Aimed at the great demand dealing with our natural disaster, it is important to carry on integrated technologies like satellite navigation and positioning monitoring, embedded geographic information system and sensing technology etc. Also, to accomplish the seamless connection with nation’s disaster assessment system in various environments when the communication links are clear and accurate, to realize the disaster information obtained quickly and shared rapidly together with the reliable orientation navigation provided by the disaster terminal users and quick inquiry and effective adjustments for relief workers or relief supplies. Above integrated technologies have set a technological foundation for national disaster relief command system, which is of great importance when considering enhancing the ability for national emergency relief.

In this article, the research of information system protection by ana­ ly­ zing the risks for identifying threats for information security is considered. Information risk analysis is periodically conducted to identify information security threats and test the information security system. Currently, various information risk analysis techni­ ques exist and are being used, the main difference being the quantitative or qualitative risk assessment scales. On the basis of the existing methods of testing and evaluation of the vulnerabilities for the automated system, their advantages and disadvantages, for the possibility of further comparison of the spent resources and the security of the information system, the conclusion was made regarding the deter­ mi­ nation of the optimal method of testing the information security system in the context of the simulated polygon for the protection of critical information resources. A simula­ tion ground for the protection of critical information resources based on GNS3 application software has been developed and implemented. Among the considered methods of testing and risk analysis of the automated system, the optimal iRisk methodology was identified for testing the information security system on the basis of the simulated. The quantitative method Risk for security estimation is considered. Generalized iRisk risk assessment is calculated taking into account the following parameters: Vulnerabili­ ty  — vulnerability assessment, Threat — threat assessment, Control — assessment of security measures. The methodology includes a common CVSS vul­ nerability assessment system, which allows you to use constantly relevant coefficients for the calculation of vulnerabilities, as well as have a list of all major vulnerabilities that are associated with all modern software products that can be used in the automated system. The known software and hardware vulnerabilities of the ground are considered and the resistance of the built network to specific threats by the iRisk method is calculated.

The Impact

AbstractTranslation is an important means of enabling access to information in an emergency response. Increasingly, volunteer translators have been using social media platforms to self-organize and carry out urgent translation tasks that effectively complement official disaster relief efforts. However, the role of crowdsourced translations and the capacity of volunteer translators in reducing the impact of disasters remain underestimated and therefore understudied. Based on semi-structured interviews with five volunteer translators and online observation of their translation practices, this study investigates the role of a volunteer-driven crowdsourced translation effort in facilitating the donation and procurement of medical supplies between Wuhan and the world. By addressing the real challenges of urgent crisis communication in Wuhan in the early stages of the pandemic, this study draws attention to the need to integrate information and communication technologies with multilingual resources for disaster relief. In addition, it calls for the inclusion of multilingual logistics in national emergency preparation, response and recovery plans.

Taxes are a financial source for state revenues, so that the tax authorities as the tax collector must perform outreach to tax payers and improve tax compliance. This study aims to determine the effect of the self-assessment system and the information system of taxation on tax payer compliance. The analysis tool used regression analysis to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The result of research that the self-assessment system and the information system of taxation positive effect on tax compliance. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi untuk menguji pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian bahwa sistem self-assessment dan sistem informasi perpajakan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepatuhan pajak. In the world of information technology has changed the lifestyle in the aspect of our lives especially in the educational world. E-Raport is an academic information system used to input web-based student value data. The current value data input system is a benchmark for the creation of quality output and able to compete with other schools. One of the benchmarks that can be the competitiveness for other schools is the result of student learning assessments that are handled by each class. Problems that occur in the input of the value of Raport at SDN Sukanagara is currently still a manual that is the value of Raport recorded in the book Raport, so it takes a long time and a lot of energy needed. Research has the purpose of designing a value information system that facilitates the checking, recording and reporting of the computerized value of the students. Computerized Raport value reports can minimize errors in student data processing. This WEB based online raport is very easy data information and can be accessed anytime and anywhere, the system design works to insert and save value Report data and attendance and display info from school. The system uses data collection methods such as interviews, library studies, and system design, which are context diagrams, and prototypes. The information system of online Raport SDN Sukanagara is expected to be able to bring positive impact to the educational world, especially for SDN Sukanagara in the development of information technology applied in the world of education.

