<p><strong>Background:</strong> The shift in recent years towards the lifespan concept of career development, which views career behaviour as occurring in stages beginning in childhood and continuing throughout life, has meant that it has become increasingly important to assist learners in fulfilling their career goals. There is, however, a scarcity of research on the career aspirations of primary school learners, especially those from low socio-economic backgrounds.</p><p><strong>Aim:</strong> This article describes research conducted on the career aspirations of Grade 7 learners at a community school.</p><p><strong>Setting:</strong> The study is set within an interpretivist paradigm and utilises a generic qualitative research design.</p><p><strong>Methods:</strong> The study involved a purposefully selected group of Grade 7 learners from a local community school. As part of the study, each learner completed a collage and sociogram, and took part in a group interview.</p><p><strong>Results:</strong> Themes that emerged from the data analysis were: career aspirations that seek to fulfil hopes and dreams, the role of the family in shaping career aspirations and counting the ‘cost’ of career aspirations.</p><p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results of the study indicated that there is a need to explore learners’ career aspirations from an early age in order to expose them to various career choices in the constantly changing world of work.</p>

Islamic law and women are one of mostly debated discourses bycontemporary Islamic thinkers particularly those who are gender issuesproponents. That discourse grows due to the accuse towards Islam thatthis religion is the source of gender inequality for women through outmuslim world especially in education, fairness and domestic freedom aswell as social welfare in the family. The assumption is that Islamic law ismale-based law. Therefore, it is a need to explore the note on Islamic lawdevelopment which is perceived from the role of women in the early age oflaw construction not from the aspect of the thought of classical ulama inthe middle age. This paper tries to explore and to discuss mainly the role ofSiti Aisyah as the teacher and the transmitter of hadith as the foundation ofIslamic law construction to underline women’s position and contributionas the law maker that it will prove that Islamic law is not merely men-basedlaw as the assumption grows.

The role of parents for their children in spiritual growth is very important, and starting from an early age, teaching for children's spiritual growth is not only given to the church, or during Sunday school services but the most important and most important is the role of parents in the family for her children. If noted, there are still many parents who do not realize the importance of their role as parents to educate the spiritual growth of their children. Therefore through this paper, we try to remind the important role of parents in the growth of children.

There are differences in the way people perceive the role of women and men in business. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of male or female leaders on two business families in Indonesia. The success of the family company cannot be separated from the role of the first generation in trusting future generations to continue their family business. A qualitative approach was used, where the data were collected through interviews with two family companies with different generations of successors. One family company has a female successor generation and another family company has a male successor. The findings showed that the first generation trusted from an early age and involved the second generation in the family business, whether their children were girls or boys. In fact, all succeeded in taking over the baton of leadership. An interesting finding is that even though the next generation is female and handles welding, which is more commonly done by men, thanks to the trust given by their parents, this next generation would be more masculine in order to gain legitimacy from employees who have worked for a long time in the company. This is as good as the next generation of men in other family companies. Keywords: family business, gender, first-generation roles, succession of success

Since the late 1980s historians of the family have been interested in the socio-demographic analysis of the role of domestic service in European societies during the Ancien Régime. These scholars have been concerned with the consequences of life-cycle service since it appeared that a significant proportion of Europe's inhabitants were in service at some point in their lives. This proportion was highest in countries of Northwestern Europe, such as England, where between 10 and 12 per cent of the population worked as servants, usually while young, moving readily from one household to another. This process began at an early age, around adolescence, and tended to end with a change in occupation, generally just before entering into marriage, in other words, prior to forming a separate family unit. By relating the mobility of servants to the specific characteristics of the marriage-formation model, historians have been able to highlight the contribution of domestic service to social and familial reproduction. Encouraged by their results, the next step for social historians was to elaborate an explanatory model of this system of family reproduction. Although the model offered was derived from the behaviour of a concrete social and demographic structure which was basically Northern European, it was nonetheless presented as the principal model for all of Western Europe.

