In this article, we explore a 7-step process for conducting a comprehensive literature review (CLR). Specifically, after describing each of the steps, we explain the importance of expanding the search beyond traditional databases through 5 multimodal tasks that Onwuegbuzie and Frels (2016) refer to as MODES (Media, Observations, Documents, Experts, and Secondary Data), which can be undertaken separately, or which may interact with each other. Then, we highlight and provide an exemplar process for the Experts task, which motivates researchers to identify, to seek out, and to interview 1 or more experts associated with their research question(s). Furthermore, we illustrate the value of conducting the formal or informal expert interviews within online and offline spaces, not only because they provide rich and the most up-to-date information that can be used to inform, to guide, and to expand the CLR process, but also that they can generate relevant information that represent one or more of the other MODES.

Recent developments in the online distribution and consumption of audio-visual content have brought relevant changes to the transnational flow of content. Thus, the need for a theoretical and methodological rejuvenation of flows research has been signalled. The aim of the present study is to analyse the different flow studies throughout time, following a series of parameters such as research question, methodology and scale of study. This article is a systematic literature review of 30 flow studies on film and television programmes, published between 1974 and 2014. The methods used by the studies are brought into focus and discussed thoroughly, in light of the method of data collection, the type of data used and the method of data analysis. Main findings show an evolution towards more detailed research, to include more contextual factors, an increased use of secondary data, as well as more focused regional and comparative studies.

Purpose: Mobility stations are locations in which various mobility options are offered enabling multimodality and intermodality. In Vienna, three public mobility stations were implemented as part of the project “Wien Mobil”. After observing the existing mobility stations and talking to different experts, the system was diagnosed as underutilized. Consequently, this paper aims to point out the reasons why the public mobility stations in Vienna have so far not attracted as many users as expected. Methodology/Approach: The research question is answered with the support of explorative expert interviews, observational research and literature review. Findings: The identified contributing factors for the underutilization of the mobility stations in Vienna are location, weather, lack of interoperability, low affordability, lack of reliability, and lack of publicity and educational campaigns. Research Limitation/implication: The research lacks the perspective and data from the car sharing provider. Moreover, it was conducted during winter, which certainly increased the perception of an underutilized system. Originality/Value of paper: This work is expected to contribute to urban mobility planning by identifying and reaffirming important factors to take into account when planning, implementing and operating mobility stations and by providing a thorough understanding of the reasons for the underutilization of mobility stations.

Freedom of information acts (FOIA) aim to improve the public’s opportunities to access official information from public authorities and hence to increase the level of transparency. Thus, it is important to know whether and to what degree the effects intended by establishing FOIAs are achieved and how their implementation could be improved. Hence, this article presents the evaluation of the Hamburg Transparency Law (HmbTG)– Germany’s first FOIA that binds authorities to disclose government information proactively. The purpose of the paper is to provide a valuable example of how evaluating FOIA might produce useful information for policymakers and public authorities. The analysis results, based on a mixed set of methods (i.e. standardised surveys, statistical secondary data, qualitative expert interviews, and criteria-driven document analysis), lead to the conclusion that the HmbTG was very effective in providing the direct access. On the other hand, it was found that strategies for implementing the law varied considerably between authorities, yet proactive disclosure was overall implemented effectively. Moreover, this law shows some weaknesses to be improved in the future. Besides providing practitioners with valuable insights into how a transparency law may be implemented, the evaluation of the HmbTG also provides researchers with ideas how FOIA evaluation might be conducted comprehensively.

One of China’s great projects in the current digital era, namely the Digital Silk Road (DSR) project, merits an examination from a Gramscian lens. While liberals are talking about how this project can beneficially the partner’s country, Gramsci’s thought can provide the other perspective in understanding how this project can give unexpected costs for the partner country. As the biggest market in Southeast Asia’s country, Indonesia is worth the attention related to this issue as this country has become one of the strategic partners of China’s DSR. However, DSR is offering both economic benefits and multi-faceted costs simultaneously for Indonesia. Hence, this study argues that the DSR project, in Gramsci lens, is giving a push for China to spread its hegemony and take over the domination in the Indonesian economy. This study is supported by the qualitative research method with the data is collected through secondary data and literature review.