Good information that is based on data that has been processed properly so as to generate useful communication. The trial assessment system has 3 parts, but the system is not mutually integrated because 2 of them can already be accessed online while the examiner's assessment system still uses the local network. In the grading system, the examiner has a session news information system that is useful for conveying the final results of the session to the trial participants. This is because as technology advances are utilized as well as possible by educational institutions in this case namely universities to be used in a comprehensive session of thesis students or final assignments. Therefore, development is carried out on the examiner's assessment system so that it can be accessed online, where there is a trial news information system. The research was conducted using the method of observation, interviews and literature to maximize this research. The trial news information system is a very important system when a comprehensive trial process takes place. This is because the news information system of the hearing has information about the grades, grades and status obtained by the trial participants. This certainly becomes very vital in the trial assessment system. The display that will be developed in the examiner's rating system will be user friendly, making it easier for the board of examiners to use it. Even though the system was developed but did not change the original flow of the examiner's assessment system so that the board of examiners could adjust well to the new system, along with the news information system of the trial. With the existence of a hearing news information system, it makes the comprehensive trial process perfect and the trial assessment system becomes integrated again as before.

The development of the world of technology cannot be avoided, educational institutions as centers of education and learning must follow these technological developments so that they can exist more. In the industrial era 4.0 which was marked by advances in information and communication technology, accelerating and providing various kinds of convenience in accessing information and data on various aspects of life. This acceleration and convenience has become a necessity and a lifestyle. Therefore, schools as educational institutions that have various kinds of data must be willing to make changes, adjust to these demands, so that the education and learning process can take place properly, quickly, and accurately. Schools must take advantage of information and communication technology. Carry out the education and learning process online. Consequently, it must have facilities and infrastructure, in the form of information and communication technology. However, the reality in the field is that not all schools have and apply this technology, due to various limitations, financial and workforce quality. The problem then is, is this true, information and communication technology is a major need, without this technology learning cannot take place optimally, the continuity of the institution and its existence is threatened. From here the researcher was moved to research on the implementation of information systems online. Aims to find out and understand the effectiveness of online information system implementation in Era 4.0 as a database and educational information service center at the Krian 1 Muhammadiyah Primary School. This type of qualitative research uses a phenomenological approach (field research). This study used data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documents. The collected data were analyzed through 3 stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To check the validity of the data, triangulation was used. The results obtained from this study are the implementation of the Muhammadiyah Education Information System (Sidikmu) in the administrative services of the Al Islam, Kemuhammadiyahan, and Arabic education assessment system in the Industrial era 4.0 at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Krian Sioarjo implemented in integral automation. An information system that not only functions as a database but also as a center for educational information services for student guardians. So that educational institutions can move according to the era which is completely online and instant. Sidikmu is effective and efficient in improving the quality and productivity of the ISMUBA education assessment system administration services at SD Muhamadiyah 1 Krian, Sidoarjo. The effectiveness and efficiency of Sidikmu's work automatically integrate all existing data in schools, making it easier for the administrative process for assessments, especially on ISMUBA subjects. The main obstacle is that not all Ismuba teachers master the technology, so training is needed, the provision of facilities, and guaranteed awards for Creative and Innovative Ismuba teachers

Abstract This study investigated the characteristics of patients with urolithiasis visiting an emergency department based on a national database system in Korea. This study spanned a period of three years from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2016. A retrospective census was conducted using the National Emergency Department Information System for urolithiasis patients. Patient data, including age, sex, insurance type, emergency department visit date and time, discharge date and time, emergency department treatment result, visit flow, and hospitalization route, were extracted and analyzed. Overall, 103,981, 112,083, and 120,647 patients/year during the 2014–2016 study period visited an emergency department with a diagnosis related to urolithiasis. Total monthly emergency department visits ranged from 35,927 in August (highest) to 24,008 in February. Overall, 13.2% of patients were hospitalized and the hospitalization rate was stable (estimated annual percent change) over the study period. Patients aged <9 years or ≥70 years and those with medical aid had higher hospitalization rates. A higher number of visits occurred in the hot season, on weekends, and in the 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. time slots. This nationwide study revealed that the percentage of patients visiting an emergency department with urolithiasis was higher in August, in the early morning, and at weekends.
