The vital records program is a mandate of the Republic of Indonesia Act, that must be implemented by state institutions and government agencies both central and regional including ANRI. The purpose of organizing this vital records program is to protect, secure and save the very important records. The vital records program must be supported by the determination of vital records in the form of a list as a reference for managing vital records. ANRI as a non-ministerial government institution does not have the determination of vital records yet, so there are still many obstacles in implementing the vital records program. This study will determine the vital records of ANRI using descriptive research methods with case study types. Records criteria are determined based on ANRI's Regulation and according to criteria from NARA, while the stages used are in accordance with the stages listed in ANRI's Regulation. The implementation of this study concluded that 18 work units obtained 11 work units that had vital records, with a total of 20 types of vital records.

Trafficking in persons is a criminal act of organized crime that occurs internationally. Indonesia, as one of the countries with the fourth largest population, has experienced this crime. One of the provinces that is the center of this biggest crime is East Nusa Tenggara. In this case, the Indonesian government through existing state institutions coordinates to eliminate the crime of trafficking in persons. Immigration as one of the agencies that deals with immigration traffic problems plays a major role in efforts to deal with the Crime of Trafficking in Persons. Coordination between one party and another is carried out by the provincial government of East Nusa Tenggara. However, improving coordination is a key point of success in handling the Crime of Trafficking in Persons. This research was conducted by conducting a literature case study which aims to find out more about the crime in question. This writing is done with a descriptive research method by describing the research results in a case study literature from various literatures used by the author.

ABSTRACTSpeech is one of the speaking skills that we often encounter in society. In a speech sometimes there is an error when talking. This study aims to describe the presence of errors in pronunciation of diphthongs and vowels u in Ganjar Pranowo's speech, also the causes of errors in pronunciation of diphthongs and vowels u. Mistakes of speech, of course, often occur among the speech community. Both intentional and unintentional mistakes. Data analysis methods used in this research are case study research and descriptive research methods. This method is very suitable and suitable for examining speech errors in the speech of Ganjar Pranowo in the 74th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that there were mistyping during the speech.Keywords:diphthongs, vocals, speech, language errors, speechesABSTRAK Pidato merupakan salah satu keterampilan berbicara yang sering kita jumpai dalam masyarakat. Dalam berpidato terkadang terdapat adanya kesalahan pada saat berbicara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan adanya kesalahan pengucapan huruf diftong dan vokal u pada pidato Ganjar Pranowo, juga penyebab terjadinya kesalahan pengucapan huruf diftong dan vokal u. Kesalahan berbicara tentu saja sering terjadi di antara masyarakat tutur. Baik kesalahan yang disengaja maupun tidak. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dan metode penelitian deskriptif. Metode ini sangat sesuai dan cocok untuk mengkaji kesalahan berbicara pada pidato Ganjar Pranowo dalam Rangka HUT Ke-74 Republik Indonesia. The Total people's war is essentially a total war for all Indonesians by mobilizing all national strength and resources to uphold state sovereignty, territorial integrity, and national safety from other nations that threaten or occupy the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. The Total People's War is characterized by populist, totality and territorial characteristics. The Pattimura War was a war of the Maluku People led by Kapitan Pattimura against the Dutch occupation which took place from 16 May 1817 to 16 December 1817. This war was one of the battles the Dutch had ever fought during their occupation in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the extent to which the implementation of the total war strategy in the Pattimura War in 1817 carried out by Kapitan Pattimura in Maluku by identifying it from the aspects of the philosophy of defense science and total war strategy by using historical research methods and qualitative descriptive research methods with literature study techniques. The results of the study stated that in the context of the Pattimura War, the total war strategy could be synthesized as a total war for all the people of Maluku by exerting all their strength and resources to uphold the sovereignty and territorial integrity and the safety of the nation from the threat of Dutch occupation. Kapitan Pattimura has implemented a total war strategy characterized by populist, totality and territorial in the Pattimura War.

