data through  observation, interview, and documentation.  Data analysis was carried out through  reduction, data presentation, and data verification that ended with checking the validity of the data. The results of this study shows that competence of teachers in junior high school is adequate. The role of teachers in improving the quality of teaching, positions which directly determine the success, considering the teacher as a figure who is directly involved in learning in the classroom. All of these roles requires more concrete effort, and directly touch to the needs of students in order to get better the quality of learning.  The efforts made by the Islamic religious education teachers in improving the quality of education including the provision of guidance to students, advice, supervision of students, providing motivation and rewards, using varied teaching methods, and personal approach to students. Supporting factors include the existence of good cooperation from principals, teachers, parents, staff, students and the local community, the infrastructure, the competent teachers, and safe and orderly environment. Inhibiting factors include the lack of instructional media; in this case the writer mean is computer and LCD, the lack of participation and support fromstudents’ parent. As for efforts to deal with is as follows: add computer and LCD and establish good coordination with parents.

With the social and economic development, there have been more and more abundant multimedia carriers. In this paper, based on the elitist teaching-learning-based optimization algorithm, the factors that affect the quality of teaching are analyzed mainly from the perspective of teachers in terms of the teaching philosophy, the design level of informatization teaching, the application of new teaching models, the evaluation of teaching effects, and other aspects. The quality of multimedia teaching in vocal music class is analyzed, aiming to improve the quality of teaching. The results of this study indicate that the proposed algorithm is effective.