Background: A sexual fantasy is a mental thought process which blends with individual’s sexuality and causes sexual excitement. This characteristic connects sexual fantasy more with the sexual and reproductive health of a person. There are differences in the nature and frequency of sexual fantasy experienced by both males and females which are greatly influenced by gender roles and societal forces. Method: A literature review is done using databases “Google Scholar, PubMed, and Medline”. A thorough analysis of the literature was done to extract the most relevant information. Results: The sexual fantasies are divided as typical and atypical. In typical sexual fantasy, all normal imaginations are included such as dominancesubmissiveness, watching pornography, oral and anal sex, and bondage. On the other hand, atypical sexual fantasies include deviant imaginations like paraphilia. Conclusion: While sexual fantasies are of variant types, it was found that these are more commonly reported in Western countries than in the Eastern countries; therefore, there is a growing need to conduct more studies in Eastern countries to better conclude the findings.

This chapter deals with the first step of the research process: the formulation of a well-crafted research question. It explains why political research should begin with a research question and how a research question structures the research process. It discusses the difference between a topic or general question, on the one hand, and a focused research question, on the other. It also considers the question of where to find and how to formulate research questions, the various types of questions scholars ask, and the role of the ‘literature review’ as a source and rationale for research questions. Finally, it describes a tool called the ‘research vase’ that provides a visualization of the research process, along with different types of questions: descriptive, explanatory, predictive, prescriptive, and normative.

Ketiga, penelitian ini menerapkan kaidah langgam seni postmodern shock of the old, bukan shock of the new. Kata Kunci: lukisan, sulur, efek spontan cat air, Yogyakarta  This research, “Compositions between Watercolor Effects and Yogyakarta Traditional Sulurs for Painting Creations”, has at least three urgencies for painting educations and art worlds generally. First, on the one hand, watercolor effects give spontaneous forms; on the other hand, Yogyakarta traditional Sulurs (spiral forms of floral ornamens) have certain patterns. Combinations of both of them produce dynamic compositions needed for creating paintings. Second, the function of sulurs usually are for decorating things, such as ornamens on buidings, furniture, or book illuminations; in this case, sulur is as the second thing. Meanwhile, in this research, sulurs are used for arousing aesthetic experiences; it is as itself. Third, this study applies the postmodern art value ‘shock of the old’, not ‘shock of the new’. The research question is how to compose the spontaneous watercolor effects with Yogyakarta traditional sulurs for painting creations. Sulur data is obtained by literature review and observations at Yogyakarta Sultanate Palace, Tomb of the Kings of Mataram Kotagede, Tomb of the Kings of Imogiri, Sonobudoyo Museum, Taman Sari, Keraton Carriage Museum, and Vredeburg Fort. The result of this research is, the combinations of watercolor effects and sulur can be created in two different ways. The first way is determining the shape of the sulurs then given with watercolor effects. Instead, the second way is creating watercolor effects first then responded with sulurs. Keywords: painting, sulur, spontaneous watercolor effect, Yogyakarta

Quality must be produced economically. For only if the increased yield from a quality improvement is higher than the additional quality expenditure does the quality productivity of a company increase. In this article, impact is understood as a competitive factor of quality and can be divided into two factors. These two factors are the customer benefits generated and on the other hand, the 0-error strategy in the products. This article aims to answer the following research question: "On which pillars are the generated customer benefits and, on the other hand, the flawlessness of the products based?”Several empirical market studies were consulted as market and literature research as well 15 expert interviews. The result was that if both the strategic pillar and the operational pillar and their sub-aspects are in place, then improved competitive factors are generated and created in the market environment and there are further competitive influencing factors in the market environment. The interviewees have assessed these below to the used questionnaire: - 88% confirmed, 10% partly confirmed and 2% not confirmed - The explicit description and analysis of the individual elements and methods of quality control and quality cost accounting is not given in this article and will be elaborated in the author’s dissertation. The participants of expert interviews were selected by the study leader according to their professional background.Using an extensive set of 15 expert interviews, we empirically demonstrated the existence of the strategic and operational pillars. In the combination, these have a direct influence on customer perceptions and are thus a competitive factor versus competitors. These form the elements and methods of quality control and are the basis for evaluating quality with the aim of: Increasing quality with a constant reduction of costs with simultaneously increasing market acceptance.