Income Tax Article 21 is Tax withheld by others on income in the form of salaries, wages, honoraria, allowances, and other payments by the name and in any form in connection with employment, services, or activities undertaken by individual taxpayers in the country. On this basis, the Office of Government Agencies that hire or permanent employee is obliged to withhold, deposit, and report of Income Tax Article 21 on income received by employees every month through the Tax return period. This research was conducted in PT Intraco Penta Prima Servis (IPPS), The purpose of this research was conducted is to determine whether the calculation, remittance, and Article 21 of the Income Tax Reporting at PT Intraco Penta Prima Services (IPPS) if it is in accordance with Law No.36 Year 2008 on Income Tax. This study used descriptive research methods, and data collection technique used is the technique of interview, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the application of the calculation, remittance, and Article 21 of the Income Tax Reporting by PT Intraco Penta Prima Services (IPPS) in accordance with Act 36 of 2008 on Income Tax, and is also expected that the tax authorities should provide more socialization of Income Tax Article 21 taxpayers, especially acting as a cutter or a tax collector that does not happen anymore mistakes in calculations.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan: (1) nilai-nilai semboyan maja labo dahu dalam pendidikan karakter;  (2) implementasi semboyan maja labo dahu dalam pendidikan karakter;  (3) efektivitas implementasi semboyan maja labo dahu dalam pendidikan karakter di MTs Negeri 1 Kota Bima. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Penentuan  subjek penelitian yang dilakukan dengan teknik purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif model interaktif dengan langkah-langkah: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Nilai-nilai semboyan maja labo dahu sesuai dengan nilai-nilai dalam pendidikan karakter, yaitu: nilai religius, jujur, disiplin, mandiri, menghargai prestasi, dan cinta tanah air. (2) Implementasi semboyan maja labo dahu belum dirumuskan secara eksplisit atau dibakukan sebagai materi pelajaran. (3). Semboyan  maja labo dahu telah efektif memberikan pengetahuan moral tentang nilai-nilai semboyan maja labo dahu kepada siswa. Kata Kunci:   semboyan,  maja labo dahu,  pendidikan karakter MAJA LABO DAHU SLOGAN IN CHARACTER EDUCATION Abstract: The purpose of this research was to reveal: (1) ) the values of the maja labo dahu slogan in character education; (2)  the implementation of   maja labo dahu  slogan  in character education; (3) the effectiveness of the implementation  of maja labo dahu  slogan in character education in Public MTs 1 Bima City. This research is a qualitative descriptive research using case study approach in Public MTs 1 Bima City. Informants in this study were principals, teachers, and students of Public MTs 1 Bima City. Determination of research was subjects conducted with purposive techniques. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) The values of maja labo dahu slogan were in accordance with the values in character education, namely: religious values, honest, disciplined, independent, appreciating achievement and loving the homeland. (2) the implementation of maja labo dahu slogan in Public MTs 1 Bima City was not formulated explicitly or standardized as subject matter. (3) The slogan maja labo dahu has effectively provided moral knowledge about the values of maja labo dahu  to learners. Keywords: Maja labo dahu slogan,,  character education

In the 1945 Constitution of the Republic Indonesia, there is an order to further regulate in the Law such as the general election that has been enacted Law No. 7/ 2017 on General Election. In its Law, the results of the general election is merely a dispute over the result of the general election regarding the determination of the vote which may affect the election participants’ seats and the President and Vice President election results. The objective of this paper is to find out the legal consequences of the provisions of the law which reduce the authority of state institutions that have been regulated in the 1945 Constitution. The approach of this research is status approach that will be used by examining the laws and regulations relating to the problem. The provisions of the Law on General Elections can be said to have reduced the authority of the Constitutional Court granted the Constitution. There should be strong grounds for an amendment to this provision it can be done immediately by the House of Representatives and the President. Testing by the Constitutional Court may be done but it is better through changes by the House of Representatives and the President.

In preparing this thesis, the author has conducted research on the Tax Office Primary Padang. The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy of Tax Object Sale Value (NJOP) of market value. The research method used in this research is descriptive research by illustrating the determination of market value and NJOP with correct perceptions so that no gap assessment NJOP with the existing market value mealui Assessment Sales Ratio method.Based on the research and discussion Analysis of Accuracy Rate Determination Tax Object Sale Value (NJOP) Earth against Market Value Assessment to Sales Ratio method (Case Study in Padang Primary Tax Office) that the research results can be concluded that the area is in a strategic area has a level of accuracy high between 50% -70% while the area is in non-strategic area of the lower level of accuracy that is <50%.After doing research the accuracy of market value through the method of Assessment Sales Ratio is the author suggested to the Tax Office (KPP) Pratama Padang for Tax Object Sale Value (NJOP) can balance out the market value.

Procurement of Goods/Services is an activity to obtain goods/services by Ministries/Institutions/Work Unit of Regional Devices/Institutions which is its process starts from the planning of needs until completion of all activities to obtain goods/services. The procurement of government in goods and services is actually a very important part of the development process. For the government, the availability of goods and services in every government agency will be the determining factor of successful implementation of tasks and functions of each work unit. The procurement of goods and services is not only important for the government, but also important for the community because there are goods and services directly enjoyed by the general public such as roads, bridges, school buildings, hospitals, teacher services, doctors services, lawyers services etc.. The effectiveness of procurement of goods and services is achieved by providing goods and services that are truly useful as needed. To realize the effectiveness of procurement of goods and services then the determination of priority needs into the main consideration. Procurement of goods and services at work units / government agencies should be well planned so as to provide goods / services that can provide the maximum impact on the performance of government agencies in carrying out its duties and functions.

Partij deed is a type of deed that can be made by a notary public official who is authorized by the state to perform services in society. Notary public as a public official who contains an authentic description of all events or events that are seen, experienced, and witnessed by the Notary himself. Notary Deed must contain what is desired by both parties in the agreement. The notary public only has the role of providing perfect proof of strength through the deed he made if later the parties to the deed disputed in court. In practice problems often arise including the issue of notary responsibility and notary authority as happened in the deed of party, how the authority of the Notary in Making Partij Deed (Example of Supreme Court Decision Case Number: 1003 K / PID / 2015) is a problem that is discussed. Descriptive research methods, using secondary data and primary data as supporting data, are analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study illustrate that the Notary does not follow under Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notary.