Bamboo is a plant that can botanically be classified in the family Gramineae (grass). The economic and ecological benefits of bamboo, among other things, when compared to wood commodities, bamboo plants can provide an increase in the income of the surrounding community in a relatively fast time, which is 4-5 years. Demand that remains high is not followed by an increase in quality and prices that are compared to similar goods made from wood or other materials. This is a consideration and reduces the interest of the community to develop the business. This study aims to explore the understanding and role of community empowerment through the use of bamboo, explore the role of government in empowering bamboo-based communities and develop strategies for empowering local communities in the use of bamboo. This research is qualitative by using an emic approach that is focused on data and analysis based on answers from key people. The type of data consists of primary data obtained through interviews and observations. While the secondary data comes from the problem report documents that will be examined, writing and the results of research on the Local Community Empowerment Development Strategy. The results of this study indicate that the local community in Loksado District has the potential to develop processed bamboo production through community participation in bamboo processing and utilization training, the government and village apparatus support the processing and utilization of bamboo through programs / activities, cooperation, bamboo ecotourism and bamboo industrial products, and constraints in the empowerment of bamboo in Loksado District is in marketing and capital strategies.

<p><em>        Education is one of the most important things that is able to be a change in the world and in changing the younger generation to be better and have character. With the existence of an education that is complemented by religious teachings it self, it will streng then character and reduce the moral and ethical degradation or decline that occurs in every nation's future child. Cultivators of noble moral values, ethics and religious teachings must be planted from an early age so that children become accustomed to them and are able to understand behaviors that should be avoided and prohibited. Therefore the role of parents is very influential on the character of the child because the family is the primary or primary education that the child gets. In addition, to reduce the current moral degradation or deterioration that is prevalent in life, there is a need for cooperation between parents, educators and the government to be able to create a good young generation. In the teachings of Hinduism, there are many teachings that can be used as a guide for life and can be used as character strengthening for children and the younger generation, one of which is known as the teaching of Catur Guru, which is the teaching of how to be devoted, ethical and respecting these four teachers, including self-help teachers. , rupaka teachers, recitation teachers and wisesa teachers.</em></p>

Introduction to the English Legal System 2018–2019 has been fully updated to consider the latest developments in the English legal system. The focus is on transformation. The criminal (Chapter 5), the administrative (Chapter 6), the family (Chapter 7), and the civil and commercial (Chapter 8) justice systems are all engaged in a process of change designed to enable them to operate more efficiently; this will include major investment in the use of IT in the delivery of court and tribunal services. Developments in the ways in which the legal profession is regulated are also discussed (Chapter 9), and the results of enquiries designed to control the cost of litigating are considered (Chapter 10). Progress with Brexit is noted, although its final form and its impact on the English legal system are not yet known (Chapter 3). The book starts by introducing themes and structure, after which Part II looks at law society and authority and considers the purpose and functions of law. Part III examines the institutional framework and looks into the role of government, the criminal justice system, the administrative justice system, the family justice system, and the civil and commercial justice systems; Part IV describes the delivery and funding of legal services; and Part V offers a reflection on the process of transformation and the challenges it should address.

The importance of the first guidance from the family from an early age is to help children to have an understanding of themselves (their potential) and their environment (their education) and can foster good behavior / ethics in social life. The aim of this research is to know the importance of family guidance to children from an early age. The method in writing is a qualitative method, which contains data collection through interviews from several parents in the housing complex. The results of this study include guidance from the family from an early age should be done because it helps children to have an understanding of themselves and can foster good behavior / ethics for children from an early age, therefore the role of parents to always supervise and guide their children from an early age so that later it would be useful for the nation and state. the usefulness of this article is to find out that parents can provide guidance from their families so that their children grow up under the supervision of their parents.

En esta investigación la familia tiene un lugar central para analizar el embarazo a temprana edad. Se realizó una investigación de corte cualitativo y hermenéutico a través de entrevistas semi-estructuradas a 16 adolescentes embarazadas de la ciudad de Bucaramanga, Colombia. Los hallazgos sugieren que las familias de las adolescentes tienen un origen muy disperso y una tipología en continua recomposición cuestionando la capacidad familiar como contenedor del embarazo a temprana edad. Se destaca que las familias y las adolescentes priorizan más las situaciones para la normalización social cuando se presenta el embarazo que las posibilidades de contención a través de la educación, la prevención, el auto cuidado y el disfrute pleno de la etapa del ciclo vital.
